This is the best European wholesaler. Have been doing business with SSF(formerly German Auto Parts) for over ten years. Every person I have spoke with is so kind and helpful. Cannot speak highly enough about Tom and Kevin. They have been there for me for years and I consider them friends. Yuri is hands down the best courrier in the US. This niche in the industry demands quality parts, pricing, timeliness, and customer service; all of which I have received over the last decade. You guys are awesome!

The Pandemic did not stop this people from dishonest and careless practice.This sale was an intentional fraud. They placed a broken radiator, that was returned to them by someone else, with a damaged box into new box, and shipped to me as a new one. This is ridiculous to treat customers like that. Scammers!. SSF mostly only carry parts for European cars... Some for Asian cars... And some others, No Domestics... Parts reps are pretty good. Picking up parts is a pain sometimes. And they have a large inventory of parts.

These guys are great and Rodney provides us with outstanding service. We will continue to be loyal customers for a long, long time and look forward to our business ventures in the future! Would recommend to anybody that needs quality parts and service.

Very poor custom service and they dont even know how to talk to a customer. very bad behavior and also they dont like to provide customer service or district managers number. I mean what good of a manager youre if you dont have your owner/corporate number. VERY BAD ATTITUDE. They manager on duty denied when asked for a his supervisors number.
