I havent been to this one i a while, but the staff was great, & very helpful..I didnt have the tool i needed to install the part i came to purchase, & they allowed me to use theirs, which was extremely helpful! I definitely recommend going here, if you have any low maintenance parts you need to purchase for your vehicles!

Mike at this location was amazing help. They were packed when we got there but handled it very well. When we buy from advanced auto we normally use the one closer to pleasant hill and buford highway but have now had multiple issues with the staff at that location. Working with Mike at this store was a complete 180. He was extremely polite and helpful and I look forward to purchasing from his store in the future.

Horrible Customer service. I ask the cashier while he was on his sell phone i would like to get a new battery for my car keys. He told me I have to look the battery myself. When I am a customer trying to buy. So I decided to take my business elsewhere, and the staff was able to help me.

Absolutely no kind of customer service. I walked in the gentleman was texting away on his phone. I asked him about my car key and he seemed to careless about even attempting to help me out. I wouldnt recommended this place to my worst enemy!

Poor customer service. I NEVER go to Advance, but today I gave them a try. After patiently waiting 5 minutes for an associate to help me, I let them know that I think that I needed a break light bulb. He seemed a little standoffish, explaining that we dont do that here, in regards to helping people replace their lights. I immediately let him know that Id try Auto Zone instead to which he said, ok. As a woman, car issues are already frustrating enough without someone being indifferent about providing customer service. One light bulb only cost a few bucks, but return business from a lifetime customer should be worth much more.

This was previously a five star review Jose the manager on duty was not allowed to do any price matching whatsoever so I couldnt purchase any product from this location I recommend that you give your manager Jose the power to match prices for your competition. a little bit more about my specific situation yes you left a manager on duty who was instructed by previous managers that he was not allowed to do price matching. I asked him why is this the case he said because previous managers in the past abused the policy however that was not Joses fault and he was very kind however a little bit about how you can change that is to hire managers that you trust to adjust prices properly and give them permission to do so when customers requested if it is something that you offer what you claim you do but obviously thats not the case . I hope that in the future you will hire managers and give them permission to just prices so that your claims will actually become true.

Excellent service from Sarah A in call first, confirmed that they had the Feeler Gauge I needed for electronics at work. Even got to help some fine ladies outside, installing a battery.

The ppl in here actually know about cars and are willing to help you with anything even if its just information about where is a good spot to take your car to get it fixed..

Service was prompt and courteous. Oil was a little more expensive than if I bought it elsewhere but I was able to get everything I needed in one spot with friendly customer service.

I love this location they are always so helpful Armando usually helps me figure out what I need and gets me a good price on it. He recently moved to another store and I almost want to find out where I just to drive over and do business with them. Last time I was in the associate was very kind. I always get what I need Advance Auto and its usually a little cheaper.

Friendly staff and wonderful return policy thats helped me out soo much.

They have always had the parts I needed.

The item shows that it is in stock but when I go to the store, they say the dont have it. Also, one time this guy tells me that he has the product in the back but he couldnt give me the product at that time because he had to sort things out from back. Bad and very rude customer service. I recommend some changing in the staff members here.

Not very helpful when trying to get in and get out. I have had issues at this location trying to get warranty items replaced. That could just be cause of poor staff training, none the less i tend to skip this location.

Always long lines and only one person working the register.Everytime i come here. The last two times I walk out and go to autozone at least they have multiple registers opened and your wait time is short.

Awful employees. Recently purchased a replacement headlight, was very specific about make/model/low-beam/etc. Was given the wrong headlight. Couldnt return it. Was told it was my mistake (it very clearly was not) by employee AND store manager.

We always go here first. We order parts and we are told by 5pm and then tell us no next day when we pick it up. They neber have what is needed. We now drive out of our way to go to auto zone because this place is a joke!
