Precision Tune put the wrong oil in my car for tune ups and the engine blew. The technician admitted that they should have used a different oil but he owner says that is not true. The owners of this company own two precision tune and they have no integrity for the business. I will never use or refer them again. Please take your car to a shop with morals, character and integrity this place is not it.

I’ve been going to precision tune auto care for at least 10 years throughout multiple states. The one I usually go to was closed so I tried this location. The women at the front desk tried to say that an oil change for my car would cost over $100. I told her, that in the 7 years I owned my car I’ve never paid that much. She told me that it’s because I have a European car. If she would’ve even taken the time to type the year of my car in the computer she would know that on my oil cap it states my car takes Castrol synthetic 5w-30. Even worse I have the paper work for previous oil changes in my car that show what oil they use. JUST TERRIBLE, trying to SCAM people during a pandemic!

Pete and Travis are amazing!! I came in for an oil change and there was some trouble getting my drain plug off and they went over and beyond to help me get this done. I was the last customer and I didnt feel rush at all. They took their time to get it perfect. THANKS GUYS YOU ALL ARE THE G.O.A.T!!!

The hispanic mechanic had absolutely no idea what he was doing, he left my car sitting and went to work on another car because he got frustrated at the fact that he did not know what he was doing, absolutely the worst experience Ive had at a car shop, I will never go back and Im putting my experience on all of my social media platform as well as my uncles radio station, the least u can do as a owner is give me my $70 I spent towing my car to you!!

Pete and the other employees at Precision Tune showed a passion for their job that I have seldom seen at other facilities. They diagnosed the rather complex problem and got it taken care of quickly given my complex and volatile daily college schedule. I would strongly recommend them to anyone, especially for those with a complex issue!

I had my transmission changed here and when the job was done there were parts missing and the shop wanted to charge us extra money to replace them.After all that there was a loud rattling noise that wasn’t there when I got it after the repair and the guy wanted to charge us $130 to fix it.Come to find out it was a missing bolt that another mechanic discoverd. I wouldn’t trust these crooks to change my oil I wish I could give them negative-5 stars

Ive been going to these guys for the past 3 1/2 years. Theyve always been upfront with me about every issue that Ive had and have fixed my car more times than I can count. They do their job and do it well. I had an incident where another mechanic told me my car was shot because he thought my timing belt had messed up the compression. This was the first time in a while that I used another mechanic as I feared the cost and a fried told me they were cheap and fair. Fearing the worst, I decided to come back to these guys for a 2nd opinion and I am so happy I did. They found several things the other mechanic missed and the issues were in the end fixed. I cant love these guys enough. They definitely do not get the recognition they deserve. Also, if you are dropping your car off, I recommend checking out the butchers shop/taco joint in the market behind the place. Best authentic tacos in town for under 20 bucks for two.

Sadly I have to give a star to leave a review, because I wouldnt even one star. I went here and got an oil change done and it was pointed out that I did have two nuts missing which I knew about and was gonna get someone else to do it because they were only charge me the part. Well after I left I notice my car shaking and wobbling as I drove down the road. Well the other day I went to take my truck to go get the lug nuts fixed and on the way my tire fell off my car going down 78. I called them up about it and said because of the missing two lug nuts that is why it fell off. When they guy came to fix my tire he said the other bolts where stripped and that the thing the bolts screwed on where completely cracked as well. And when he order my lug nuts two weeks ago he said I would only have to pay for two because the other three were great still. Needless to say a tow charge and another three bolts I need to order and they still wont own up to it. Do not go here. I knew I should of just stuck with my friend fixing my car than go to a place. That I was considering returning to because the service guy was great. But now nope not gonna happen. Just got my breaks changed and these were the last people to look at them and the guy could not get the bolt off for it. Found out it was place in backwards which cost me more money to get fixed. Stay away from them like you would stay away from the plague!!!!

So you guys steal parts from peoples cars? Why 😒 please explain. Twice Ive had my brother bring my van to you guys and something went missing each time. First the hook to hold up the hood. I figured I mustve dropped it somewhere. But after the second time the cap of the steering fluid bottle went missing 😕 really. Good job at stealing 🙂 NO ONE GO HERE PLEASE. Brought my car here for minor damage repair and unlike my expectations, everything from the mechanical issues to body damage were corrected. They answered any concerns I had. I highly recommended them highly and will be a customer for life!

They replaced the 4 wheels and told us we needed an alignment. The car was fine before they did it and afterwards they messed it up. They told us to come back the next day so we can fix it. We went back and then they told us the same thing. We asked for a receipt and they refused to give us claiming the printer was broken. Its been 4 days and yet they continue to refuse to give us a wheel alignment print out. Now they claim there is no guarantee that they can give us a proper alignment. Either the mechanics lack competence at their job or this place purposely scams customers. One of the reviews posted is from Arash Panjwani so happens to have the same last name as the owners/managers, Anita and her husband (theyre switching names). Quick Google Search reveals Arash and Anita are related making it a bogus review. Im not surprised, they want to push negative reviews to bottom making it obscured to unsuspecting customers. I wonder how many other bogus reviews there are and how many of these reviews are of people who believed the honesty of the owners here. A ridiculous number of other reviews talking about something breaking after visiting the shop. Im not surprised. Something breaks so you go back to them to pay extra. If you go to the shop, consider yourself warned.

I had the worst experience ever do not go here. I went for a oil change, got on the highway to head downtown and my car starting smoking, and shaking then completely shut off on 85 south during traffic time. I call the shop back he sent a tow courtesy tow truck to pick it up. When we arrived up back up to Precision Tune the owner plus the workers where gone. I missed work the next day and had to catch a Uber back up to the shop because I was car less. He told me that the company they order they filters from are no good. I told him to not replace it with there’s so he sent a worker to get a new one from auto zone. He refilled it with oil and it started back up. My car hasn’t ran the same since. I still hear a rough sound when I start it up this place almost cost me a new engine.. The nerve of the owner to pull up oil change problems on a 2016 Kia and show it to me on the computer.I told him I have been the only owner of this car and never had a problem with it since I purchase it. Never again will I go there.. Oil was splattered everywhere from there poor job of service. Wish I could post the pictures of there crappy service.

I had a my car for over 4 days there and mechanics have no idea what was the problem.I had to tell them from research what it was and then they load me with all the unnecessary parts they put in just in case . Also the car runs worse then before when I took it for repair and I have a leak what I do not have before... very disappointed with the place...I will actually talk with a lawyer to evaluate my options.

Went just as they were closing, but they took my car in for an engine flush and an oil change. Super friendly staff. I had a lot of oil leakage that I had got fixed, but the residual oil was still smelling. No more burning oil smell in the car.

Avoid this place if you like your car and your wallet. Took my car in and the owner started up selling me on things I had already done at the dealer. They will rob you blind if you let them. I am surprised that the BBB and OSHA allow them to operate.The place is a mess, below standards for a normal operating shop and they have no clue what they are doing.Avoid and keep driving to the next one.

My cousin recommend them for an oil change a couple of days ago and they had me in and out in less than 20 minutes and they were very nice!

DO.....NOT......GO....HERE!!!!! A $20 oil change turned into a $93 problem that almost cost me my car!!!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE DISHONEST, MONEY-HUNGRY CROOKS THAT WILL BLEED YOU DRY IF YOUD ALLOW THEM TO!!!!!!!! They upsold me on the oil, so instead, I paid $45 for it because they claimed that they didnt have the generic version. Three days later, my car starts smoking... this NEVER happened before. So I popped the hood, and there was no coolant. I took the car back to them because I thought they forgot to top off my fluids. The guy assured me he didnt omit this step in my service, and that there was a definite leak and that he needed to preform a coolant leak pressure test to see where the leak was coming from. And from there, he could give me quotes and repair options. I agreed, because there was an obvious leak. Coolant is something you worry about twice a year, not twice a DAY! So I agreed to the test because he gave me his word, that the test will find the source of the leak, and they could fix it! After an additional $48 and a 30 minute wait, he told me there was no leak, and that all of the coolent he put in seeped down into the radiator because it was really empty. So he topped me off and sent me on my way...... didnt need to pay him damn near $50 for that, but fine. Three days later, my car starts SMOKING AGAIN about 5 miles into my commute. I popped the hood and there was about an inch of coolant left. upon a closer inspection, I saw the coolant DRIPPING OUT OF THE RESIVIOR WITH MY OWN EYES!!!!!!!!!! So he charged me $48 FOR NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This almost blew my engine, which is a $4000 problem! I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy, or the devil himself! In the end, I bought a new resivior from my dealership, and found an HONEST mechanic that knew what he was doing to install it for me. I CANT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, DO.....NOT...... GO...... HERE!!!!!

Worst service ever! Dont ever go here ever in four entire life! Went here over year ago and as Im waiting for a simple oil change I literally see three people coming in complaining g about their car problems after it was serviced here. Then as my car comes out they come and tell me something else is broken in the cat I do t have money for and three days later my engine goes out. After that I never came back to the mirrors location always fearing they do something to mess up peoples cars so they can come back and pay more money. Had no problems since I been going to the other location in stone mountain til today I only stopped here bc they were the only one open for a couple oil change...and this is a different car guys...remember the engine went out on the other so I leave after the oil change and here my car is smoking I had to come back and hope that my engine aint done for...literally my worst nightmare....dont ever go here ever ever ever. Tell all your friends never to come here!

I paid a huge amount for a fuel pump replacement. The job was not done properly and the gas tank was not sealed. So for $1500 I had a crappy job and unfortunately I did not detect it until about 13 months later when it became bad enough to randomly shut my car off while driving. Of course, the owner of this shop, VJ, washed his hands of this because it only had a 12 month warranty. So then, you get your car repaired by this guy at your own risk. He seems to hire people who dont know what they are doing and then hides behind the letter of this warranty. His Howell Mill location closed. It will be interesting to see how long the Jimmy Carter location lasts.

Wow where do I start? They are so unprofessional if there was an option for no stars I would choose that! after sending my car there to get my AC fixed for which I provided them with the part and the issue to fix, they then fixed it but broke my headlight as well as my AC relay switch. So I dont find this out until I get off work at 10pm and my car wont start, after paying for a tow truck and a new battery I call them to ask them what they did to my car they tell me that I could have broken the parts myself! How?! When they were the only people that looked at my car that week? And who decided they want to break $7 worth of parts and not replace them?! Long story short now Ive spent way too much money trying to figure out the issue when if they had been honest from the start it wouldnt have cost me a thing, I hope you guys get exposed for the crooks you are and that your business fails! Dishonesty is not ok!!!!

Friendly staff but they will take your last penny for a lousy job ... had the worst experience ever... everyday I show up there the repair cost was going up ... started from $300 I end up to $950 and car still not running good. Mechanic have no ideea what is he doing I knew more about the parts that the guy who worked on it ... Keep your car away from the Latin guy . I had the part I needed but he said its wrong and he installed me same part from them with high cost. Such a bad experience.. when I show up to pick up my vehicle had coolant pooring all over the street... they told me its the way I bring the car and its not their problem .... While they worked on it somehow they make it leak ....... save yourself some mooney and time I didnt.

I put my car in to do an oil change and now it comes out with a leakage of trasmicion make and that is a dodge RAM 1500 2018! The same thing happened to my wife with her car, the truth is I do not recommend putting her cars there
