I have an older model ML350 but with only 85k miles on it. Greg has been helping me make sure it’s running in top shape and safe for me to drive. Recently took it in for some normal maintenance work and was pleasantly but extremely surprised to notice a considerable increase in my gas mileage!!In a previous visit, he saved me from making a completely unnecessary repair recommended by a Mercedes dealership. He and Travis examined the car for the supposed leak, and discovered nothing was wrong. And he charged me nothing also. Saved me from blowing $1100! I trust that Greg is looking out for me!

It’s hard to find an honest mechanic - it’s even harder finding an honest Mercedes mechanic. Greg was able to repair a window actuators on my W123 and it took a lot longer than expected. Not only did Greg not charge me more, he also replaced some extra parts on the car.

I recommend BMI to anyone needing quality Mercedes repairs. Greg took the time to explain all the issues with an older 450Sl that I purchased for my wife. He was able to get the car to run smoothly and with power when other repairs shops couldn’t. Thanks Greg.

My boyfriend and I went here today to get our cars battery checked on a code scanner. You can go and get this done for free at advanced auto parts or really anywhere. The owner took our car back and did not tell us we were getting charged. It took about an hour, he then left on a test drive and the lady at the front desk gave us our bill. 110$. We waited for him to get back and politely asked about the bill and told him most places do this for free. He told us he had to keep his business open and then proceeded to CRUMBLE our bill up and throw it across the room and tell us to never come back!! This was so unprofessional and I have never felt so disrespected at ANY establishment. I don’t know if he was racist but his temper was out of CONTROL! We have been coming to their business for over a year and spent thousand of dollars here!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND I WAS HONESTLY SCARED OF HIS RAGE. Never coming back.

I heard great things about BMI MERCEDES, so I wanted to get my Mercedes 550 check for a noise. However, when I came to the front desk a gentleman was seating there not occupied at all and never acknowledge my wife and I.I ask the gentleman his name and he told me, Greg Rogers with a very nasty disposition. I moved forward and ask Greg Rogers the turn around time. He did not give me any information. He started to get belligerent and thats when I got my family and left that horrible place.I will call the police to file a verbal harassment complaint. Please beware and cautious of this man!!!

I have been a client of BMI Mercedes Service for over 6 years and I am a huge fan. Greg Rogers has given me great advice and has worked with me to allow me to keep my car in good mechanical shape with concern for my wallet. Ill be moving out of state soon but I dont think I will find a better mechanic anywhere.

They are flawless in the technical expertise and also take the time to explain steps the driver/owner can take to maintain the quality of their vehicle. As an authorized Mercedes dealer I get my required maintenance completed on time and save substantially compared to the MB dealership.

BMI is absolutely wonderful. My expectations are always exceeded. They do an excellent job, they are reliable, honest, fairly priced. You could not ask for more. I will only bring my Mercedes to BMI. I could not be happier or more grateful for the service I have received. They keep my car in pristine working order.

The owner Greg Rogers is a very impatient person with an arrogant attitude. His customer service skills in dealing with minoritys, also whos money is the color green need diversity inclusion training. Service Integrity is the key to a repeat customer base. Reminds me of when I was station in the UK business owners could have a line of people waiting to buy something from their business, and they would go on tea break. As though their business had know value to potential customersGreg lacks 2 of the 15 most vital commandments of great customer service:1) A Calming PresenceTheres a lot of metaphors for this type of personality: keeps their cool, staying cool under pressure, etc., but it all represents the same thing: the ability that some people have to stay calm and even influence others when things get a little hectic.2) PatienceIf you dont see this near the top of a customer service skills list, you should reevaluate your humanity.Not only is patience important to customers, who often reach out to support when they are confused and frustrated, but its also important to the business at large: Its been proven before that great service beats fast service every single time.Yet patience shouldnt be used as an excuse for slothful service either!I wouldnt recommend doing business at BMI.

I took my Mercedes to BMI, the lady with the British accent was very helpful, however Greg Roger is a RIP OFF! I brought my Mercedes for a problem, he charged me $1000, and I still have a mechanic problem with my car.I took the car back and Greg Roger refused to address the problem and became very belligerent. I would never recommend this business to any of my friends!
