Expedient service that is both affordable and friendly!Originally went in to have two tires replaced. After a brief, but knowledgeable, consultation they ended up repairing one of my tires instead of replacing them. As the gentleman assisting me said: Wouldnt want you to spend more than you have to.Will definitely be heading back for any tire related services in the future!

The guy was really nice and helped me when I was on my way taking my son to the ER. We quickly plugged and patched my tire and got me on my way. I plan on going back to get my tires replaced. Great customer service!

Third tire shop I went to. The first two did not notice my tps was leaking. He replaced with a regular valve stem and now no more issues with a tire going flat. Quick and very professional.

Lifesavers!! They fixed my flat tire in the rain. Almost all places closes at 7pm this guys close at 9pm which saved me from putting a spare tire in and wait till morning. Highly recommend!!

Theyre slacking. Say they arent ordering tires until they sell the ones they already have. So you think theres a universal tire size? He just wanted to stand around and smoke he didnt take a glance at my tire before turning me away. Off to Walmart I go

Have been here 2 times within a 2 week period for tire problems.. The man (John) helped both times and he is awesome! The second visit I ended up needing a new tire so he called around to find me one, picked it up, and put it on. He didn’t even charge me for the work he did to find the tire, pick the tire up, and put the tire on the car or anything. It’s so nice to know there’s still good hearted people out here. Times are hard and I’m thankful for what he did. Great man!

Our family was traveling from PA to OBX the night before Thanksgiving and at 8PM we got a flat tire. Everyone was closed or near closing at 9PM. We called around and no one wanted to wait until we could get our spare on and get to them. We called Pay Less at 8:45 and they were kind and stayed open to help us. They did not take advantage at all and and got us back on the road in less than 30 min. We would have been stranded over the holiday and never reached our destination if it was not for the kindness of the gentleman that helped us! We are grateful this Thanksgiving for your kindness. Could not take a bolt off car because it was a little stripped

He was so honest with me I had to leave a review. It would have been easy to sell me another tire but I stead he put beading in my spare and saved me $50!A refreshing break from big businesses just after your wallet. I highly recommend them and they have all my respect ❤

I was able to pull up and be helped in about 7 minutes. Both employees were very respectful and courteous. They didnt try to take advantage of me being a woman by myself, trying to talk me into more than what I needed. I ended up needing more than a plug however, but the replacement was a very fair price. The gentleman with the extraordinary blue eyes was sweet.

These guys are pretty wonderful. I was able to get a tire repaired and another replaced on a Saturday night! Their hours are so convenient. And one day on the way to the park (theyre very close to my home) I stopped by on a whim and the gentleman working even helped me with my small sons bicycle by adding air to the tire and checking his inner tube! I was so impressed and touched. I wish Id gotten his name but he was a younger guy, quiet but polite and very quick and efficient. I will definitely return for future tire needs. Thank you!

Had these guys patch a tire while I got a new set of 4 tired and rims. They mounted all my tires on my vehicle for super cheap! These guys are wonderful with exceptionally quality work. It mightve taken him 20 minutes to mount all the tires with a locking bolt each.

Hands down the best prices and customer service by far, but dont just take my word for it try them out yourself. I caught a flat in two tires, swung by Wal-Mart Auto center only to be told that they werent seeing anymore customers. Called to Pay-Less Tire & Auto Repair and spoke with Jeffery, they were closing soon but he mentioned hed stay if I could be there in 10 to 15 minutes. Shared a brief conversation and few laughs with his lovely wife, while we waited for (approximately 7 minutes). Im a first time customer but after today if Im ever in need of tire service Pay-Less Tire & Auto Repair is the place!

Pulled up and it was kind of dark like it wasnt open, but a gentleman was working on a car right out front. I needed a tire repair but for me I thought I was ready for a new one. The gentleman showed me the nail and that my tire was actually a good tire that he could repair and less than 30 mins later I was in my way. I watched him single handily handle 3 cars while there with 2 waiting when I left. Good job

The place doesnt look like much; however, the workers are very knowledgeable and friendly. They are even smart enough to use a torque wrench and torqued the lugs to specs. Great service 👍.

Have been a customer here for 5 years, had an issue in June and I called and spoke to the owner about it, he not only apologized profusely, he also said the next time I need a tire, come back and ask for him. Well its November and hes a man of his word, he took care to make sure I left a happy customer today 4 months later. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the only place I go for my used tires. They always are quick and affordable. And always nice and friendly, even the time I showed up 15 minutes before the closed in a bind. The man still took my car and changed 3 of my tires for me.

The Mechanic Mike was amazing and very helpful. He made sure I was understanding every thing he was doing. I will be back for any other services that I need. I have found my auto and now Im not going anywhere else.

Was running late for work and the nice guy there squeezed me in WHILE still helping his pre-existing customers, just so I wouldn’t be late. Definitely recommend checking them out.Side note: $45 for a used tire...could be a little more affordable, considering, theirs a place a few miles away that sells them for $40. Not a huge difference, but when on a budget, every little counts.

Had a nail in my tire. The mechanic would not fix because he said the tire is bulging. Then charged me $5. I bought my own kit fixed it and have been driving ever since guess what? Tire is still good and another mechanic said it is good. Cannot stand to be lied to.

First time going there and it was a horrible and an insulting experience. I pull my car in front of the shop and one of the staff started yelling and cursing me out because had to wait for my turn. Apparently there was a line - I didnt know. I politely apologize and told him I didnt know and that this was my first time. He continued to curse at me and asked me to move my car so that the other customer can pull their car in. I just left. This type of customer service experience will leave a bitter taste. Dont go there.

They pulled a screw from my tire after splashing soapy water to determine it wasnt leaking. Took him 30 sec something that I could have done myself and they charged me $5 . Highway robbery, that is not something you charge a customer for if you hope for repeat business and referrals. Its not about the money its the simple fact that you charge for something that requires little to no time, no raw materials and no expertise at all.

I arrived at this location where there was only one employee in the facility at the time. The waiting area was tiny and filthy. I only needed one new tire replaced so the service was quick but the location looked like a complete dump. After paying for the tire I went outside to leave, got in my car and began to back up and heard a loud crunch. The employee left the spare tire sitting behind my car instead of returning it to the trunk where he retrieved the flat. I had no idea seeming as the tire was not visible when I walked out to my car, therefor My not high riding vehicle ran over the spare. Once I returned home I also noticed that tools were left on top of my trunk. What a disaster.
