I mean they get the job done, but there is never anywhere to park. And when just have to line up in front of the garages, theres zero instruction nor communication with the customers--youre practically ignored-- unless youre the one immediately being attended. Could definitely use lessons in customer service here.

Great fast service slightly high price worth the trade-off

I needed an oil change so soon this day. Another lube shop that I have used was closed permanently. So, I was looking to change when I arrived. Ive passed Xpress Lube for years and thought it was just a three stall place. NOT. Another multiple stall building is behind the street side fascade. All three were jamming and within 20 heartbeats, the guy working the third bay pointed to the first bay where I then pulled up to. So they are cooperating to queue their customers really well without any conversations. I used my remaining arrival time to walk around and check out the office and wonder what was going on--just oil and filter changes. True to queue, I WAS next to pull into the very next bay that opened to me. Next surprise, I was going to get to wait in the driver seat--I liked that. I had a filter and oil change done. The handle on that oil dip stick was hanging on and always was hard to pull out. Well yeah, it broke right off. Lucky me and it pulled put with help of pliers. I spent a week tracking down a replacement because junkyards nor parts stores had it. The dealership parts department was where the search was fulfilled. Back to this post. I was delighted to hear that I was expected to return once the dipstick was restored to recheck the levels of replaced oil. Well, ot turned out that their work was spot on and leveled perfectly! I am going back because I just found my new lube service spot. This was a better experience than anywhere I ever visited for my oil changes. They did better than the dealerships, the car washes or my prior lube shops-everything else. I might check with these guys for repairs. But no reservation about recommending!.

OMG I had the best experience here. I love that it’s a drive through setting where you don’t have to leave your car, perfect for this “pandemic” period. The customer service was just outstanding, I felt right at home here. I went for an oil change, it wasn’t over priced. In addition they also checked my air filters and my tires and took the time to teach me things about my car that I didn’t know. (First time car owner) yes 10/10 highly recommended!

Rico’s customer service was excellent. I shared a concern I had because of a mishap my brother had with his truck when he brought it to them. They took care of my brother’s problem at no cost to him and gave me excellent service today. Things do happen. What matters is how a company responds. Rico responded in just the way you would hope all businesses would. My confidence in this location has been fully restored. I will continue to bring my truck to them for service.I hope Rico will share this review with all his fellow technicians. -Oil change drive through was convenient and fast.-William showed me how to reset my service light which just needed to be reset for upcoming maintenance (such a relief that nothing was actually wrong)-Staff was kind and informative of ther services offered as well like tire rotation for 30 bucks-Overall great service. I called to set up an appt for a state inspection. Found out that state inspections are done of a first come first serve basis and was told to go ahead and bring my vehicle in. Brought my vehicle in 10 mins later and was told one car ahead of me was the last car for the day. This was just after 2pm. Nothing mentioned about cut off times or anything to that extent.

Straight to service no sneaky deals for unwanted products. Old fashion short conversation with a quick and correct job.

I arrived at 8:00am and I had a car inspection and rear brake pads put on along with my front seat tightened up, it is now 212:00pm. I will not come to this place again.

Let me tell everyone. DO NOT GO HERE ! I went in for a simple oil change and got my air filter changed as well... several months pass and my car started acting up . I took it to go get diagnosed and they told me that this shop! Had not put the parts back together correctly causing my car problems ! This shop is so focused on speed that it needs to be more focused on quality. I had just bought my car and had no problems before I came here... go at your own risk but everyone could find better

Went there to get inspection two man in the Bay Area saw us pulled up and never got a greeting . So we went I. The office thinking they were just busy and will get to us in a minute. 15 min gone by and still no greeting. I know it just a state inspection but greeting and acknowledging customers will always win my business. Went elsewhere and did it and found out I hade over $500 plus in fixing to order pass the inspection. Brakes and drums . I got it done . The point of this is that they could have greeted me with $500 plus of work that can easily be done by them. Never again express.

I just want to say that Rico did a wonderful job helping me get my car back on the road to go back to Georgia. My engine light came on and I noticed my thermostat wasn’t working properly. He use to do all my oil chon all our car before I moved. When I pulled in I explained to him that my thermostat was not moving. He came over to the bay to assist me immediately. He figured out what was going on with it he did a diagnostics and he did a minor repair that probably would’ve cost me $500 at the dealership. He did it actually for free. He told me that it was his Christmas gift to me and my children to get use back home safely. He changed my oil, check my fluids and checked the air in my tires .I paid for my oil change but not the work he did trying to figure out why my car was acting up. I made it back to Georgia safely. Have gotten my oil changed here the last 3 years on all my vehicles never had any issues and if I wasnt moving Id continue to come back! Great quick service as the name states and friendly employees who havent tried to upsell service that wasnt needed or work that didnt need to be done. Would recommend to anyone that needs any quick work done.

First Bryon took measurements got back with me ASAP. Then I stripped the oil drain plug trying to do it myself, they got that off within 5 minutes, all done in 15 minutes, price so good I bought everybody ice cream.Thank you guys a lot probably won’t take my truck nowhere else.

Been here twice for oil change and Malcolm has been a great help and excellent customer service. He shows all the old oil and filter before changing them and even shows the new oil from your engine and/or transmission that he just put in so you can see the difference. While I was getting my car serviced, I heard another mechanic telling and showing his customer that her oil is still good and doesnt need to be changed yet. He just saved that lady some money

I had my car stuck at a dealership for 3 weeks becayse of various issues they were having with it, and finally I lulled my car out of there and took it here instead. The workers there were very friendly and knowledgeable about their work. They fixed my car overnight and nlw it runs like new!

Napa AutoCare Xpress actively engages in predatory sales tactics and is ill-suitable for the motorist on a budget. I have since taken my business elsewhere.

Ok so I go in for a state inspection and the guy fails my car for cracked brake hoses. I am fine with that so fix it but when you all tell me me u cannot today thats bad business I dont have time to come back and forth . U all need to stop doing state inspections since you cannot complete the job at hand .

Been going to these guys for years, always down to earth and reasonable. When additional items are needed, they dont try and sell you on the service, the make mention of and explain in a way you can understand, and dont make you feel dumb for not knowing about cars.We have suggested to family members and they enjoy the service as well!

I have been to this location several times. 2-3 years ago I was impressed and loved the convenience. However, the past 3 times or so I have been, they have been rather rude. I do not feel they have been professional. They almost scold you about things in my opinion. I also just found out two of the things they said I needed was not correct. I also heard them talking about another customer in a bad way while I was there.

Rude worker...People in business need to take precautions on who they hire. On yesterday evening my husband took my car to get my AC checked out. The mechanic was rude and unwelcoming. Do these people realize that customers are why they have jobs and are able to take care of themselves and their families. Owners please express your unwillingness to lose customers to employees. I wont post the workers name but you were there at 5:50pm on April 29th. You have added to owners losing money.

Normally my family & I have such wonderful experiences here so this was very disheartening. We took one of our cars over for an inspection this morning, & were told we had to fix the brakes & a tail light. No big deal, we could fix the brakes then come back & have the tail light fixed + finish out the inspection. So thats what we went to do, only to come back & be told that no, thats not actually what was discussed -- because we hadnt paid $100 MORE to have our brake serviced on site, we would have to have the entire inspection redone, & conveniently they had JUST done their last one for the day, despite all of the discussion surrounding this that had taken place about an hour & a half earlier. This has left a bad taste in my mouth, & I no longer trust their business ethics. Will not be using again.

Shady shade tree mechanics. I took my car for an oil change and I gave them a Nissan filter that I bought at the dealership. They charged me a dollar fee for installing a filter that they didnt sell to me and I was ok with that. I even saw my filter disappear below the car into the pit. Three thousand miles later Im changing the oil myself and what do I find? A Valvoline oil filter. Youre never seeing any of my cars again!

The service was ok and the mechanic was nice and friendly, but their prices are almost double that of their competitors. I paid $60 for an oil change that cost less than $35 with their competition.

If I could give it 0 I would. They talked my husband into synthetic oil because why?? Doesnt matter if it had synthetic before so there was no reason for that other than getting more money out of their customers. In the 14 years I have owned a car no one has ever done anything but give me options and respect my choice. Will NEVER RETURN and neither should you.

Was referred to this place to bring my car in for a scan to find out what was going on with my car. My car was dying after driving for a short time. I informed them of the code advanced auto gave me when I came in as well I was told it was just my battery after the scan (which I paid $49.99 for) was completed.The following day my son and I were in an accident because my car had died due to the throttle body being defective!! I was told that the scan that was run by Napa should NEVER have missed the fact that I needed a throttle body which was the code meant that I gave them!!! I am so disappointed and feel mislead after putting my trust in them.

Went there to get inspection & oil change. No line. Inspector said he had to replace a bulb and write up inspection on the car in the bay, then hed inspect my vehicle. ONE HOUR LATER, he finally pulled my car into the bay. No consideration for customers time. On the oil change side, it was completed in 10 minutes. No upsell sales pitch. This is how it should be done.
