I was so disgusted with the customer service, I never even stayed to get my state inspection. As I approached the garage one of the mechanics (state inspector) made eye contact with me but never spoke, greeted, or took the time to ever acknowledged my presence. Once I walk into the lobby that same ignorant mechanic gave me a stare that was totally unnecessary. Unfortunately the others were kind, but I couldn’t bare allowing this individual (white male) to touch my vehicle. As a women, this process is overwhelming enough, but for someone to make me feel unsafe, is a bit much. I’ll pay thousands in fines, before I give this business my money.

I went in to get my water pump replaced came out to my car barely driving spent over $1400 and after months the issue is still not fixed went to get inspection they failed me for engine mounts but put it under suspension on the check list...still don’t have an answer on why my car sounds like a lawnmower !!!! I don’t recommend this place if you are a female and a single mom that doesn’t know much about cars but still to this day I have a rejection sticker in my car still sounds like a Lawnmower after getting a water pump replacement that I seen on the diagnostic check that was soon to go bad for them to tell me because it’s just a new part that’s why it so loud now nobody wants to work on my vehicle because Every mechanic when I turn my car on and I tell them the situation they tell me they messed my car up! On not to mention a tune up also ! Not to mention I pulled up with a working running car! And lost my job behind it good paying job I just started (the reason I was getting my car serviced) 🙃

Went there today for an inspection. Very nice and professional. Im a little anxious about returning tomorrow, because Im afraid I will not pass inspection. My car has never given me any trouble since I got it in 2019. Because its a Mercedes Benz, I have had a few people try to rip me off and charge me ridiculous prices for minor work. I hope Economy will be reasonable.

Seem to be very honest & reasonable. We failed our inspection for a couple small issues and two big ones but our Lexus is older and the repairs seem necessary and reasonable. Well definitely be back. Unfortunately, it will be past the allotted inspection because Im elderly and only get paid once a month, but it will be worth the wait because I believe they are honest.

My service at economy was nothing but the best, the customer service was a 10 the service and time of getting my car in and out was a 10+. Ive already decided that if theres anything I need to get looked upon or checked on my car, I definitely wont hesitate to come back. Thank you all

It is always a pleasant experience with Sam at the desk. He’s very polite and knowledgeable. I really appreciate how diligent the shop worked to make sure my car was inspection standard and ready to go back on the road so short notice on a Saturday afternoon. They called and let me know how things were going and worked hard to take care of my needs today instead of Monday or later after I expressed how busy I am and how hard it is to stay on top of scheduled maintanence. I absolutely love this place. KB and his son always take care of me. They are fast and they have the MLK most reasonable prices around. I had an electrical issue that took days to find and they went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend using them!

Gave them somewhere between 1000 to1300 to fix a oil leak on my car, wasn’t replaced correctly and it’s still leaking the car was brought back two or three time for same thing I thought it was fix by the last time they had the car. A year later car is leaking oil in the same place they work on year ago now its out of warranty. So now I’m stuck with a car I’ll have to pay again to get another mechanic to fix the oil leak had a nother mechanic look at it they said it wasn t fix properly first time.

The person at the front desk was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice. I was in for a wheel alignment and they gave me some recommendation that I thought were worth looking into and Im glad I went there.

Very fair people. I took my 2009 Saturn Outlook there to only to find out my Motor was dead. Fair prices and explained everything throughly. I appreciated them so much I took my 2008 Nissan Sentra there to get repairs. They couldnt pin point the problem while it was there. I had it towed there because it wasnt starting but while there and everytime since, it has started. So instead of charging me for something bogus they charged me nothing! Not even the diagnostic fee. I will definitely return to them and recommend them.

I got an inspection done and found my van needed repairs. They were able to fix my van. All repairs were done by the estimated time they gave me. Price was reasonable and the customer service from Sam and the other guys was outstanding. As woman, this is one of the few places were they didnt try to B.S. me and tell me I need more work done than necessary. Im very pleased my van drives great! I would definitely recommend these guys. I took my car here a few weeks ago to get some work done. Before I got the work done my car was fine. I needed a speedometer sensor replaced. Sam is the person that was assisting me. I purchased the part and had them put it on. They kept my car for a few days than called me to pick it up when it was ready. I paid for it over the phone before I picked it up. I retrieve my car from a peron name Fred that works there. As I was driving I realized that the radio wasnt working I called them up immediately spoke with Fred and advised them my radio wasnt working. Fred said to me that the work that was done had nothing to do with the radio. I explained that everything was working properly before I dropped it off and that I didnt have time to bring it right back to him. Later that night when I got off work my car was completely dead and wouldnt start which caused me to be stranded at work. I called the next day and spoke with Sam advised him the problems that had occured. He stated to me the same thing Fred did the day before. He begin to tell me that it could be the battery, alternator and I may have to take my car to the dealership for the code to my radio. I said to him nothing was wrong with my car. He told me if I brought it back that they were only check the piece they replaced and they werent going to do a diagnostic. I ask for his supervisor he never provided me a name. He said he would take his information and have him call me, but he couldnt give me his information. I have been calling since last week asking Sam when was his supervisor going to call me. He said he gave him the message by email and his manager was only going to tell me the exact same thing. Sam argued with me each time I called. He also said that he watched them work on my car the whole time. When I asked him was my battery unconnected he couldnt tell me. I didnt ask for a refund I just wanted them to look over the work that was done. This situation was handled very poorly and unprofessional. Its been a week now and his supervisor has not contacted me. BAD BUSINESS!

Economy has done repairs on all 3 of my familys cars and they are always great to deal with. They have gotten the repairs right first time every time, they do a good job keeping me informed of the progress, they have a great attitude, their prices are very fair, and best of all for me is they accept the Car Care One credit card. With this card you get months to pay off the bill at zero interest. I had a great mechanic before but he decided not to join the Care credit network so I moved to Economy. I trust this shop so much I would send my mom, wife or daughter there for car repairs.

I was skeptical to come here, as I usually take our vehicles to another shop, but the location was convenient to where I go to school, and I needed an oil change badly. Price was normal, I expected to pay over $60 for a a full synthetic. But the 15% military discount was a nice perk. KB was at the front desk, and was very personable with all clients whether over the phone or to walk in clients, which is HUGE for me. When I feel like my business is valued, and Im called by name, I am 100% more likely to return.

I found them to do very good work reasonably priced and very helpful when it came to small things I could do myself, that was the way they used to be however a month ago I took my van in for the following work,Drivers side and passenger side Idler arms to be replacedFuel filter to be replaced,I had bought the parts and they were OEM not some knockoff,The total time to replace was 55 minutes however when presented with the bill I was charged for 2.5 hours labor, when I stated this was excessive I was told this was the book price and all the repair shops do this, I questioned the book and discovered it was Mitchells book of averaging, now upon getting the book from the library the first page states that costs involved are not to be taken as mirroring true average costs for differing parts of the country have differing evaluated costs, on page three of the book there is a paragraph which states costs reflect, diagnosis, sourcing, handling, shop time involved, and parts management, all of which I had handled, all I asked was that the parts be installed.I also called three repair shops in the area and two stated that though do use Mitchells as a guide, in a case where there are customer supplied parts they go by the actual costs, one said they will not handle customer supplied parts,It was also stated to me that there were two ASE mechanics worked on my van which was also not true as one was in a learning mode as evidenced by the way the one experienced fellow explained everything to the other.Would not recommend these people as being honest any more.

Too often that vehicle are often return from failed maintenance repairs. Labor cost to repair your vehicle is skyrocketing .

One of the worse experiences ever. I brought my car in to get a crankshaft position sensor on and when I left the lot the check engine was on and I went to auto zone to get it scan because economy was closed by the time drove down the street.The car started riding rough so I parked and took it back up there the next day. The car sat for two before they decided to check it. They came with a list of stuff that needed to be done and I was like was this stuff checked two days ago. So they charged me $350 on top of the $250 I already gave them and when I got the car back it drove horrible. I’m mad as hell and won’t ever make that mistake again.

I did wheel allignment .after that steering wheel is not in middle position..and car pulls left side..4 days I went to tell the issue..every day they said they cant do now..even they didnt look the vehicle..I dont go there anymore.

They have been servicing my car since 2015 not once have I had to take my car back for the same issue.. They have reasonable prices and are honest. I will not take my car anywhere else. I always recommend them to anyone who need their vehicle serviced.

Great service! While on a road trip with my mom, my ignition coil started screwing up and I needed the work done right away. It was no problem, they got me in within 30 minutes. The mechanic work was fast, priced well, and they even gave me a free windshield wiper. (Probably because they noticed my tendacy to use things till they die. Ha.) Im very thankful my car happened to mess up out right near these guys. And KB, the guy at the desk, is very nice and polite. Overall a great experience. Two thumbs up, guys! ;) (Ps. My 70 year old mother would like to add that KB is a gentleman.)

My husband and have been here a few times and thier prices are very reasonable, and thier service is fast enough. Just make sure you take all of your belongings out of you car before you leave it they have sticky fingers and will rummage through your things.
