These guys are genuinely honest folks! A few years ago, I went through quite an ordeal at a different shop, and they still didn’t fix my car. At the recommendation of a family member, I brought my 15 passenger van to Leggett & Jones. I’m so glad I did!!! They went above and beyond to get our van fixed quickly, and for reasonable cost. The owner even offered to call the other shop to talk to the owner about what happened. He also thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done. We have been bringing our cars to this family owned business ever since. When my husband or I drop our cars off, they have our complete trust, which is far more than we can say for most auto repair shops we’ve ever dealt with. We recommend them to everyone!!! Leggett & Jones will always have our business!

Good people continuing the family business. During a busy time for them, I was able to get an oil change, and inspection, a not so easy fuel filter replacement, and a PCV valve check (which is difficult on this car), and I had it back the next day! I had some other problems that would need to get fixed later, but they gave me some good information on what the problem may be and what it would take to fix it. They are honest and have integrity. I trust them and will be back. The prices are good, they are organized, and they are professional. Well run!

The best service. Reliable, honest, and fast service for a sudden emergency service. Window wouldnt go up. Switch was gone. Was fixed within and hour and 1/2.They didnt break the bank either. They have definitely earned me for life for mechanical problems

My mom comes here all the time for any of her cars needs and referred me over and I have to say it is hands down the best shop I’ve been too! They are professional, kind, knowledgeable and very easy going! I brought my car here in the last minute in the end of the month basically scrounging around trying to find someone to do my inspection! I got up at the he crack of dawn and couldn’t find anyone who would take me. All I did was call up here and let them know what I needed and he saw me right away! It made my day and really meant a lot that he took time out of his busy day to help me. I will be telling everyone about them! We have been customers of Leggett and Jones for 30 years! Theyre trustworthy and they do excellent work. They dont EVER jack up the bill with unnecessary repairs. In fact, we had asked to have the belts checked on our truck before we went on vacation. Guy told me that the belts are old, but they are still good, so he did not replace them. You can count on them to do the necessary repairs the right way the first time. I highly recommend this shop!

Decent prices and we havent had to take anything back yet for another try. They are on bit of a back road. They have been there for a while. This establishment is legendary. Guy Jones is a genius, and his mechanics are some of the most skilled professionals I have ever met. He was recommended to me by a friend over thirty years ago, and I am still grateful for that recommendation.

Took a vehicle here yesterday for a pre-purchase inspection. In the process found out they’ve been there over 70 years. That alone ought to tell you something. While I waited, the place was hopping as regulars they knew by name were in and out. When they were done looking over the vehicle, he walked me through in detail what he found with it, and went over everything with the seller as well so they would know what any issues were before they should sell it. Glad I stumbled upon this great find! I will be back and recommending.

Family owned and run. Friendly and knowledgeable wit no messing around and no missing details like new calipers on your brakes or broken engine mounts. I always know they are being honest and my trip check will get me there and home again.

My parents started taking their cars here for 30 years, and I’ve been taking mine for 8 years. I can’t explain the peace of mind knowing that whatever work they do and whatever price they charge is necessary and fair. For instance, my Toyota could use a $1,300 repair. They told me from the beginning that it didn’t affect how my car ran or cause any danger. It was only a necessary fix if I move to a big city with different inspection requirements. Thank you Leggett and Jones for being more concerned with treating your customers right than making a paycheck.

Had my girlfriends car brought in for a safety inspection to see what the car needed, knowing it had a very bad front motor mount that was becoming dangerous, and through out the inspection they found a few problems with the suspension, said the headlights needed to be cleaned to pass (50$) and a few other things but left out the bad front wheel bearing, tire scraping the wheel well, the missing socket for the license plate light, and of course the bad motor mount... was glad to see they were thorough with the inspection but was very upsetting to let those few important things slide...

Got a friend refer this shop. My 2016 Nissan versa note got oil change from Nissan Priority and having oil leak after the service. Dont want to go back even still under warranty. So I give this a try. Left my car night time with the envelop that they provided. Next day 9a.m. they called and tell me the problem. The Cap was only half way locked. I just cant believe Nissan do this to my new car!! I had the shop to fill oil and give up my warranty! They are very very honor people. Price is really reasonable. Thank you very much!
