I dropped off my car for the annual state inspection. Got a call that my cars engine mounts and steering rods need to be replaced. After a couple of days wait, and being billed $1448.40, I got my car back. But now, all of a sudden, it has transmission issues. I called them about it and they wont accept any responsibility.The mechanic said he has nothing to do with it as he worked on engine mount, but he can refer another mechanic shop.My car ran perfectly before I dropped it off for state inspection. SMH

Awesome customer services. Great staff. The only thing i wish they have certified tech who are able to work on updated BMW. Its like they pick and choose what job to do depending on the model of vehicle. They are quick to send you to another shop if the car have serious work.

Ive been here twice now. Both times the service was fast and efficient. I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs. These guys are fair and transparent in their pricing. The quality of their work is top notch. These guys have the most efficient state inspection process. My first experience with them I was in and out in about 30 minutes. The second time I needed a wheel bearing replaced. That was not a thirty minute job but the owner checked in with me every step of the way so I knew what was going on. I asked if they thought anything else would need work in the coming future and as far as they could tell I shouldnt need anything soon. I would not have gotten that answer elsewhere. The owner even called to make sure my car was driving as expected once I got home.Thank you for being fairly priced with such a high standard of work. I will return when I need my car serviced again.

I rely on Autotech on Warwick Blvd to help me maintain three aging cars, a Honda Accord, a Kia Sorento, and a Chevy Cobalt. They have resolved numerous mechanical issues for me over the past several years. They always seem concerned about minimizing the costs and having the vehicle ready as soon as possible. Additionally, they do a great job of estimating when they can have work completed. When I take the car in and they are busy, they advise me to bring the car the next day instead of keeping it. I also appreciate that they do not try to sell me things that I do not need. Instead, they explain which repairs or services are essential or urgent and which items are optional.

Excellent place, after the dealership had messed up my vehicle these guys fixed it up pretty quickly and we’ll. Definitely recommend as I’ve sent several of my vehicles here over the years

These crooks charged me $90 for diagnostics. They said I need a heater core, a water pump, a housing thermostat and a fan. Come to find out I didnt need any of that and my fan was working. They said if I get all of that fixed theres no guarantee that it will fix my car and I may need a head gasket total charges$4,000. I took my car to the dealership and found out that I only needed a purge valve. Take your car else where

If I could give it 0 I will. I took my daughter’s car in for diagnostic due to some light that was on and needed it fix in order to pass inspection. Allen called me ant told me it wasn’t anything major just need to plug things back together. Few days later went to pick up the care and the right wipers not working. However, they had a sticker saying it passed inspection. I asked how is that possible? Allen claims that the wipers were working during inspection.I left the car so that they can fix the wiper, I also asked that they check to see why the AC was not working. Allen told me we had to replace the discharge hose. I told him not now to fix the wiper. He tried to charge me for the diagnostic for the wipers which he claim was already done prior. My thing is if there was a fuse issue that caused the lights on the dashboard like airbags etc. why couldn’t they think that a fuse may cause the right wiper from not working? I told him I shouldn’t have to pay for the diagnostic that’s double charge. When I went to pick up the car he said I didn’t charge you for diagnostic I only charge for labor and parts, as he should.pick up the car and the wiper still wasn’t working, drove home and the front bumper is loose called Allen he said he doesn’t know why. I took the car and the bumper was fine no issues with the bumper now all of a sudden it is and the original issue (the wiper) still not fix! Never will I go there or refer them to anyone absolutely disappointed!

Edit: I went back for a pre purchase inspection back in November and was very pleased with the information sheet they give you upon the conclusion of the inspection. It showed the tire tread and battery life. No other place has done this for my pre purchase inspection. Will definitely take any future cars here.Came here for an inspection and customer service was friendly. The inside waiting area is small and does make it hard to sit 6 feet apart but there are maybe two spots that make it possible.

I noticed that my vehicle inspection was out of date. I went to 3 different shops and they all told me to come back on Monday (first come, first serve) and that they didnt do Saturdays. I called AutoTech and they not only do Saturday inspections but were willing to fit me in today (Friday). I arrived and was in and out in a decent amount of time. Thorough inspection. Professional and they care about their customers.

I went there to get a wheel alignment and tried to charge 450 for some parts in my front end when I know my mechanic replaced them. So I went to another shop there wasnt anything wrong with my with my car. They charge me 27.00 without letting me know from the beginning that was going to be the case.

My star rating isnt reflective of the new auto tech. I went there a couple years ago and was told Mark had sold it to the current owners. I luckily found Marks daughter on fb only to reluctantly find out out Mark moved to NC. I havent had a mechanic since and now I do most repairs myself, but honestly I would prefer a mechanic and Im wondering is this new staff as good as Marks staff, are they better or worst?

Loring and his apprentice are absolutely amazing!!!! I stopped at so many places and got turned away. I drove by the Autotech a million times and never stopped and I’m soooooo thankful I did! Loring, heard me out, came out and checked out my aftermarket parts, talked with the owner, and they took on my project! After the project was done, he called me to come check out the work while the car was still on the lift!!! Something that no mechanic I’ve ever worked with has EVER offered to do! They take pride in there work around there and it shows! If you have specialty needs he is totally worth stopping in and chatting with! 11 out of 10 stars, I WILL be going back and recommending my friends, family, and coworkers. I forgot the name of the gentleman working the front desk, but he was awesome too, I didn’t feel rushed, everyone was welcoming, the price point was perfect, the quality of work and turn around time was perfect, they were honest about the risks and potentially taking a lil longer with my project. Nov 2018-My last review was prior to new management, so wanted to update my review. They continue to have excellent customer service and friendly staff. Prices still reasonable. Have had a few problems they assessed and even took pics to show the problem. Parking is still a tight situation. But I highly recommend them and still trust their opinions and hard work.2015-Very friendly staff. Have a good rapport with their repeat customers. Knowledgeable and explains everything. Reasonable prices, especially compared to other places in the area. Busy after lunch, so go in the morning if you can. They have free hot tea and instant coffee while you wait, or you can purchase a bottle of water or soda. Theres about 5 seats inside and a bench outside. Tv, magazines, and fan inside for comfort. Parking lot is small and cramped. You may have to park in front of other vehicles, but they are used to that. Will return for further services when needed, seem to be very trustworthy.

Took my daughters car in today & got all the work done for less than half of dealership. The counter service was excellent as well as the mechanic who came in & explained everything that was needed. These guys do great work & I would recomend Auto Tech to anyone needing mechanical work on their vehicle.

They went to check what was wrong with my air conditioner the same day im hearing fluids going back and forth throughout my car. I go back the next day to ask them about it since i have never heard this sound before they telling me they dont know. Likeeee how about not saying you dont know and just standing there and go actually check it its your job and your doing of why it sounds like this. Im never coming back to this place again and ive been getting everything done here for the past 3 years or atleast im not dealing with that guy ever again.

Ive been going to them since I was recommended 6 years ago! There was a shop that I went to prior to Auto Tech that tried to overprice parts and labor; they would also tell me I needed new parts when I was by myself. When I would bring a male with me, their entire story would change! Oh, you really dont need it! is what they would say. As a single woman who didnt know too much about cars, I felt helpless and cheated at times. When someone told me about Auto Tech, I went to get my car checked out, and six years later I continue to go! They are extremely professional, do quality work, have great prices and will explain what I need (often showing me the issue)! I would highly recommend others to visit their shop if they have any difficulties with their car.

They charge $115.75 an hour. Most mechanics charge around $50 an hour. I was not told about this ridiculous price until I was presented with a very expensive bill once the work was done. I did give two stars however because they were very friendly and appear to have done good work but its not worth paying over double the normal rate.

Their service was very professional. Ill continue u bring my business here.

I used to be an Auto Tech customer for 4 years and now that they have a brand new staff and management I am very disappointed. They had my vehicle since Fri May 18. They held it for 3 days before looking at it. I’m now picking up my vehicle a week later and the problem that I brought it in for is still the same including the so called “ old parts” that was given to me. Unacceptable.... I want the old management and crew back

I took my car there because I had an oil leak, the guy called and said he didnt find a leak but something else was going wrong and he recommend I fix it. I paid $200 plus dollars to get my car fixed and a few weeks later the car was still leaking oil. I took the car back and this time they called to say they found the leak and it would cost $100 add dollar to fix the leak Which is Bullshit because if when the 1st time I took the car to the shop about the leaking and you state nothing was found then all of a sudden you found the leak the 2nd time after ripping me off the 1st time. I would highly recommend not taking your car there for anything not even an oil change. The new management sucks and will cause more issues for. Got the oil leak fixed there just to encounter someone at that shop switched out my battery that I bought from Advance Auto 2 years ago with a battery from 2010. Took the car to Auto Advance to have them test the battery just to be told the serial number doesnt match the one in our system you bought in 2015. Called the shop and guess what it wasnt them and thats the only place that I took my car too to get it worked on. BE AWARE OF THEM, THEY CANT BE TRUSTED. RUN LIKE HELL💃. I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STAR IF I COULD BECAUSE THEY DONT DESERVE IT.

They had horrible service. I took my car in for an AC issue and then they told me my starter didnt work. When they had no reason to touch anything else. They just tried to wash there hands and say they didnt do anything. They charged me over $600 for AC problem and then all most $250 for the starter that they mess up. I will never bring my car back and I hope you guys never will take your car there either.
