Today I went in to Tire Choice to have my brakes assessed due to light squealing that I was hearing. I checked with one employee and waited. I was later met by Brad Chalker II who was extremely, professionally, polite and knowledgeable. Not only was he honest he provided me with great understanding and insight with regards to next steps that I normally don’t find in businesses especially Auto Service centers. (Not to mention he was patient with all the questions I was asking) I greatly appreciate the service provided, and the education given to prepare for future auto services. I will be back and I will definitely be requesting Brad. Thank you again, you have assisted in restoring my faith in customer service and auto service!!

I must say that my husband and I went to two other places yesterday 5 July and was referred to the Tire Choice. My husband went in at 2:30 and was told come back at 4:30. We went back at 4:30 and received the best service ever. Manny and Mike went above and beyond service explainingeverything that would be done. Not only did we have a tire replaced we found out why air was leaking out from another tire. Our rim was cracked. Mike did a fix on the rim which will allows us to replace it. Best place ever and we will be back with our vehicle. Give these guys a bonus or raise. Top notch service 👏🏽👏🏽

I needed a valve stem replaced on a gmc yukon and they were very helpful over the phone to tell me what would need to be done and how much it would cost. The shop was clean and air conditioned with seating and a TV. The repair took about 20 minutes and cost was very low compared to other places I called.

Its was more than fair. And quickly done. Ill return definitely.

I will not be back to this place. Waited 2 hours for them to plug a whole in a tire. Counter person never said how long the wait time would be not even let me know when my car was taken back, nothing. Yeah, I’m done.

Okay. Always remember there are many other shops in the area. If your car can run take it to another shop and ask for another estimate. Never had a problem but they will try and sell you anything to make a buck.

Mr Green, the technician who did my oil change and inspection, stayed late to squeeze me in so I could get out in time! Barry, the manager is so friendly and accommodating. No wonder his crew is wonderful!They changed my oil and let me know what is going on with my car! Wonderful experience!

Wow..you really do not want to know..one of the lug nutshad to torn off..the skid plate under the engine fell off as I was driving home on the interstate..mngr said it only had two screws so he put it back on as good as POSSIBLE..that I should have been told sometime doing the two hours I was there..other words not good..hot angry disappointed..

Outstanding customer service! They saw me on short notice with no appointment (walk in). With everything going on with covid right now, I was expecting them to tell me that they were only doing appointments but they were able to accommodate me. The service manager and the mechanic were very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the friendly conversation with both of them. I will definitely bring my vehicle back to this Tread Quarters again. Took my car there to get my check engine light looked into.Never an easy fix with new cars! The salesman there walked me through the whole diagnostic and made it clear as possible. Happy to get my car running again and to come back to the choice for normal maint!

I entered into this location and advised the front clerk that my tires were installed by them in June of 2019. I ordered tires from TIRERACK.com and chose this location to install them. All my tires are loosing air at a rate of which I’ve had to put air in them the last couple days. Tire rack customer service advised me to take my 2014 BMW back to the location that installed them and have them look at the tires to see what exactly is the issue. I was advised that it could be a manufacturer defect.The clerk, who identified himself as, Perdi was a bit snippy in our initial convo. I asked if it was normal for tires to go flat within a year. He mentioned nails. I also mentioned the Rack agent’s comments about a possible manufactuer defect. He responded,” there’s people working everywhere all that time. You could drive thru here and pick up nails....” I understood he was to press the idea that nails are a major culprit but I didn’t like his tone so I cut the convo by stating in a lighter tone, “Well, we won’t know until we check them out.”Perdi advised me that it would be about an hour before they could get to my car. I told him, “ok, I’ll be waiting outside in my car.”This was around 4:08 pm.I entered the facility to finish the last 10 mins of the expected waiting period. As 5:08 approached, Perdi mentioned that he took another appointment in front of me and that he may not be able to get to my car today. I asked him to please clarify what he said about “...an appointment before you.” because I thought I heard him wrong. This is when he told me that he put another woman in front of me because I left. I advised him that I NEVER left the premises and I had been sitting in my car, parked- In-front of the business the entire time.He said, “Well you should’ve did some paper work.”I responded, “You should’ve told me about the paperwork.”He responded, “Well, Why did you wait outside?”I responded, “You didn’t tell me I had to wait inside.”I reiterated to this man that I told him I’d be outside in my car. It is Covid 19 season and I did not want to spend an entire hour inside the waiting room.I don’t feel like a valued customer. I don’t feel like I was treated with respect. He was VERY non-Chalant about the fact that I had been waiting an entire hour just to be told someone else was placed before me (a customer who arrived 15 mines prior to my expected end wait time) & I wouldn’t be seen today.Not only was he rude, it seemed as if he was trying to place blame on me with the combative banter. This was a horrible experience. I’ll never use the services of this company again and will tell everyone not to use y’all. My next stop is a review on Tire RACK to let ppl know that this isn’t a place of business that will do well with follow up maintenance on tires!

Took it in for an alignment as it was pulling to the right....found that the left tire rod was bad so I had them replace it with a new tire rod...Not 1 week went by it started pulling to the left-- took it back, its in the shop n I was told there may be another problem which is affecting the alignment / the underside of van may have something wrong..Ok the van comes out n its ready to go---Now Im told it may be my tires because they have different patterns on them- that I would need 3 tires ( all 4 tires are the same size)...that is it --...tired of lame excuses protecting each other of them not knowing how to...he could not align it right the first time...

I called into this location with an urgent need for service I spoke with Bryan who was extremely helpful. When I took my car in to be serviced this guy had me out in less than 30 minutes with no hassle. I just want to thank Bryan White for helping me in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this location I wouldn’t go to another. It definitely shows that he is dedicated and passionate in the work that he does.

I dropped my car off for an alignment. They got it done within an hour and it was decently priced. I still had issues with my car so I took it back 2 days later. Carl helped me the entire way. I truly appreciate the guys that work there. They have some of the best customer service Ive ever received. I will be a repeat customer in the future. Definitely top notch mechanics.

If you need a tire Mr. Purdy is the man you want to talk to. Fast and friendly. I only give three stars because of the upsale and when I went to pick up the tire they didnt offer to put it back on the truck. It just adds to the stress of getting a flat tire.

About a year ago I had the pleasure of stumbling upon Tread Quarters to perform some maintenance on one of our vehicles. The entire experience was stress free and enjoyable. Carl and his team keep you in the loop as to what is going on and explain everything to you step by step.  We have 138 vehicles in our fleet and they are now our go to guys. We finally found a shop that you can trust and count on.

On a road trip my mom and I were on we still had 7 hours left to make it to PA and when we had got a flat. After making it to a gas station and looking up any places that were open, Tread Quarters Discount Tire was the only one open but only for another 45 minutes. So we drove the mile and a half there on a tire that was losing air quickly. Upon arrival they were ready to close shop after explaining the situation Dawn the manager understood what kind of position we were in and asked Adam the mechanic if he was alright with doing one more car, eagerly with no hesitation he said yes. Both Dawn and Adam got me and my mom back on the road even though they didn’t have the time they made it happen and thank you for that. I would highly recommend going here the service was great and prices to match!

I’ve been coming to tread quarters since I’ve been living in Virginia and these guys are nothing short of amazing they get the job done and make sure your process is smooth as possible Karl is just one of my favorite guys that work there he goes above and beyond to make sure I understand what’s going on with my car and keeps me laughing if you don’t get your car done here then your going to the wrong place.......

The quality of work here has always been excellent, but the employees under the OLD management would always patronize me and get defensive when I asked them to stop.All the new people are SO much more respectful, and the quality is somehow even better! I wish I could give six stars!

Nichole was wonderful from the start. I called first thing in the morning to see what their schedule looked like for an oil change and tire change. She was very polite and pleasant on the phone. She told me to bring it on in. Overall, the experience was a good one. I received an oil change and a new tire. I will definitely continue doing business with Treadquarters Kiln Creek. Especially with professional and polite front office people like Nichole working!

Professional and personable, these guys are humble but shouldnt be. They provide high quality work at a decent price and guarantee everything under warranty. In particular situations, such as mine, where your car has modified suspension and/or performance parts, they take the necessary precautions so as to not damage anything. Additionally, they have locations every 15ft. So, in the event that the sky falls while youre going down the road, youre not far from one of their locations.

I came in this morning without an appointment looking to replace my front two tires. Karl came out to see the tires and at a distance recognized an alignment problem and confirmed the need to replace the tires as well.They immediately checked in my car with a solid quote on parts and labor, and advised that they wanted to do an alignment check.I chose to wait at the location, and after a couple of hours, was told that the alignment check had come back unaligned and was asked if they could perform an alignment correction, with a solid quote on that price. I agreed and the technician jumped right to it.During the whole service, the staff was very comfortable with my interest in watching through the windows as the service was performed. The team was extremely friendly, made great conversation, and were very informative on other questions I had regarding my car. Very personable folks, and very honest and upfront about the services, expectations, and costs. I really feel they have the customers interests in mind at this location.I drove off with my drive feeling much better with a proper alignment and tire replacement and will be returning to them for future car seevices.

I have been going here over 20 years and have took all my cars here. I won’t go anywhere else. There always polite and trying to make sure customers are happy. Prices are better then anybody else. Outstanding customer service. The gentleman (wish I had got his name) helped me with a slow leak in my tire. He was very helpful, pleasant, and had exceptional customer service. What made him stand out was his honesty. He could have very well sold me a tire because I thought thats what I needed. But he assessed the situation and gave me honest advice with sound alternative solutions. I think thats what is missing in a lot of businesses today. Everyone is looking for a quick sale and overlooking the value in building long term customer relationships. Although a sale wasnt made today, what was gained is a customer, as I am often in the area and will recommend this place to all of my friends. Hats off to you Tread Quarters and if you know who this gentleman was who was working there on Sept 21 at 8am and helped me with a possible slow leak, he deserves to be recognized.

My mom and I came in there with a blown out tire on my car sitting in their parking lot. James and his manager Karl Swank were very courteous and professional while helping replace my two back tires. We really appreciated all of the help and their honesty and friendliness.

Went to tread quarters to get a state inspection. They lied to me and told me my tread depth was too low to pass inspection, but when checked with a tread depth gauge they were all well within specification. They will fail you to sell you tires. Fraud.

The only place I trust with my car. Carl and his guys do great work. Always feel welcome and know my car is in good hands.

After being told at Firestone that I would have a three hour wait for a State inspection, I went to Tread Quarters on Warwick. They open at 7:30, but Carl went ahead and opened early because he saw me sitting in my car waiting!! The state inspector came in at 8 a.m. and it took 15 minutes to get my car inspected. Everyone was extremely friendly and courteous. Thank you Carl for your fast, courteous and awesome service!!!

I have been bringing my vehicles to this Tread Quarters for years and like always I got prompt, courteous service today when I dropped my car off for inspection and an oil change. Also ended up having to get the headlights restored, and you know what...? It looks fantastic!!! Thanks to Karl and his crew, they were Awesome today!!

I came in within an hour of closing without an appointment to have a flat tire repaired and remounted. Had a very limited budget so I went there with the intention of only buying one or two tires. With the help of Carl, I was able to get the amount of tires needed in my budget and also feel confident with my purchase. He was very helpful, professional and friendly. This is the only place i really come for tires. Will go here again when I need new tires.

Karl and his team were very informative and made sure as a walk in I was helped right away. I work as a Psych Nurse overnight 3rd shift so I was ready to go to sleep. He made sure to get me out as soon as possible. And my oil change was only 22 bucks!

I needed an oil change on my car before leaving for vacation. I was able to walk in and get an oil change within a few minutes! Also, the tech that was working on my car, Catory, noticed a nail in my tire and was able to get a quick fix on that also! Came in about 615 last night for a flat tire on the back of my kia, Karl and his the young man, forgive me if misspelled, tori did an excellent job taking care of my vehicle in a timely fashion. Not only were they very pleasant to speak with but both gentlemen were very professional and even steered me in the right direction to get a good meal before my return trip to new jersey. I am not sure why this place seems to have so many bad reviews. I bought a pair of tires there once, and was pleased with the price and how fast the tires were installed. Another time I needed to get a tire with a nail plugged and that was fast and reasonably priced also.I will certainly look to Tread Quarters for future automotive care.

Every time I come here its the same crappy* service with the same sorry attitudes, there is no organization, they start on one car work quarter way through and go to anther car, I also see it takes 2 people to work on ONE headlight there is absolutely no reason a customer needs to wait 3 hours or more hours for 4 new tires, going to start paying a little more for better service and less wait time, shame on me for coming back to this store. I had to redo my statement because i said the Sh***y word, as i look through the comments, the ONLY 5 stars are either co worker friends or family, honestly look at the 5 star comments....

I come to this tread quarters all the time even though I’ve moved since I started. I’ve never had a bad experience and everyone I meet is always very nice. I always leave well informed about what’s going on with my car.

I recently Visited this location to get all 4 of my tires replaced. Not many places carry my size tire in anything other than the economy brand so I expected that would be the case but the front desk guy assured me that these tires were decent and didnt cause excessive road noise like other economy tires. When I arrived I had a little bit of a wait because they had a high volume of people in the store. They unfortunately only had 3 of the 4 tires (One had previously been sold and not accounted for) but they quickly sent one of their techs to get another one from a different location while my car was being worked on. Overall the guys were very respectful and friendly. I had a great experience and would return.

I took our church van in for a set of new tires. The staff took care of me like they always do. Tread Quarters takes care of all my vehicles. They are fair and reasonable. Great place, highly recommended!
