Delicious food, well presented in a appealing way. Love the location and the employees are very friendly and helpful. My daughters and I had an enjoyable breakfast on Saturday.

Came into enjoy a quiet breakfast. My server never came back to check on me and if I was happy with the food. I ordered the Avocado Toast as it comes. It was soaked in the sunflower oil. And she never came to check on me. And another employee came and just asked me if my payment was ready. I was so over it.

When i say i love lemonade I LOVE IT, the lemonade i got from this place was absolutely phenomenal !! Thank you for making my taste buds happy 🥰

I always love this eatery and you cant beat the location, unless of course, when visiting in Amsterdam. The food is consistently good and the staff is very contentious while adhering to safety guidelines since COVID restrictions. I like how you can customize your meal. This is warm grain bowl minus the pecans with an over medium egg and avocado added.

Simply Fantastic French Bakery right down to the patio tables and chairs! Absolutely awesome breads, coffee and baked goods! Wonderful pastries! And their preserves and jams are the best! All super fresh, mouth watering delicious pastries! Great service and ambiance too! And all of that, in the most wonderful shopping district ever! Fashion Island, New Port Beach, CA.

This was the single best hot chocolate Ive had in Newport Beach!! The ambience is amazing with patio seating available!! Delicious food, I tried their Belgian mocha which was a perfect blend of coffee and chocolate. The service was great. Our server was very helpful and gave is good recommendation.

Surprised that there is not a permanent line at this bakery. The place is not flashy but has a very casual and well executed cafe atmosphere. The baked goods are also excellent and when we dont bake our own loaves we prefer to grab a loaf here and have them slice it. If you have not tried a passion fruit tart or 5 Grain loaf here you have not lived... Hehe not that serious, but definitely worth a detour when you are at fashion island.

First time in. I ordered the skillet-baked Eggs with smoked Salmon & Dill. Came with 2 small sunny side up eggs in a skillet and Salmon. 2 slices of bread and butter.For me, it was a perfect size for a light lunch and was priced right at $12.Over all, including service and ambience 4 stars.

Mondays became Mother-daughter Days ever since mom started laser therapy for her back in Newport Beach. This time while she was at her treatment I googled bakery, reviewed my nearby options and menus and came to pick up few things at Le Pain Quotidien. I was greated with smiles, guided with suggestions and had most pleasant experience! Brenda patiently helped me with all my questions and poured my to-go coffee into the thermos I brought. I surprised mom with breakfast at the beach and will always treasure memorable moments we created that day paired with amazing food. We got avocado toast with cummin and chia seeds, warm brussel sprouts, goat cheese, spicy pecan salad, quinoa-cranberry scone, dessert and coffee. Everything was AMAZING. Thank you to all that made this Mother-daughter day one to remember!

Caesar was our server. We have two small children of which both were being difficult. Caesar talked to them at their level, help them get what they wanted and when they didn’t work he tried again. The kitchen didn’t toast my toast on both sides and he instantly saw to it despite the place being packed. This is the level of effort and service that has been absent from most places for the past decade. You are a champion buddy. We need more like you.

Latte isn’t bad, tastes mostly like milk but I highly DO NOT recommend their muffins. They are the size of a child’s fist, are very dry and don’t have much flavor. All for a Newport Beach price🙃

I havent been to Le Pain Quotdien since the pandemic started. I really miss their baking classes. I especially miss the pretzel and beer class they have this time of year.Today I got quiche Lorraine and carrot soup to go. Its just delicious. The soup is super creamy.RECOMMEND

It was very busy. I was disappointed that their only gluten free food was a chocolate cookie. If they had other GF offerings, I would have bought them - providing more revenue for Le Pain.

The worse muffin I ever eaten was here, their pastry are for week ago they aren’t fresh their coffee test water their prices are so high, I go to whole food instead and get fresh pastry and half price

The Bakers Breakfast was delicious - yummy avocado toast, poached egg, sauteed kale and very fresh fruit. The Cafe Latte was also wonderful. They have indoor and outdoor seating, if you sit at the far end of the patio, you can see the ocean!

Very disappointed! Today I bought a quiche with mushrooms and coffee. The quich was not fresh and very dry. It seems that he was lying with them for a week. The lettuce contains meogo sluggish leaves. The price is almost $ 20, but the food is not worth it.

Delicious sandwiches 🥪. Good coffee. Beautiful location inside the Fashion Island mall. We like their Breadbasket, TRT Turkey Avocado 🥑, Melt Chicken Mozzarellas. The Corn 🌽 chowder was not good.

I picked up 2 breads and 1 croissant this past weekend. The breads, 1 raisin and 1 sourdough rye were quite stale and dry. I was surprised that they determined this bread to still be sellable. The croissant was also stale. I wouldnt recommend baked goods from this le pain location.

Best place for tea and avocado toast on a sunny afternoon.

This is one of my favorite places to sit and write. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The coffee drinks served are well prepared and they offer a beautiful assortment of pastries and other treats. The entrees are usually very good, although, on occasion, I have received a quiche that has been reheated too many times or for far too long. Breakfast and lunch are more enjoyable in this pleasant little corner of this gorgeous retail and entertainment center.

One of my favorite breakfast places which beautifully serves high class food at a reasonable price. I usually get a farmers breakfast and a hot chocolate, though their other dishes are great as well.The cherry on top is that they are in great locations in close proximity to other activities. I would highly recommend.

They opened after covid. Poor customer service, poor quality, staff make mistakes in your order. Their muffins taste horrible now. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PKACE ANYMORE.

Took my son to an international flatbread making class. It was such a pleasure learning about the origins of flat bread! Now we can make our own bread at home with the recipes they gave us. We even got to take home all the bread we made!

I love this place so much! It is a very charming and comfortable setting. I love to gaze at all the bread and pastry in the display cabinet. The breakfasts and lunch are always delicious and tasty. I love meeting here with friends and family.

I love this place!!! This restaurant offers a unique menu full of European treats. The atmosphere is fantastic happy eaters everywhere, indoor and outdoor seating was plenty of room for large parties. Service was fast and friendly, our waitress was fantastic and suggesting favorites and providing information on the menu. I will definitely be back for more 🙋😁

Nice coffee, very good selection of fresh baked bread. Try having bread with their spreads, they are imported from Belgium and taste like nothing else here. Very delicious and unique taste.

Great location with outstanding views from the patio. Went there 3 times during our visit to Newport and loved the mini pancakes and avocado toast. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.However, during our last, visit we were seated by a rude gentleman who is obviously the manager or supervisor. Shouted intstructions ( follow me, only lunch or breakfast orders, etc) at us without greeting us or even making eye contact.

Great coffee and pastries. Expect to wait for a table on Sunday for brunch and or their high peek times. Like drinking my coffee in a saucer and their tea pots are cute and unique.

Ordered quinoa cake- quinoa patti on a bed of arugula, hummus and avocado. Not on the new menu but can be requested. A must try!

We sat out in the doggy friendly outdoor patio and it was very pleasant and roomy for us and Magic. I loved the chamomile/mint tea,(cold). The quiche I ordered was very tasty. Overall it is a very nice place to eat and include your doggy too.

This place is delicious and the food is always really good. I think the prices are a little high for what it is, but its fresh and you can count on good food. The coffee is usually delicious but it can be hit or miss - Ive had some of the best and some very mediocre coffees. With that said, if you havent tried their flourless double chocolate cookies - you need to! Sooo good!

The prices were way to high and the wait was way too long. Not only that, but the food I ordered wasnt even good. It was my fault, however, for ordering the wrong thing, but price and wait was definitely disappointing. It is outrageous how a croissant and a small cup of orange juice are both worth five dollars each. I will never come back to this restaurant again.

A french themed bakery/cafe. Rough translatation to The Daily Bread. Service is brisk and nice. Lately seating has been open table for inside. The have very healty items, with quinoa, avocado, fresh greens. Menu items of note; the taurtines (sp? sry). Your basic open face sandwich. Love the avocado, love it even more with add egg over easy. There are other types as well like ham/cheese. There is even a diagram on how to eat a taurtine. Dont be afraid here, dive in, mon ami. There is also a super delicious chicken/veg/quinoa soup that is homey and satisfying. Save money with share plates or getting a soup/salad combo. I think its via request but there is bread and marmalade with hazlenut spread. I know its not Euro Nutella, but its real real close. There are two unisex restrooms. Outside seating is available, careful its beautiful but that part of the mall can get breezy. Bon Appetit :D

This is a great place to eat on the patio and people watch but there can be a short line at peak times/days/seasonally. For some reason, every time I order a dessert or treat, it isnt that tasty and Im not sure why but their salads and main entrees are fantastic, as are the drinks.

Like the wooden ambience. Seems like they want to be natural and organic. Had croissant and brioche. Nice place to spend your afternoon. A little pricy.
