I bought my wife a certified E400 Convertible as a gift for her Birthday from this dealership. I bought a certified vehicle because of the many checks they purportedly do on these vehicles to ensure they are in great running condition for years to come. You pay more for this, but I was willing to pay for peace of mind. On top of this, I bought a 5 year warranty on the vehicle for around $4500. I did not read the fine print upon what is and is not covered. Big mistake. Another mistake I made was purchasing a certified vehicle from these guys for security when there really is none. Let me explain: Less than six months into ownership of the vehicle, the battery went dead. We had it brought into Fletcher Jones and they said we needed a new one and needed to pay almost $500 to replace it (Apparently they stuck us with the same 3+ year old battery the car came with new when they sold it to us). I told the service rep that they should have replaced the battery with a new one if the vehicle was certified. I also told him we had paid for the upgraded warranty, but he told me Its not covered under your warranty. I called up the warranty fulfilment department and told them I wanted to cancel my extended warranty, which I was told I could do and that they would give me the unused prorated portion of my warranty back if I did so. Not more than one hour after I did this, the service rep called back to tell me they would take care of the battery. WOW! Guess they determined the money they made on the warranty was more important than the money they would lose on the battery. Given their handling the issue to my satisfaction, I kept the warranty in place. Now, five months later and less than a year of ownership into the car, the computer battery has failed. Again, it is the same story of them keeping the same old battery in an over three year old car instead of replacing it with a new one (Something they should absolutely do if they want to call the car certified). Now I have to pay an additional $400 for this battery and they wont budge on it. In short, if you buy certified from Fletcher Jones, be aware that they dont put new batteries in their certified vehicles. Dont buy the extended warranty and waste your money. They will get money from you one way or another with their hidden fine print. Very disappointed in this dealership and the certified SUV I was planning on purchasing here in the near future will certainly be purchased elsewhere. In the end, we both lose.

I was visiting from out of state. I drove my AMG approximately 2000 miles to Orange County, California. I wanted to get an oil change and I was told that Fletcher Jones is the premier Mercedes-Benz dealer in the area.I made a appointment with Kim the day prior and showed up an hour early the next day. I was promptly approach by the Concierge Service team where I was greeted like a rock star and then they took several pictures of my AMG from all different angles to include under the under the hood with a iPad. Not sure why? A short time later I was consulted by Mr. Holsinger that I was a going to need a “A” Service in 65 days. So I decided to get that done. I was offered a Courtesy Car but I did not need one. While I waited in the Customer Lounge I noticed the dealership had a cafe so I ordered a coffee and a killer breakfast burrito. I walked around the dealership and enjoyed the “Petting Zoo” ( The new car showroom) and talked among the friendly staff there. I got a text from Fletcher Jones saying maintenance on my vehicle was completed and was being washed. In fact, all paperwork of work completed and invoice was texted to me. Once my car was washed the Valet offered me a bottle of water and I was on my way. My experience with FJ Motorcars was a pleasant one. If I decide to drive my AMG to California in the future I will be sure to stop by if schedule maintenance is warranted.

I just wanted to say that this dealership took awesome care of me. I had the easiest, smoothest transaction and it was done over the phone. I was shopping for a new car and also had a trade in. I saw a car I was interested in on the website and this dealership immediately called me. The salesman’s name was Alex Aviles. Alex took the time with me and said if i wanted the car they would do all the paperwork over the phone with me and then deliver the car to me and pick up the trade in. I couldn’t believe how easy it was. Sight unseen from 100 miles away.My loan was approved in a couple of hours and my car was delivered two days later in pristine condition. It is a certified vehicle and looks beautiful and rides like a dream. David Baker delivered the vehicle and was kind enough to link all my controls together and answer any questions before taking my trade in back to the dealership.I also dealt with Salesman Charles McCarthy who was professional and made my car purchase experience one I will always remember.Thank you Fletcher Jones Mercedes!I will definitely be back!

Worst experience ever. I ask for tire repair and maintenance service for my car. They ask me for over $1,600 for my tire repair. After I remained they that I have a tire insurance, they said the service is not included.However the tire’s nail was covered before when I did service in Anaheim.When I arrived to pick up my car, I have waited for almost 1 hour. The nail had not be fixed, and no one told me that.My experience here has greatly reduced my impression of Mercedes-Benz. I will not serve in this store in the future, nor will I consider buying Mercedes-Benz cars.

Left my car to get serviced and no one bothers to call for an update + when i tried to call it had taken over 6 attempts for them to finally answer just to tell me that theyll reach me back when someone is available. This place was great at first but now the way they are working is unprofessional and very poor to not even offer decent customer service. I will most likely have to stop coming here unfortunately due to the inconvenience and terrible customer service/communication.

Eric Gastineau was great! Me and my girlfriend wanted to check out Mercedes before deciding on what car to replace her highlander. The service was awesome and Eric was extremely helpful and friendly. He was kind enough to pull a showroom car out for us to drive and took us out on a great and scenic test drive. One of the best salesperson Ive ever met. I would highly recommend!

HelloFletcher Jones is a very wonderful dealership. My grandma has gotten two cars from here. She has gotten a C class saloon 2017. And now, we got a new lease of the C class coupe. Back in November i placed a custom build order for an AMG at my local dealership only to find out in February my order was canceled for reasons I still don’t understand. So I had to go out and find a car similar to the one I had ordered. I found it on the Fletcher Jones website and contacted them over the phone. Let me tell you something, ASK FOR ASHLEY! That girl is a true gem, always attentive, always available; if you have a question she will get you the answer, I can’t say enough good things about my experience with her. Eric (the guy with the bow tie) was the sales rep who helped me, and it was also very easy to work with him, he is a cool guy with a nice sense humor that tries to guide you and explain the process step by step. That was something very important for me because I did all the process over the phone from Florida. The car delivery was delayed because of bad weather but Ashley was always attentive and responsive to help me manage my anxiety waiting for my new car. I can say it was a great experience dealing with both of them I would definitely recommend a friend or relative to do business with them.

From the people who greet as you arrive, to the sales associates who assist you throughout the process - who in our case was James Flood, A-mazing!... I purchased my Mercedes a little over a month ago but I wanted to make sure I gave credit to everyone involved in the process, so here it is. I had been thinking about upgrading my vehicle for some time. So I decided to stop at Mercedes of Newport after reading so many other reviews raving about this place. I did not anticipate leaving that same day with a new Benz (but that’s how awesome this place is). James Flood, who was nothing but courteous and overall a pleasure to do business with, genuinely wanted to see us leave happy and not just make another sale. He showed us around, took us for a test drive, and fast forward a few convos later- help us cut an amazing deal. James, thank you for not giving up on us when we werre ready to call it a day! That’s what you call a great salesman! The process was quick and to the point. I had a few hiccups along the way with my insurance, but everyone was more than patient with me, and for that, I can honestly say this place has gained my overall respect and gratitude. When it came to signing paperwork (which we all know can be drag) Shaun made the entire paperwork process a breeze. We discussed similar restaurants we had frequented (foodies know), while also reviewing important factors in my contract. The second we left, we checked out a restaurant Shaun had recommended, and it did not disappoint! Once the paperwork process was complete, we had the pleasure of meeting Brandon, who was very kind and offered to show us everything we needed to know about our new ride. He not only took the time to help us get settled but invited us to return to cover anything we might have missed, as there is still sooo much to learn about our new car. Thanks Brandon! I called several times to make an appointment and was always on hold. I tried to chat and left a message and nobody returned my inquiry. I finally managed to get someone on the phone and scheduled a loaner as well. My advisor was not in that day. Some stressed out advisor Tony rushed me through the process told me I can’t have a loaner. Basically I’m out of luck. Needless to say the customer service is more than subpar in this location . I usually go to the Mercedes South Bay in Torrance but I recently moved so it was a bit inconvenient- but there is no comparison between those two dealerships . Very disappointed and will def not bring my business to them.

Worst buying experience in my life. The attitude of all the staff is they could care less about an out of state buyer. Forcing me to hire a shipper or pay California sales tax. Then giving me a shipping quote twice as expensive as the one I hired on my own. They changed the oil in their shop and when I got the car. The oil light came on and I had to go add 2 quarts. The general manager doesnt take calls from customers. Apparently he has minions do customer relations. Does Ted Jones have the same attitude as his employees ??

2016 G550 32k miles..leaking drip of oil every few days for months. Couldnt take in for service because of covid and bc its so hard to schedule appt! CPO exp in 2/2021. I have an extended warranty through MBUSA. I tell the service advisor that the car has been babied...not off-roaded and he has the gall to say that I should have driven the car harder and that the cars tend to do better.Long story short rear main seal has a leak. This would normally be covered under the extended warranty, but of course Fletcher Jones Motorcars found a way to try and not cover it. They are saying both...BOTH the left and right oil separators have gone bad (before 32k miles on the car...this is unheard of) and because these oil separators are not covered under the Mercedes extended warranty, they will not cover any of the repair. They want me to pay 7k dollars for a car that is driving great, no check engine light, not burning of oil.I asked the service manager how they know the oil separators went bad first....maybe the rear main seal failed leading to the oil separators going bad and he said I dont have a crystal ball. Problem is hes presenting this story to Mercedes Benz North America and therefore they are denying the claim.Truly disgraceful. Be weary of servicing here. I have a car out of CPO warranty which would normally cover everything (this expired around 6 months ago...leak was happening then as well) and I purchased a Mercedes warranty on top of it. Good to know Fletcher Jones and Mercedes really stand behind their vehicles.

I never leave reviews but this was a particularly horrible experience. I drove an hour to buy a car that I was told was available, they sold the car before I got there and no one contacted me ahead of time to let me know. I knew something was up as soon as I arrived as I was passed off to a different sales person than the one I originally had an appointment with, clearly this poor soul was left to deal with the mess but he wasn’t able to help. On top of all of this, they also wanted to charge ABOVE MSRP. I went to another dealer in LA, who worked hard to find me a car and I’m only paying MSRP. Save yourself time and money - avoid these guys.

I would give zero stars to this placeBecause I’m a loyal member of this location & I’ve got many cars from this place but today they disappointed me.I went for service my BRABUS, so they were gonna give me a loaner car but they didn’t accept my paper drivers license so I gave them my old drivers license, well they didn’t accept that either.On top of that they lost my drivers license!!!! And the lady named ( Monira ) had the worst attitude at me and my girlfriend, she was super rude that she made my girlfriend super sad that she had to use her inhaler multiple times and she went and brought her manager ( Bob ) and oh my GOD he was rude too he yelled at me & my girlfriend!!!!! And still they were looking for my old drivers license and they can’t find it.After that I took my poor girlfriend to ER because her heart race went up so bad, I’m still waiting for my drivers license to be find.I’m so disappointed!!!!This is not the right way to treat your customers!

Most beautiful and most professional dealership weve ever visited. Tommy Tran is such a professional and nice sales person. He gave us his honest opinion which is surprising and a big plus in the car dealerships...we had such a great experience and we ended up with a great car.After all the paperwork we met Payden Evans who showed us everything we need to know about the car and helped us setting up all the major stuff on it...he is such a great expert, he made all the confusing or complicated things looks so easy...This two people definitely worth driving 2 hours each way and for us they are definitely the employees of the month.

Blake Maldren and the the staff at Fletcher Jones made buying a car from 3K miles away a pleasant experience. I had a difficult time convincing neighbors that the 2018 MB was not a 2021 MB until I showed them the odometer at 27K! Would not hesitate one second to do business with them again. Worst sales experience ever! Went in with a pre approval was told I didn’t need it they had a better one. Gave me the numbers went to sign and noticed it wasn’t anywhere close what we discussed, then the salesman who I won’t name, tried to blame some other guy, regardless nothing was done to even try to resolve the issue and I’m guessing it’s because they were closing or didn’t need my little pion purchase but obviously I walked out and the salesman never even apologized like it was no big deal, the only guy who seemed to understand was the finance guy but still didn’t call anyone to try to make it better! I may not be rich but I do know how to treat customers and that’s not it!!!

Brought in a two month old GLS 580 for a fuel line repair. The service took one day but somehow they damaged the body in the process. It took an additional 2 weeks to repair the damage, a time that kept growing a couple days longer every couple of days. For all the trouble and expense all I got was a tepid apology from the service tech, nothing more. Extremely disappointing.

The knowledgeable, respectful, outgoing, just all around awesome staff they have servicing that center speaks for itself! Whatever issue you go there with from oil change to engine malfunctions, it will be addressed and taken care of- top it off with a coffee from their café while you wait!

Bought a used (non CPO) c class from them paid in full in cash.The car needed a new transmission and another $2,000 in repairs and they knowingly passed it off on me as being in good condition and inspected by their mechanics.Always have your own mechanic inspect the vehicle, they passed off a car that was in poor mechanical condition and made it sound like everything was up to date to make a sale. Borderline fraud.

Purchased a new AMG E43 from fletcher june 30th 2018 wanted to add a carbon fiber package they quickly added it on to the bill $6000 and said they would install it days later never happened than they said they would ship it to my local dealer where i lived wasted a year calling them nothing ever came frome it also they sold me on wheel and tire protection package $2000 that only covered 1 nail in tire repair about a $30 service at a normal shops lowjack for $1000 more never got i dont recommend these guys quick to up sell you and will never deliver on their promise later# scamers

We live 80 miles away from FJ, reason made me hesitant to drive that far and also not get a deal. I had previous horrible experience with other dealership ( KEYES MERCEDES VAN NUYS read my review about this place ). Going back with FJ, I made an appoinment over the phone with a gentleman name Ihab. I gave him my sitution and how some other dealerships made it sound impossible to get a it done, he said he will get it done. Im still not convinced and the night before we head out to FJ, I called Keyes and see if they can match and beat the deal Ihab promised me. total BULL with this place, We wasted out time, as i mentioned, read my review about KEYES Mercedes and our horrible experience ( considering we got 3 cards from them before ).We drove the next day to FJ in newport, in the rain and with my 2 little kids. Got there a little after 1pm and we were out, with a NEW CAR, better DEAL in less than 2 HOURS. Mr. IHAB ELDUMIATE and his team ( DAVID ) were amazing. HONEST, straight forward and very friendly, made us feel like were buying a 100K car. Their knowledge and customer service were beyond great satisfactory . What is impossible with other dealership? not with Fletcher Jones. And just how he treated us, my family is worth the 2 hr drive to this place. We were very very happy and Ihab and his team gave us an early Christmas present. I would definitely come back to FJ again. as a matter of fact, I referred my boss and guess what, he got a new car yesterday, with Ihabs help. He was very happy and again Ihab Eldumiate didnt disappoint, with SAM. I will refer more people to this place for sure. Two Words: John Halaka. Like he told my brother and I, he took care of us like his own kids. For you most likely will be best friend lol, yet receive incredible smiles, stories, and service.We spent Wednesday 3/24/21 shopping cars starting at 9AM, visited 2 Mercedes dealerships before arriving at Fletcher Jones at 2PM. He saved me +1K on the absolute best deal given by other shops which says alot about a mans honesty. I cannot say enough good things about our experience in leasing our 2021 GLE 350. From our first time on the lot, Blake Malgren went above and beyond to educate myself and my husband and was so patient with us. A week later, after our Jeep was officially totaled, we returned ready to lease our new car. When we arrived, Blake had the car we wanted ready to look at and test drive. He took us in to do financials and again was so patient, informative, and overall wonderful. His sales manager Kamran Tabesh helped him and us with getting us the best possible deal that was within our budget. None of the BS wed dealt with at previous dealerships - such a relieving feeling not to have to play and get wrapped in games! Once we settled Rick was great at getting us through the financial paperwork quickly and painlessly. Nick May was an awesome delivery specialist and helped us to understand the whole internal system. This is our second car from Sam, he is awesome and always makes my trip worth it ( We drive from Rancho Cucamonga which is over 50 miles away). I had very bad experiences at House of Import Mercedes which left me with a bitterness for all Mercedes, until someone recommended I visit Fletcher Jones. My family had the pleasure of meeting Mr.David Varjoy, an amazing sales person, who not only wanted to sell, but was genuinely invested that we get the best car based on our needs and requirements, he was polite and courteous, we went on to buy 3 Mercedes in a month from the same dealership without any hassles. I always have a good experience until this morning.Everything was good until I got to valet to pick up my car. The young lady who was at the desk this morning...I believe her name was Melissa did not acknowledge me twice.I left out once and stepped back to the valet area for her to completely ignore me. I had to ask are you excepting valet tickets today.Her response was dry took my ticket and handed it back.I was blown away.Please let the young lady know she should acknowledge customers as they are coming in and not when she feels like it.

I called 3 times to get my SUV serviced and each time I got a different quote. 😅 When I arrived for my service B at the time that it was scheduled, no one helped. I had to wait 45min and then I got tired of waiting and got someone to find another service advisor. After 10 more minutes someone finally helped and it was great service after that but a waste of an hour during the process.

Ive had a very unpleasant experience with MB. Its been over 2 months that MB has been giving a run-around. However, Mike Govan with Fletcher Jones jumped in without a hesitation and saved the day!He listened to what I had to say and heard me out. I walked in with my husband last weekend to check out some cars as we are looking for a new one. At the entrance there were 5-6 employees chatting. We walked up, no one greeted us or asked if we needed any help they just glanced over and continued with their conversation. We walked around ourselves and took a look at some of the cars and even during that time no one approached us. As we were leaving we saw an older man approaching the entrance and he was greeted warmly and asked about his needs. So were we just ignored because we are younger (mid 30s)? Unacceptable.

I got my car from them in 2019 .For the past few months I’ve been trying to call them and talk to a sales representatives/sales managerAlso left so many messages with the front desk staff left voicemails but nothing, they are horrible at getting back to their clients and I do not appreciate that I live far from them so I can’t just drive there to ask a questionI am gonna go to another Mercedes dealership where they care about their clients and return their calls

No Out Of State Sales!I contacted Fletcher Jones and spoke to Sabrina Quinones who was awesome to talk to. She was super friendly and helpful. I explained I was interested in an E450 wagon and she sent me the build sheet.When I mentioned I was from out of state she informed me that Fletcher Jones would not sell me a vehicle to someone from out of state. Ive never heard of such ridiculousness before. Ive bought several vehicles over the years from out of state dealers without an issue. My suggestion is buy your vehicles from a business that makes sense and without arbitrary rules.

I came in to buy my sone a C63 and they ignored me. Attn management I was literally ignored by the sales guys as in two different people. I asked to look at the car on the showroom floor and the sales guy said he would be with me in a minute. Over 10 minutes later we left.
