Lou at iControl will help you reach technical nirvana! After a consultation he put together a plan for us based on our input. Upon tweaking and approval of the proposal Lou returned to complete the install and make sure everything worked properly before leaving. He gave us several follow up coaching sessions to help us with remotes and other questions we had.
