Thrives, crooks, psychos, at least the manager is. Do not support this location, they are not a local business and openly dont care about you. Im not speaking from a place of I didnt pay my bill I wouldnt give them the satisfaction to handle my furniture. Just an evil place, shop local and find somewhere who cares that you shop with them.

Excellent customer service! Quick delivery on most items. The prices are hard to beat. I will shop here for all my furniture purchases.

Got a great deal on a sofa and they are working with me on picking it up in a couple of weeks

We ordered a couch at the beginning of May and they said it would be delivered then the date got moved to Friday. Once Friday rolled around they said the back was broken on the couch so they would get it to us the following Monday when the new one came. In then Monday came and they said Tuesday then they said Wednesday. Finally Wednesday came and the couch had TWO HUGE HOLES in it. So they said we needed to wait for Monday to come so they could get a new one but then they said their truck didn’t come so they lost our business and they gave us a full refund but that was one of the only good things about the situation.

Farmers is great! We are comparison shoppers, and we do love a deal. That said, for 3 different times (once for adjustable bed, once for living room, once for refrigerator) we have comparison shopped other stores just to end up back at Farmers. We get started there, go check out all the other options, then end up back with Farmers. We also replaced an extra sofa with a great clearance deal along the line, and I furnished my dads room at assisted living facility with some nice pieces from their clearance room in the back. The selection is great, the furniture is beautiful (not the same exact thing you saw at other stores) and they are helpful. In the case of our fridge, we had another one go out on us and needed a replacement ASAP. Farmers was the same price on the same fridge as Lowes and Home Depot, but the delivery at Farmers was much faster! Overnight vs next week. They really came through for us! We also enjoy doing business with them-such very nice people.

Had a problem with my aunt getting comfortable in a lift chair I purchased from them and they worked with me to get another chair for her. Salesperson was Christine, very nice and helpful

Recently purchased a recliner during one of their sales. Found Jennifer Miles to be a terrific sales consultant. Counter staff were very pleasant and helpful as well as the warehouse gentlemen who loaded our purchase into our minivan. Highly recommend the Newnan store.

The sales person is A lady by the name of Jennifer she is awesome, Very Helpful but not pushy, she’s upfront and makes you feel cared about even though she’s very busy . Everyone is nice, the ones behind the counter are pleasant and patient .. Small town vibe in this hustle and bustle,I can’t comment on the furniture to soon to describe how sturdy etc.. but it’s beautiful... Just visit this place,

Now with respect to the salesperson and customer service they were great!! But the delivery personnel, are not the best! We bought a washer and dryer, they delivered it in good time; but they sat them down and didnt even help me move them into place! They didnt help me to install anything!!! Its a good thing I had experience in installing washers and attaching electrical three prong cords. The delivery crew are not professional what so ever!!

The Newnan Store has the nicest employees. I will definitely be buying more furniture from them. They seem to always have some good sales going on. Im looking forward to getting a new bedroom suite from there soon.

The two idiots who delivered our new sofa were a joke! We spent a lot of money on this sofa, got it delivered and all we needed was for them to take the old sofa to the curb, about 300 feet away! Not only were they rude about it but they said its not their job! Are you kidding me?! What about customer service?! I couldnt be there to do it myself and my wife couldnt do it herself! It would have taken them 5 minutes or less to take it outside but instead they are rude and say its not their job!!! Well its not my job to give my hard earned money to a company who has a**hole employees and wont fulfill a very simple request from a customer who just gave them A LOT of money!!!! I wish I could rate them 0 stars but google only allows 1 star at minimum! DO NOT USE FARMERS FURNITURE IN NEWNAN GEORGIA!!!!
