This is a great Target overall with awesome customer service, but shout out to Daniel and Timmy for going above and beyond to give me an amazing and intentional customer experience when I experienced an issue with a pickup order! They’re superstars 🤩 Rochelle was also exceptionally nice and warm when I was checking out. This isn’t my closest target, but it’s now my favorite target.

I’ve put in several applications here at this store and was denied by all ! Everything is good my work history resume background etc . I just don’t understand during this pandemic everyone “needs help” but yet so picky ! But based on the reviews on indeed majority hated there experience working here so I guess it worked out ! Very hard place to get a job . Considering I’m not sure at all why I keep getting denied . That’s fine I was given a way better opportunity (:

I went to Target yesterday for one thing, and I found it at a very reasonable price. I was looking for new basic pillows and bought 6 for $4 each. Perfect for our sons rooms. Penny was a great person to speak with at the register. Very friendly. Thank you for being closed on Easter this year. I appreciate that.

I love how clean, kind the staff is. Today they went above and beyond for me when I was using the self checkout. They came and helped me put my items in big Target bags.

Because I never have a problem when I come to the Newnan Target or any other Target location.

Felt like a small Target. Little kids running wild everywhere.Had a decent movie selection which is why we stopped in but other than a few clearance items from toys, we didnt buy anything that we thought we would. Typically overpriced as most Targets are. Dont have any plans to stop in again.

Target run and done trying. This target never has anything in stock that you need. but the app says its available in store and you can order it for pick up and have it within 4 hours... it doesnt make sense.

I must say Target, is always clean . The employees are helpful and friendly. Its one of my favorite spots to shop at.

Tori at the Starbucks is rude every single time I come in there. I asked for a vanillasweet cream cold brew with sweet cream foam on top. She doesn’t add the sweet cream in the cold brew and then when I say that wasn’t what I ordered she tells me I have to ask for it? If I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew obviously I want it. After that she didn’t even offer me a cup holder as she can see I have 4 drinks and when I asked for one she goes “yup” with an attitude and basically tossed it at me. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this employee. She’s extremely disrespectful and shouldn’t work with people.

This Target was amazing. Super clean, well stocked, friendly service, and the prices were very reasonable compared to previous years. It was a pleasure to shop there. Thank you.

I am always impressed with the Target in Newnan. It is ALWAYS well stocked and clean and I enjoy the staff as I have ALWAYS been helped with a smile. The cashiers go above and beyond, most recently yesterday, Angel was my cashier and was extremely helpful!! I was struggling to download the Target APP to get my 10% coupon, and she calmed me and said that she could suspend my purchase to help the customer behind me while I was able to continue to SUCCESSFULLY download the app. It was most appreciated!!

There isn’t much to NOT love about Target but I went in Sunday evening on a hunt for an iPad & was hoping they had some in stock. I was greeting by an associate Alexis who was nothing but helpful with any questions I had and went out of her way to search for a certain size & color I was looking for. Great customer service is hard to come by & just wanted to stop in & say that it didn’t go unnoticed!

Newnan Target is pretty much the “Walmart” of the Target stores in terms of customer service with their staff now proving a second time in 2 weeks of being completely useless and incompetent .

Clean and easy to find items

Horrible customer service! I sat outside waiting over 20 mins for a drive up order and no one came outside. I used the app, the app even said (sorry for the delay) and I had to finally call the store as I and 6-8 other vehicles were outside waiting on their drive up orders. Some finally drove off after an exceeding wait time. When I called the store they said they suspended drive up due to a thunderstorm. The app signaled someone was coming outside and if I hadn’t have called how would I have known this. They should have had a sign posted, they claim they did but I looked all over as did others and there were no signs posted to where drivers could see (hence why we were all waiting in our vehicles). I saw no signs posted and there should be something on the app to let customers know. So I finally went inside to get my items, waited in the customer service line to pick them up and another lady also comes in behind me and they approached her first although clearly I was actually in line to be waited on. I shop target frequently and have worked for Target in the past, this is in NO WAY how to treat a customer especially the other poor people waiting in the parking lot having no idea this was happening. Target PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE.

They are friendly. Most of the time you can find someone to help .if you cant that usually means their helping someone else.

This is the most friendly, clean, professional Target I have ever been to. They are so helpful and cheerful always, I visit this store all the time and it consistently exceeds my expectations.

Targets prices are usually higher than Walmarts or other stores, unless theres a good clearance. The check out line was the worst Ive ever seen in Target, even worse than a Walmart store! There were only two registers open, and the self-checkout had a long line as well. The store is clean but the check out experience would make me wait before I go again. One good thing, the employee who opened another register was friendly, apologetic, and definitely began checking people out quickly!

I have never had a more pleasant shopping experience at Target. Every staff person I encountered was upbeat, friendly and helpful. There is a very different atmosphere of pleasantry that I have never felt before.

I love target they usually have the things that I was looking for in other stores in there store stocked and ready to purchase the employees are always super nice. I love the food court and the convenience of Starbucks. It’s just a great place. Not to mention if I find it on the app and it’s a different price they match it on the spot I LOVE THIS PLACE.

I visited to Target on 12/9. I went to check out at 10am, but I forgot my wallet. The kind worker said that it was no problem. They can save my stuff for 24 hours. I came back the next day at 8am, and nothing had been saved. No, condolence or apology was offered. No solution was offered. The employee said that they must have already been put back. I went around the store to look for some of the items, but I could not find them. I wont be back.

From my experiences with online pick up most of the Target employees are always on point with my orders when I order online in a timely manner. Always greet me with a smile or ask me do I need help when I come to customer service. Target has store members who believe in giving the best customer service to their customers I would definitely recommend all my family members to shop at the Newnan Target especially for their online pick up! Its convenient and easy!To the older guy that has waited on me several times while Ive came in to pick up my online orders, I cant remember your name right off hand, but you are the best customer service associate ever! I have shopped at this store for years and have had positive experience for the most part. This store has a specific team member that is almost always rude and acts like she would rather visit hell over dealing with customers. I have stepped out of the guest service line before to let others go ahead of me to avoid this team member. I have had yet another poor experience with this team member. This will change how I shop at target moving forward.

Worst Target in Georgia! Usually businesses in Newnan & Peachtree City have better service at there stores than Atlanta BUT not for this Newnan Target store. Dont bother doing a curb side pickup. You will wait the entire 4 hours even if you only have 1 item on your order....ridiculous! And dont bother calling...they will not even answer the phone. Pathetic!

I had to make a return and the young man that helped me was friendly, fast and made it easy. I love Target. I dont like that they dont have enough registers open and there is usually a long line BUT it is the holidays so tis the season.

Products were available that I was shopping for. Sales Associate was friendly and knowlegable.

Staff is always very friendly, restrooms are fairly clean, everything is easy to find. Also, whoever rearranged the clearance section in the kids (12months- 5T) section deserves a gigantic raise. It is SO easy to browse and looks SO much better!!!

It was so incredibly easy, especially with two sick 18 month old babies. I needed medicine and didn’t want to have to take them into a store! The man who brought me my stuff, in the rain, was patient, kind and so extremely polite. He wanted to make sure I had everything and even went back into the store to check on something else. I won’t abuse this service, but today with these sick boys, it was a lifesaver!

Stylish items at a fair price

Never had a problem price matching before at any Target. Go there today and they wouldnt price match my item. The item was $85 there and Walmart has the item for $64 even Amazon has the same item for $64. So Target you lost a sale for sure. Will be Christmas shopping elsewhere. Maybe you shouldnt advertise you price match with a guarantee if you really dont.

Sometimes you have to venture away from your comfort zone and try a different location for what you think is an ordinary trip to the storeI was in Newnan meeting a friend for dinner so I decided to go to the Target literally across the road. The location of this store is 25 miles away home but in Atlanta this is not out if the norm and well worth it.The store is neat and pleasant. Very quiet shopping is what I call it really. The one thing they so have here is an abundance of clearance. I dont know if this location gets sent clearance from other stores but it was a joy to keep turning corners and seeing those yellow tags.Your store associates are very helpful as well. I found everything I needed.

Ease of use, easy pick up. I am never disappointed with Target. The quality of products are on point, the stores are always clean and easy to navigate, and staff are always personable and helpful.

Customer service is always great. The bathrooms, however, look as though an untrained toddler came through with a diaper full and smeared feces all over every surface in the bathroom. Not to mention the awful smell of urine making it seem as though Im at a bar at 2 a.m. and no adult can properly use a toilet. Other than that, they always have what I need

I was very satisfied with how quickly i got my pool that I ordered on-line the night before. I dont usually opt to pick up my orders at the store. This was a first for me and I must say it went smoothly and they even helped me take it out to my vehicle. Way to go target.

We are new to the area and needed essentials while waiting on the moving company to deliver our household things. Stopped by Target, $250 later we were using the self check-out, because there werent any real checkers. On the way out we were stopped by the associate checking receipts, generally this ordeal is a quick once over but this one went through every item, even going as far as rescanning items to make sure they matched. In the time she took harrassing us she could have checked out a half dozen people. Plenty of other places to spend money and dont feel like being a Target.

This Target is really nice! The staff is always willing to help. I can normally find whatever I need, however I wish they carried a couple more varieties of rabbit food. Also, they run out of rabbit food and hay so often that I can’t even depend on them having it when I need it anymore. Please expand this section a little! I wish I didn’t have to go to a whole different store just to get what I need for my bunnies!

This location has is always clean and well stocked. They have a great selection of pet products, cosmetics, health food snacks, and household goods. The pharmacy area has a good selection of OTC products, not like a vitamin shop or maybe Walmart, but still something you could use. I highly recommend this location.

I usually enjoy shopping at this Target, but I had a terrible experience today. When I went to check out, there was a very long line for the one open register. I finally get to the check stand and the girl working it, Paige, is incredibly rude. Zero customer service skills. She snapped at me when I asked for a bag and ignored me while complaining to her coworker about the temperature.

Overall, not a big fan, prices seem to be high and I just dont have much desire to go there. Was there the other day; walked in, looked at Christmas decorations with the girlfriend, and walked out not buying anything. The store is always neat, well maintained, well lit, and inviting. The customer service that came with creating my baby registry was amazing. I work at Walmart and we dont even have the scanners for registry. Scanning was half the fun. The girl that was working last night was super awesome. She greeted me and my friend with a smile and had a great attitude. Desti? I cant remember her name but she had blonde hair and had a good sense of humor too. I love getting customer service like this. Creating my registry was super easy. I highly recommend Target for expecting mothers.
