Jz was absolutely phenomenal. The store is always busy and short staffed. I never once felt rushed or like she didn’t care. She helped with everything I needed, she was super sweet, and made sure to greet the incoming customers. I loved that she told me what she was doing when she stepped away to sign people in. Times like these are hard but she handled everything with a great attitude.
Always have to wait forever no matter how many people are in the store. How do you run a store with no manager on duty. Honestly I think they need some help even though employees are nice and friendly trying to make you feel better about the service wait and other issues.

Ive been a T-Mobile customer for 17 years. I say that to give credibility to the fact that I have been inside of many T-Mobile stores over the years and have worked with many T-Mobile representatives.That said, this is downright the worst store Ive had the displeasure of being in. In the past, I have never been happy about the customer service, but today I cant help myself but to make a negative review. I came in to exchange my watch which has not been working properly. I was met with the snarkiest and rudest lady. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she didnt even try or fake being pleasant. She was foul, and has no business serving in a client-facing role. Not coincidentally, she was the only one without a name tag.
They greet you at the door and they are very kind and considerate. Ive had an issue with my phone regarding bought from another country. My personal involvement with Alexa and TK, they worked very hard and didnt give up to figuring out my phone and my spouse. I want to thank you so much and this is a great transition into the T-Mobile family. God bless
Store was **supposed to be open*** but wasnt. Waited in my car for 2 hours as I had made an appointment but no one ever came out for me or even opened the security flaps.Not using sprint anymore, especially since I came in due to my data cutting out for 0 reason in 90% percent of places I visit.Extremely disappointed with the lack of service since I went out of my way to call the 1-800 number and they said themselves the store was supposed to be open and they tried to call the store too.
The Newnan location is one of the reasons Im leaving TMobile. Theyll lock the door in your face without saying a word to you at 2pm. You see 3-4 employees inside and they wont answer the phone. I can go on about other issue but we all know the company and its employees dont care.
I dont know about where you work but Im fired if I quit in the 4th quarter.. door says 8pm they close.. 717pm.. its a ghost town.. I needed a new phone in emergency fashion and I guess verizon hail mary td and stole the game cause t-mobile quit before the buzzer... Losers
Arrived at t-mobile in newnan at 12:15. Was told there were a few customers ahead and it would be a 40 minute wait. We left and went to some surrounding stores to go shopping. Went back around the 1.5 hour mark to ask when and they let us know there were two people ahead of us. Then not long after asked again how much longer. Was told there was one person ahead and we were after him.. saw him walk out 30 minutes ago.. Almost 3 hours later still waiting for them to call us back for our appointment. Go to peachtree city store for better service.
We had such a great experience here. Our customer service agent Temeca was well knowledgeable and helped us save money on our family plan. I’m so glad we stepped into this store today. I’ll recommend my family or friends to visit; and upon arrival ask for T!! You surely won’t be disappointed 😍
It was a rough start with the person who checked us in when being told waiting time was 20 mins but actually waiting about an hour then seemed we got forgotten about when we got in. But Hollis helped us and he was amazing and extremely helpful! Great personality.

Just went to the store. There was nobody greeting when we walked in. I understand that everyone was busy but not a single employee said “I’ll be with you in a minute “ or something along the lines of that. I waited for about 15 minutes until somebody acknowledged me.Employees also act like they’re there because they have no choice.

Customer service here is great. The team is very professional and friendly.. they greet you and treat you as family. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to do business.. Neva is especially polite and knowledgeable. Love the whole staff!
This is a corporate store, but they still cannot provide customer service! A former Sprint customer forced to deal with T-mobile. I can not get any help.
When I say this is the best service Ive ever had with a cellular phone service, it really is. Neva is so knowledgeable and amazing. If you are looking for a great service, I recommend you come and ask for Neva.

Temeca was FANTASTIC. She greeted us at the door and was very attentive. She was professional and knowledgeable about TMobiles offers and deals and calculated everything we wanted to know anytime we asked. She broke down the changes that would be applied to our bill and gave us different options and scenarios so ensure us that we were making the best decision for our wants with our phones as well as our pockets! She even picked out accessories for us. Temeca made the whole experience of buying new phones so smooth and effortless. She is definitely an asset to this location.

I came into the store several days ago with a virus I had picked up in my phone. Your associate Jeffery was incredibly knowledgeable and had a great attitude. He immediately found the source of the problem and had it fixed for me. This virus was a very big issue as it was spamming me with adds while I would be using Google maps which would pop up over the map creating unsafe driving conditions for me. All in all a great experience. Thank you so much to Jeffery and the whole staff.

My family joined T-Mobile a few months ago the experience since has been AWESOME especially at this location. Ive visited other tmobile locations and theyre good to but the atmosphere here is amazing the reps are very knowledgeable and transparent they have gone to bat for me and my family as well as other customers you can tell they really care and not all hype when we were at Verizon I felt like a pest or a number here I feel Like family Thanks everyone there if youre thinking about switching go here you wont regret it
I went into the Newnan store today to get my screen protector replaced. Temeca explained to us the benefits of the insurance. I ya no idea that I could upgrade before my phone was completely paid off. Temeca was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Although we live 100 miles away, I think I may be paying her a visit when I decide to purchase.

This is a direct T-mobile only sales location. Ive been a T-mobile customer for 9 years. Prior to this, I was a Metro PCS customer before switching to T-mobile, which is now owned by T-mobile (the best thing that has happened to Metro PCS.) Ive always been very pleased with the high quality customer service provided at this location. The sales associates are very knowledgeable about all the products Ive purchased from them, the various mobile plans theyve had and they strive to provide the best and most affordable options available. Since this is the only direct T-mobile store in Newnan and within approximately 25 miles, you can expect a bit of a wait, especially during peak hours and on weekends.
Waited 45 mins to NOT be helped.... maybe its time to try out Verizon 🤔🤔
On this rainey day in Georgia, I stopped into the T-Moble store to check on the 55+ plan, since I am 56, I spoke with Temeca and I am so glad I did, I upgraded and got my son a Iphone. Temeca was so knowledgeable about the phones, rate plans, and promotions. I would recommend everyone come in to see her.

Awesome mobile store. There is plenty of free and handicap parking. The employees are friendly and very knowledgeable about the products in their retail mobile phone store. The phones are the latest and their cellphone serive is awesome. I had a great time looking at the cellphones in this T-Mobile retail store. Overall, I thought the prices were quite expensive at this time.

We waited 20 mins to buy a phone and when we were going to be helped by an employee an older customer pushed in front of us rudely to ask the employee to help him. Instead of the employee telling the man to wait patiently, he takes him past us to the help desk and leaves us standing there where he was going to help us get the phone. Very rude behavior on both the customer who was more than old enough to know better and even worse for the employee for not telling the man to wait his turn. Will never shop here and will let other friends and family know of your businesses lack of professionalism.

Tmobile wont allow you in their store without a mask.. so I had to commit a class 4 felony to get my phone fixed. In the state of ga it is illegal to wear a mask while carrying a firearm. Poor customer service as well.

Jerrel switched our phones to T-Mobile from Google-Fi. We are now on the program for seniors. Two lines, unlimited everything for $60 a month including taxes. He is extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with and has a great can-do attitude. Highly recommend and thanks for the great service!

I really wish I could give this store a better review, but I cant give it a 1 star, either. The employees here have worked hard for us, beyond what could be expected; however, they are only working to fix a mistake made by their own employee (J). On top of dealing with this ongoing ordeal for the past 3 months, the original employee (J) has never directly apologized for her mistake in the first place. Just own it and move on. Dont pretend it just happened. YOU messed up, and now your coworkers (Mainly N) are doing their best to fix it for you. Thanks for trying to get everything fixed, but these past 3 months were totally avoidable to begin with.The Problem: In June 2018, employee J told us we qualified for a bogo promo. Catch: have to add a 3rd line. Fine, we can use it, not bad for 2 new phones, plus the bill will remain close to the same. (Approx. $150)July: Fist bill comes in, everything looks good.August: Next bill is doubled. NANI?! Return to store: we werent qualified, though we added a line. We had to also change our entire plan. Cant just return the phones, because its been over 30 days. So: change plan, or pay astronomical bill every month, but bill will never be the original quote of approx $150. Change plan. Receive credit on bill for inconvenience. (Dropped to approx. $170, but actual bill will be approx $180) Ok. Thanks, N.September: Bill almost as high as previous one. (Approx. $260) Return to store. Employees no longer have a clear understanding of why the bill is so high, but escalate the problem to cust. service. Told to wait until next week and return if no changes. Js trying to help fix it now, but still acts as if the system just happened to mess it up, not that she messed up directly.Mid-Sept: No changes. Return to store. Check with cust. service. Employees still unsure as to what exactly is happening, but they are told that in 5-7 biz days, should have normal bill finally, but were screwed for the current bill and just have to pay it... the credits SHOULD be applied in the next bill cycle... Ok. N helped us again, and shes really doing her best, and its appreciated.So thats where we stand. The level of effort to fix this from N is worthy of 4 starts at least, but the fact that the original employee J blatantly blames her mistake on random circumstance is unacceptable. If anything, the store manager should offer an apology on her behalf, because he obviously doesnt provide his employees with proper training.

Before today I would have recommended TMobile, but somehow in a short period of time, theyve managed to bypass Verizon in lousy customer service. I went in today for a replacement screen protector and was put on the waiting list with 3 people ahead of me. There were 4 employees in the store, which at one point 3 of them decided to take a 10 minute break together. Anyway, I waited an hourand 35 minutes, then walked out, never once having been acknowledged. Either you need more people, need to train the people youve got, or stop expanding until you figure out what you are doing. Worse than bad customer service isnt going to keep people coming back.
The working staff are not friendly..(Of course, I only met one of the staff, but...)I am a current Verizon customer, but if you were interested in T-mobile and on the day of your visit, kindly gave me a lot of information...You must have changed your carrier to T-mobile..
