Very friendly workers, fast service aswell. Were able to take two of my items when a previous gamestop refused to. Great place overall.
Katie is the BEST, most AMAZING and CARING, not to mention KNOWLEDGEABLE manager I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I do not say this lightly, as I am in the customer service field myself, so I hold others in the position to a higher standard. Very, very impressed with the PROFESSIONALISM of Katie and All the staff at this store. 10 stars if possible!!

The store is a much bigger one than most. They have a ton of inventory. The man that scanned us out was awesome. He couldnt have been better. In the crazy covid times....they still had the games we were looking for.

Kelly and Robbie have to be the 2 best people Ive ever had the pressure of doing any type of business with. Very helpful and go out of their way to answer any questions and make sure youre happy before leaving the store. No matter how busy they are, theyre always super nice. Ive been shopping at this GameStop for years because of these 2 awesome people. However, The other GameStop by T-Mobile and pet smart has absolute terrible customer service. If I could give them a zero, I would! Shopping for my son’s birthday. Found a game he really wanted. They had one in stock. Found a shirt he would really like too. Stood in line with no one waiting in front of me. The clerk stood there having a personal conversation with someone completely ignoring me. Finally after waiting, I started putting stuff back only to hear him ask the person behind me if they were ready to check out. I was fuming. I walked back over to him. He said oh were you ready to checkout? I said yes but obviously him having a personal conversation was more important than him checking me out. His response was okay we’ll have a nice day and come back. His response might as well have been F... you.
This Gamestop is terrible.. Kelly was EXTREMELY rude! I never wish anything bad on anyone but someone like that should not be working in customer service. I will not be spending anymore money at this location moving forwardOn a positive note- after my encounter with Kelly, I decided to go to the Newnan Pavilion location and was pleasantly surprised. They were able to help me within minutes and I was out the door.

They have alot of the latest consoles. The price of the used controllers are cheap and theyre good. People are awesome
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I’ve shopped here twice and we won’t ever go again. Employees were so rude both times. And the manager might be the rudest of them all.... Don’t understand how he still has a job. I would get fired from my job if I treated anyone that rude. Taking my business somewhere else and definitely recommend others to do the same.
Incredible customer service. The Employee Ben is outstanding, I traded in a console and 50 plus games, Ben did his job quickly while informing me of important things and deals for a new console. Hes knowledgeable and super friendly. I give Game stop of Newnan a 5/5 and Ben a 6/5. Good work.
The male sales Rep. was great. But the female employee with short hair has poor customer service skills. First I stood a in line with 1 customer ahead of me for almost 30min. While she just stood there not assisting anyone. I thought she was the male sales reps girlfriend. Then I walked out and came back and notice that she was assisting other customers. Finally when I walked up to the male rep I asked him to test a system I purchased and let me know what all I was missing so that I could purchase additional accessories. She interupted the conversation and rudely stated, Well bases off how your conversation started, we cant do that! The bottom line is that all customer should be treated equally with respect and dignity. She was very rude to the point that I told the male service rep that Im going to spend my money at a different GameStop. He even helped me locate one near by. Good customer service bring customers back!

My son love this store. He will spend every bit of his Allowance here if you let him. They do have good deals on used games but I wouldnt try and trade some of my game in for cash. They dont really give you much at all. Im sure they offer less than the game are even worth.
Waited in line for close to an hour to make purchase. Poor girl was there all by herself and had to answer questions from customers that literally turned into tireless rants about what she liked most because its cheaper. There were two people ahead of me. If there was another store that had what my kid wanted I would have left. Terrible way to waste an hour of my life

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! The employees are the worst!! I was there with my son and Robbie, the so called manager, was just about the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. When I told my son we would just go over to the other store in town, this supposed manager and a female employee went on to badmouth the other store!! I was shocked. Hands down the most unprofessional and rudest person I’ve ever seen in a management position. Gamestop needs to get rid of him.

Stood in line for an hour to buy 3 small items that WERE ON SALE. The man at the register had no care in the world that there were people in line waiting. I get to the register just to be told they werent on sale even though it was in a spot clearly marked buy 2 get one free.
Called to ask for a price of a game that they had on the website because there wasn’t one listed and the guy said “I don’t know google it bye” maybe hire people with communication skills not just random gamers😂

The store is small and kind of shabby - has a weird smell sometimes. Their stock is definitely shifting away from games and more into merchandise which is disappointing.
Went in to pre-order Black Ops 4 for PS4 to get the Blackout beta code last week (which was largely advertised in store as a promotion with no mention of any limited quantity). After paying for the game completely the store manager told me they were out of beta codes which I thought was a joke. Ended up canceling the pre order and buying it in the PlayStation store. No wonder they are losing business. Don’t advertise a promo and then not follow through on it.

If I could give them negative stars I would I called earlier today and asked about the $100 console trade in told them exactly what I had a gen 1 Xbox 360 that barely works they said it would still be the $100 off then I get there and they tell me its $12 it doesnt fit the parameters for the deal even though they told me otherwise on the phone Id even called another store and they said that it wouldve been $100 there too so they lied in my line of work if you say one thing but its another you honor your original agreement I will never shop at this store again and I will be contacting corporate and the better business bureau

Had an unpleasant experience while I was there. All I did was ask if they had any exclusive offers. Then afterwords, the manager at least I think it was a Manager. He didnt look like one.I think he was just having a bad day, kinda felt bad. People have bad days, but leave your attitude at home.

The Store Manager here is about the most unpleasant man I’ve met. He talks in code like I should know all gamer acronyms and talks down on you when you don’t understand his jargon. I forgot our last experience with him and will just drive the extra couple of miles to the GameStop by PetSmart. I would recommend anyone else that wants a good experience do the same.
The rep KELLEY that works here has the worst customer service of all time. Clearly didn’t want to be there and treated me very rudely. Continued to engage other customers while I was standing in front of her for help. Had a terrible attitude the entire transaction. Please don’t give your business to this location

I called this store yesterday, September 23rd, 2016, because Forza Horizon 3 came out and I didnt get the chance to pre-order it. I was told that they had one extra copy, only store near me with an extra copy, so I asked them to hold it for me and they said they would hold it for two hours. No problem, I live an hour away so I could easily make that. So I get in my car and drive an hour, 35 miles, to this store to get the game I was TOLD was being held for ME. So I get there and tell the guy I was there to pick up the game. The girl, who I spoke with on the phone, told him I was here to get the extra copy. He then tells her that it was already being held for someone else (he called them by their first name). Keep in mind, they were holding it for me for 2 hours, 12:15pm-2:15pm. I was there at 2:05pm. This guy apparently was more important than I was because he didnt pre-order it but had it held for DAYS. What it seemed like was this guy was holding it for a friend and wouldnt give it to me. So I drove 70 miles for NOTHING. Sat in 2 hours of traffic for NOTHING. Wasted 3 gallons of gas for NOTHING! I dont blame the girl I spoke to at all. I was told by my local Gamestop to call these people because the system showed they had an extra copy. When I called the store she told me the same thing, that the system showed they had one extra copy. She was confused when the guy said it was unavailable. I felt extremely disrespected. All I got was a Sorry. Because apparently the guy whos been holding it for days, not in the system, is more important. This whole ordeal felt super shady and these people will never be getting my business ever again. I ordered the game off of amazon for $85 versus the $100 without tax at the store anyways. Dont waste your time or your money here. This guy was super shady with me.

This place turned me off from Gamestops all together. From now on I will only go to small business gaming stores, or ebay/amazon. Wanted to buy 2 games today went in there was a guy working there really he was just standing there talking to one of his friends the entire time I was in there. There was also a woman working she was talking to a customer on the phone,with one hand, and playing with a phone in the other. I Stood there mind you Im the only customer in the store, for at least 10 mins. with the games in my hand . After the 10 mins. I just walked back over to the shelf put the games back, and left. They dont care at all about customer service here, because they know there is only gamestop in town to buy. Well the 2 games I wanted to buy Ive found on amazon for well under half the price they have at gamestop. So before you waste your time going into this crap hole. Check the price on amazon you will save a crap load of cash,and you wont have to deal with the jackasses that work there.
