I’ve been standing in the store for over an hour now and no one has assisted or helped me. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a young black male, I don’t know if I’m intimidating to them or what the case is but no one wanted to help me. They all stood and around and just stared as I waited over an hour. Four customers came in 30 mins after me and were helped right away and I’m still standing almost an hour after people who came After me with NO APPOINTMENT were helped first. They sat in the back, 4 employees refused to help me. Ashley is the store manager she was very nonchalant and refused me service. She was very unhelpful and I don’t appreciate it. The store manager is Rebecca she didn’t help as well. The time now is 12:50 pm and they offered “come back tomorrow” after I’ve waited for over an hour and no customers are in line but me. I don’t like the way as a black male that I’m being treated. This is unfair and Verizon corporate needs to address this
The cell service is terrible. Constant dropped calls and breaking up everywhere. I switched from cricket wireless thinking Verizon was the best but that is definitely not the case. We are paying a premium for tracfone service.

We have been without internet since the tornado two weeks ago and went to this store to get additional data for hot spots . CHRISTOPHER was clearly explained to our need and situation. He SOLD us a jet pack with extra data. What he did not explain was that this data could be emptied with a single movie stream even after we described our needs. Went to take the device back and when realizing that was all they could do we were hit with a RESTOCKING fee of $50.......... Great customer service on this visit but thanks Verizion for making $80 from us in this time .......
Went in to trade my old phone for a new phone. Two staff, no customers. Was told that the next available appointment was in an hour. Will trade my phone at Apple Store.

The people are fairly friendly, though did not, on my visit, actually finish helping me with my needs. I am still, a week later, trying to get a cell phone to activate, using the SIM the lady gave me that day. She did not offer to help install or set up my verizon phone or ask if I had any questions or concerns.
Walked in the place three people standing around on their phones asked me if I had an appointment refused service due to the fact of not having an appointment
GREAT place to go if you live to watch people do everything they can to not work. While they were not helping me, and I was on the phone with corporate for over an hour, I watched them repeatedly turn people away... Unless, of course, they were there to make a payment. Theyll take all the money and provide as little service and hospitality as possible.

My Verizon is the Greatest and Tracy is the man to see he gives Great Customer service and knows all the Specs regarding your cellphone needs .
Impossible to get intouch with. Tried to call to ask about purchasing a phone & all i got was a automated person & no way to talk to a real person. Im really annoyed & dissapointed. Verizon needs to step up there game.

Worst experience ever... it’s clear the managers and employees don’t care about the customers. I was almost sold a phone that was apparently reserved for someone else!! Left empty handed and extremely disappointed. The employees were incompetent and have the “not my problem; I could care less” attitude down to a T! Not at all impressed as a fist time Verizon Customer. How are the customer service agents on the phone more helpful than the people in the store?? Don’t waste your time at this store until they get new employees.

Pretty useless
The worse experience in a Verizon store ever. If I could rate lower, I would. The attitude and the disrespect I experienced in Verizon at Newnan Crossing today, has never happen to me in any Verizon store before. The young lady who waited on me lacked experience, was impatient and rude. Before I could purchase my item, she snatched the card machine, walked away with an attitude. I was left standing there confused. I didnt know if I should leave or stay. I finally asked another employee if they could help me. The employee went to the back to get the young lady so I could make my purchase. I tried to call the store back but was placed on hold. I had to hang up just to get through again only to be told that the manager would call me back. Im embarrassed not only for myself but for them as well. This is not good representation of Verizon or customer service.This experience has left me feeling like its time to switch. No hard feelings but please do better.
My customer experience at this store location has been excellent!!! The staff is always friendly and have a welcoming presence. It’s never over crowded or busy when I’m in there. It’s very neat and quite! My sales rep has been Oscar my last two visits. He is very knowledgeable of Verizon products and he made sure I got the best plan with service. He has made both of my visits pleasant by giving me discounts and letting me know how I can save money and earn rewards points! I am a Happy Customer thus far!!!
Paid bill outside last month. Was not allowed in to pay bill in part of not having mask, would not come out to accept payment like last month. By the way walked into store in PCB no mask and paid bill.
Been in here a couple of times in the past and was not impressed. Went in last week and again today and dealt with Oscar. He is knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and cares about what he is doing. If you have a problem, I highly recommend Oscar!
This store needs to clean house. Sales people not helpful, rude, didnt set up my daughters phone, so she is going home to figure it out..They push u to buy all the accessories.Get them on Amazon same thing cheaper. Should have sent her to Best buy. They are awesome there . Better Deals .. ..
Genuinely terrible customer service. They pretty much told me I just needed to call in to Verizon and figure it out myself. After telling them i already tried that they told they couldn’t do anything else. I’ve been waiting for my phone for 5 days after getting over night shipping. I will be switching carriers.

It’s very bad business to not let your customers use a bathroom! News flash you guys wouldn’t have a job if it wouldn’t for paying customers bringing that dollar bill in! Suggestion! Get a public bathroom inside for your customers! Curiosity is the best way to keep customers!!! 👍👍👍

Awesome experience in Customer service. This wireless store has plenty of free and handicap parking. There are even benches in front and outside the store for customers to play with their new Verizon gadgets. The employees are friendly and very helpful. The store is clean and well stocked with the latest technological gadgets. I had a fast and awesome time buying new producta and services in this wireless store. Awesomeness
We had a huge order and the lady helping up did it all in a timely manner without mistakes. Any hiccups that we ran into she dealt with it on her end. Glad I stayed with Verizon and not changed to another provider.
Stopped by to secure a new IPhone, yep the iPhone Xs Max, my iPhone 6 plus had seen its better days and started to do some really interesting effects on the home screen. Oscar has been my Rep for years, look him up, he provides great service.Picture comping soon!
I called the store asking to check on inventory for Note 4s. The lady said there werent any in stock but she would check other stores inventories to see if they had it in stock. She came back on the line and said excitedly that a shipment just came in! That was very kind of her.I get to the store and there wasnt a wait. I really enjoyed not having to sign up at a tablet and then waiting around to get service. Derrick immediately asked how he could help and I asked for the Note 4. The lady went and got me one and he proceeded to help me back up and transfer my data (contacts, texts, pictures, documents, etc.) from my old phone to the new Note 4.The store closed at 6 but I got there at 5:45 (due to work) and Derrick was very patient and continued to help me until 6:30. There were other customers in the store as well and the entire staff was in good spirits and didnt pressure us to leave the store. I recommend this store if you can make the trip! Thank you, Derrick!

Salesman I dealt with yesterday did not set up my phone, was uninformed and rushed me through the process. He was very smug and quick to make the sale. I very much regret buying a new iPhone from THIS store. Now I’m locked out of my account and have to wait for 4 days for Apple to reset it. I’ve bought several phones from this store. NEVER AGAIN and will tell others.
I visit this store very frequently for service and to deliver FedEx parcel. All around the staff and service is superior! I dont waste any time going to my local Verizon, this store always exceeds my expectations. Keep up the good work

They are ok just dont listen to what you want. My brother made me a authorized user on account but they wouldnt put me on there so he tries 3 times and still Im not a authorized user. If you find a phone you want they try to make you buy something more expensive then you can afford. If your phone has a problem even if have insurance on it they try to make you buy new phone
Not to mention Verizon has been my service provider since 2003, the place rocks! The standard for the cellular service provider has been set. Verizon has the lastest product, the greatest service.
I wrote a long piece about how bad this place is however I am revising it to this.Just do not patronize this place. All they are proficient at here is selling. After the sale they just dont care to assist you. The ignorance of customer service begins with Jalisa the manager so the rest of the staff cannot do any better. This is a corporate store and the model for Verizon.The same phones are cheaper across the street.This is not a 21st century company. This company is a total disaster. Communications company is not what I would use to describe this business. I have been more than patient and have been given the run around and wasted to much time attempting to resolve a simple issue. I am not doing business with this company ever again. I have heard I apologize and I am sorry for to many times. Sorry is the word to describe this business.
While Verizon still has the best LTE network. They need to be more lenient about what phones they will allow on the network. It would make Verizon a more viable choice in the future.
Terrible customer service! I walked in with zero greeting. Sat and waited which I was fine with. Zero eye contact from any employee or “I’m sorry for your wait..be right with you” just nothing. Then finally I’m acknowledged. I needed to just set up my new phone that I received at home and put it in the case which they usually do for me. He just tries to talk me through setting my phone up and then dismissed me. Finally another employee comes out from the back once another customer came in and totally ignored me. I spoke with the manager “Rebecca” who was absolutely terrible. She had me on speaker phone while trying to explain the issue. She said they no longer put the phone into the case anymore or set it up. They are worthless! We are really close to switching to another service! I hate Verizon!

Terrible customer service.Went in to upgrade two phones. Didn’t have the color in stock for one. Did each transaction separately... 4 charges to my debit card so bank shut it down for fraud. Took almost two hours to upgrade one phone. The guy actually had my husband doing all the work on his phone to get the upgrade. Then there was some sort of “system error”. Probably just an employee error who was poorly trained. Then, lo and behold, after making us wait so long nature called and guess what? No bathrooms. Save yourself the time and aggravation. Make the drive to Peachtree City. You’ll be glad you did.
And dont even TRY to reach that store by phone...every option given by the automated answering system sends you to an offsite department. Apparently, you must drive over, go inside, find someone to give you a moments time, just to ask them one easy question...which is what we just had to do...
Did an early upgrade on a phone that broke and swapped the upgrade with an existing phone. Guy who helped up didnt smile, didnt engage, didnt care. We came in knowing what we wanted and I guess that gave him a reason not to try? We left planning on switching everything over while having lunch and HE DIDNT EVEN ACTIVATE THE NEW SIM CARD. We had to go to the closest Verizon store at that point and have them activate the new phone THAT WE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR.

Make sure you log into your account and go to Plan > add-ons and apps > your phone line after you visit. Several times now, family members have had extra protection plans or unnecessary apps added to their lines after leaving the store (which I have removed). So either just upgrade online, or make sure you tell them that you dont want anything additional added on and still check your bill.
Let me start this review saying this store is unprofessional. They do not have your best interest at heart; they are commission based and will make sure they make their money. Any money they say they are saving you is a lie. I was supposed to receive a $200 giftcard for swapping over and adding a line. My representative decide to void that giftcard and apply it to my account without asking. If you have to go here(I recommend you not to)I say work with Carlos. He is the only one that works hard at this loction.

They lie about cost of devices and bill the bill hundreds of dollars and then never answer there phone to correct the problem. they service ppl there do not want to be honest or do there job and the customer service line wont get u to the store to talk to a human either. u get better service at a vacant building than at this version store

I recently visited this store for assistance with my iPhone 6 plus. When I went in the first time the person that helped me acted like I was a complete idiot and that I was lying about how my phone was malfunctioning even when another employee told him what he saw it do. They sent me a new (refurbished) phone 2 days later since my phone was still under warranty. When I activated the second phone, the screen did not work so I went back to the store and was basically told that it was not their problem that I had to take it to the nearest Apple Retail store.. over an hour away. Needless to say I will not be returning to this store because they are absolutely NO help and are seriously lacking in the customer service department.

Horrible sale service. Walked in to see about changing phone service and lady there didnt seem at all interested in selling Verizon service to me or offering me any time of promos. Basically she compared their prices to the service I have now and seemed ok with that and me walking away. Lol Horrible horrible.
Ill go MILES out of my way to never go there again. Ive had 1 good experience at this store in the almost 10 times Ive visited. Cell phones are too expensive to deal with piss poor customer service.
Got checked in waited about 40 minutes the guy that came out to help? us didnt seem very happy with his job. He answered my husbands questions with a lot of one word answers and seemed irritated when my husband who is hard of hearing asked him to repeat himself. I wish I had paid attention and got his name. After we decided to make the purchase we were checked out by another young man that while he wasnt rude..could have cared less..come to think of it no one seemed happy to be working or shopping at this store.
