Went in Saturday to get a bedroom suit and the manager was very rude. I have shopped with them for years and I would be a returning customer makes no sense to act like your better than the CUSTOMER.

Great staff. Manager Lee really helped me find what I needed. Store was clean great atmosphere.

I’ve been waiting for my bed set for 3 weeks i keep getting different delivery dates the one day they came out the 3 weeks i was running a errand and when i got there they was still there but told me they couldn’t give me my stuff until tomorrow

The staff is professional and even if I am a day late I am not harassed. I love my 75 inch TV and the payment plan . I have heard bad things about rent to own places but I have only good things to say about the staff and policies of this location. (Newnan)

I have a few things from Rent-A-Center in Newnan they always give great deals I so far have bought tv and new bed for my youngest son and a dryer and a note 5 and a Nintendo switch I recommend to anyone to go to this store staff is awesome

Excellent place for all of youre furniture needs.

Not good customer service.I rented a dryer with warranty and the timer stop working right.It took a month to get another one.Then the day and time they suppose to deliver no show.I had to call then they said the would head out and bring it.The assistant manager had to bring it out and cut his lunch short.He was awesome.
