Wonderful customer service
Went in to buy 3 new iPhones and the associates add in accessory prices and proceed to tell you that they’re part of an upgrade fee. After receiving my receipt I can see the only charge for upgrading is $25 per line and was charged for the accessories that are supposed “free” for upgrading phones. I would have to say that they must be making commission on these sales since they’re lying to customers. Bought iPhone XR and they only had cases for iPhone 11 but said they would work. Ended up costing an extra $155 for accessories when I would’ve just bought elsewhere. Since my wife didn’t like and of the cases the associate said she could get a pair of wireless ear pods instead. Those were $49.99, never opened and tried to return the following day and said they do not take any returns even though the print on the receipt clearly states otherwise. Highly do not recommend giving them any business until they change their sales tactics.
Female employee started laughing when I entered. The other female didnt laugh. I felt offended, very uncomfortable. Very unprofessional.

I was with CRICKET for 2 years and there always seem to be a issue. Nobody in the store could help me with any of my issues, as to account information, and also problems with my phone. the knowledge of the staff is terrible too.....they are not trained properly to help fix customer issues. I went into store multiple times a associate could not help nor a manager. That is just terrible. I am a small business owner and they lost me. I will not recommend CRICKET to anyone i know and will spread the word around here.
Awesome wireless store in Coweta County. There is plenty of free and handicap parking. The building is extremely clean and well organized. There is alot of stock and product in this store. The employees are friendly and helpful. Cricket Wireless is a awesome company to have wireless services with and the mobile phone selection is excellent as well. Overall, I had a great experience in this mobile store.
Ialways get great customer service in Newman and at Glenda Trace. I wish there was better incentives for long time customers. When you have to upgrade your phone, you have to pay full price for the phone plus an activation fee. Sometimes we do experience problems sending and receiving texts but the monthly cost for service is great though. All in all, we are pleased.
I have been a Cricket customer for over a year. I always pay my bill online. Today I happened to have cash & went it to pay my bill at the Bullsboro location. The young (caucasian) girl working tried sounding bubbly (as she must feel that voice is all that customer service is) but she was snotty and rude at the same time. When she told me how much the total was I questioned the extra charges ($3.00) and she said it was a convenience fee. Not that $3.00 is a lot of money, but she was sarcastic & again snotty with saying well when you come in the store you pay the $3.00, not in any way offering to waive the fee as a one time courtesy, as it is obvious that after a year with them it was my FIRST TIME paying in-store. She also wasnt apologetic about the fee or the inconvenience it was going to cause me to run to the bank & deposit funds to avoid an extra fee for me stopping in the store (how can you feel comfortable charging someone who is coming to you to pay) and Im sure could have been waived 1 time. I only have cricket service for my kids, as my husband and I are with T-Mobile. Just because you have lower fees doesnt mean you have the right to deliver rude, snotty customer service. I was NOT happy with my experience here today at all.

Service so horrible that I went ahead and switched over a year-and-a-half ago. Even though Cricket had a better rate plan it didnt matter, I was not going to be treated as if the young woman (horrible attitude towards my daughter, just 1 yr old then as well) couldnt be bothered. I dont even understand why people like that get jobs if they dont want to be there. Please do the world a favor and dont work with the public! Leave that job open for someone who can appreciate the opportunity.Out of all my horrible experiences with Cricket back then the only decent worker was a gentleman named Lance, but from what I understand he moved up the ladder into possible corporate or running larger stores elsewhere.Its too bad because they have lost a lot of customers since then.
These people are amazing. I am doing the purchasing for a campaign, and would not want to go anywhere else. The Cricket store at 386 Bullsboro Rd makes setting up a plan a buying phones a breeze.The staff is very helpful, personable, and i noticed them being intentional about giving me focused attention even when the store got busy and people were waiting.You cant beat the value you get for the money. The service is already a great deal, but they even upgraded the phones I was getting so I could get out the door faster. As a returning customer, they the threw in cases and waved some activation fees. These guys are awesome.

The only benefit to going inside the store in person versus visiting the webpage is that you can walk out with a phone in hand.. doesnt make sense to me that the customer service rep in the store are required to call cricket customer service or live chat with a cricket customer service agent off site in order to provide any help with your account.. next time Ill just make the call or love chat myself from my couch. From my personal experience at the Newnan location is that the reps on the phone are much more friendly and professional anyway. Not angry, just got a little frustrated.
Great phones, great service, and best of all, great prices! I wound up with a bill for $120 for 5 phones! Including unlimited data!

Cricket is the worst phone company. They dont take responsibility for their mess ups and have horrible customer service. Save your self a headache and go elsewhere.
