Cant say enough good things about this dealership and everyone working there! I went in to service my Accord, and walked away with the 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon that was on the lot! Totally unexpected! However, what made the experience so smooth and pleasant was the team of people that I was working with. John was so sweet and helpful for me during my test drive of the Wrangler. He did not pressure me AT ALL and made me feel so comfortable during negotiation. I then worked with Peter, who made also made me feel comfortable during my encounter. Peter took good care of me and I felt NO pressure from him as well. He also kept me laughing along the way! Then there was Taylor in finance, who finalized my car buying experience. He was also very friendly and pleasant to work with! Overall, this team of guys did a phenomenal job providing exceptional service with a fun sense of humor to make my experience top notch! No pressure, superior customer service, and laughter! Who can beat that?

My compressor went out on my 2018 Honda Civic and a different Honda dealership insisted that it wouldn’t be covered under my extended warranty and I needed to pay $1500. This was without a doubt the best experience EVER in buying a new car. Our Sales Consultant was Jose Robles. But Jose helped us so that when we left the dealership, we loved our vehicle even more than when we signed on the dotted line (and even above the pain of trading a car and what they allow you and how much you end up paying). All that pain faded as Jose gave me his cell number and encouraged me to call any time and he assured me that he would walk me thru any problems that I might have! We were very impressed with the knowledge of our salesman Zack Molina. Zack and all of the Honda of Newnan employees were very professional and courteous. We had talked to Zack on the phone before going to the dealership and explained exactly what we were interested in. We ask Zack to get us some information on the vehicles we were interested in and he was back in no time with the information that was asked for. I had mentioned to Zack that I did not mind riding 45 minutes to see the vehicles we were interested in but I did not want to be there another 6 hours making a deal. Well Zack did his best and we were in and out in three hour’s including the test drives. I do believe that during some of the down time waiting for the credit check and your turn to sit down with the finance officer they could have had some beverages and pizza while we watched the Georgia/Florida game. I purchased a used Accord from the dealership about a month ago. Recently we purchase Honda CR-V touring from Calvin who did a great job. The vehicle needed to have the rear pax door and a part of the quoted panel repainted. We dropped off the vehicle on October 26th with the idea that we get the vehicle back Monday Nov 1, then it was moved to Wednesday Nov 3 and now it is maybe November 8. A simple paint job should not take that long. So disappointed in their body shop!

Service consultants are helpful and not pushy to get you to buy services you don’t need. Waiting room is very nice and there’s a free coffee-latte-cappuccino machine and filtered water and danishes. WiFi is easy and fast. I’ve had no complaints at all! Ask if they have coupons they can apply…

Extraordinary Service and Support during the entire sales process. Riley provided the best customer service, by far, of anyone I have ever bought a car from. Great experience today at Honda of Newnan with the service department. We had a rough weekend taking a couple of our daughters to college in Florida and the engine in our vehicle blew right in front of the Honda dealership. Honda of Newnan realized that the weekend had been a bit rough for us and they did not charge us for their diagnosis and time. I would recommend this dealership anytime.

This had to have been one of the easiest car purchases Ive ever had. I actually spoke with Katie via text after looking at the new Honda Civic on the Honda website and then I did a search to see who the closest dealer was. I then checked out their website to see what they had on the lot and I guess this is kinda normal in 2021 because of the chip shortage and the shipping issues but they had 2 Civics that were being shipped to the dealership but nothing on the lot. I was already set on buying a Civic so I didnt need to test drive one, so no worries there. Katie then texted me the full purchasing info and I sent it over to my bank for a loan and they cut me a check for the amount needed, had it overnighted to the dealership, and then I waited about a week for the car to show up. Katie gave me a call and let me know that the car had shown up and then I met with the finance guy and went through the paperwork. Jose was my dealer and Cesar helped me setup the infotainment system in the car and then I drove the car home. It was a nice and easy purchase from start to finish. The dealership was new and nice. Everyone I met there was nice and helpful. They were never pushy, nothing was confusing, and it was just plain simple. I highly recommend Honda of Newnan for any Honda purchase and check them out for used cars as well!

I made an appointment to have warranty work completed on my odyssey after having a not so good experience with another Honda dealership. Chad Clark was a real one. Im not sure how many car salesman try to be buddy buddy with people they dont know just to make a sale, or seam ingenuine, but Chad is not one of them. This past week I went to look at a 2018 Camry they had on the lot. I dealt with Mr. Calvin and he was a great guy. Unfortunately we couldn’t agree on a price and were off from agreeing on a deal. I was looking for weather tech floor mats and trunk mat, along with an added service plan to cover the vehicle to at least 100,000 and we just couldn’t get there. However, even though we didn’t make a deal I’d recommend these folks just on how I was treated as a person. Maybe it’s just Mr. Calvin or maybe it’s the whole dealership I’m not sure but still a great experience. You guys should check them out! If you’re looking to buy a vehicle from a great salesman go by and speak with Mr. Calvin. He’ll treat you the best!

When I took my Civic in last week I was very pleased with Allen, I believe. I had a bit of a fender displacement, my fault, when I got home I realized you all had placed the screws in to align it with bumper.I feel that went above and beyond. The Internet sales team was professional and friendly, led by Katie Lloyd and her team of sales associates, Andrew and Jose did and excellent job from the 1st phone call to the test drives and pricing conversations. Taylor L. in Finance made the final signings and easy and comfortable experience. Looks like we bought an excellent car, 2018 low mileage Honda Civic EX at a good fair price with warranties. I plan to shop again for a previously owned vehicle in a few months and will start at Newnan of Honda 1st.
