I was told on a Friday morning that I should bring my car back for service on Monday morning. Once the car was taken in, I did not receive any updates on status for the entire week. I called 3 different times to follow up and decided to pick up car and take somewhere else. I have had a great experience with them for over 8 years BUT this time was a killer. They did not even give me the courtesy of having the car ready to go when I arrived! I will not do business with them again.

I have never owned anything other than a Toyota and I was very cautious and apprehensive with even looking at Ford trucks. I had Richard show me the around and the truck I was curious about. Honestly I would definitely come back because I wasn’t pressured into buying a car/truck. Richard was very calm and did not overwhelm me with information or even pressure me into buying my truck. All the employees were super nice and easy going, I definitely recommend this location for your next Ford purchase. This place is not like Toyota where you are pressured into buying a car right then and there. Thank you Richard!

We had decided to downsize from our Ford Expedition to a smaller SUV. Our salesman, retired firefighter, Richard Gardner was very patient. He listened to what we were looking for and we were able to test multiple smaller SUVs with towing options and trade in my Expedition saving time and money on our new Explorer. After the purchase Richard sat in the car, went over all the options and showed me how to use them. We will absolutely be back when we are ready for our next new car.

I had a horrible experience with the service shop where my car left in a worse condition than I brought it in. My serpentine belt was not put back on properly before I left the dealership, resulting in a lose of power steering and a blown head gasket. But even more disappointing was my experience working with the Service Manger, Mike. I called him to explain what happened and see if there was a compromise we could reach. Our first phone call was fine and he said he would look into it. But the second phone call, he was very hostile and aggressive. He did agree to refund my diagnostic charge after berating me for 10 min only because I could prove that his crew either missed a very big issue in their diagnostic test and assured me it was fine to drive home or they caused more damage with inspecting the car. Either way, I now I have car that has to go to salvage.

Purchased a brand new Ford Ranger on 5-31. 2 weeks later I noticed the front door was not shutting correctly. Called the service department at Mike Fitzpatrick and was told they don’t do appointments and it would have to sit a few days before they had the chance to look at it but if I brought it in on Saturday the 25th he might have a guy that could look at it that day. But no guarantee. Ended up having to take it to Union City for them to do the warranty work. The service guy that took my truck on intake said my door was the most misaligned they’d ever seen. The Ford dealer in Union City had to send pictures of the door to Ford so get authorization for their body shop to work on it. It has now sat for over a week and they can’t figure out how to fix it. I have now contacted ford corporate to see about a lemon law buyback. My review is based solely on how after spending over 30 thousand dollars at their dealership the service department couldn’t be bothered to make an appointment or even pretend like they cared about a customer who just purchased a brand new pickup truck at their dealership. And the fact that this dealership sold me a brand new truck with a door so misaligned the service tech at a larger dealership had never seen one so off. I should have just went to Toyota of Newnan and bought a Tacoma.

I would prefer to make an appointment so that my time is used more wisely. I understand sometimes people do not keep their appointments, and then you could handled those who just show up.

While we were doing the paper work on the truck they cleaned it up and filled it up with gas. They even helped us set up the Ford App that works with the truck. I would recommend them to others looking for a new Ford.

I took my 2016, 15 Passenger Van to Mike Fitzpatrick to have a Ford Recall Service completed as well as an oil change, tire rotation and a broken tail light repaired. I was told they had the light in stock, but the recall part needed to be ordered. I dropped it off on Thursday, received no call but did receive an email over the weekend stating my vehicle had been picked up. I went on Monday to find luckily it was still there. I was told they completed all work except for the light and was told the part was ordered and would be completed that afternoon. I came back and of course the light was not done and they said they were waiting on the part; the same part they originally said they already had. I told them just give me the vehicle and call me when they have the part. They never did call and I also noticed they did not rotate my tires. I will have the light fixed at a local auto repair shop. I will not be returning to that location; worst experience Ive ever had at a service department.

I am absolutely blown away by the over the top customer service provide by Mike Fitzpatrick Fords service department. I was told by another dealer in the area it would be 3 weeks before they could look at my transmission leak on a vehicle under warranty and that I would have to leave the vehicle with them the whole time. Unacceptable. I immediately called Mike Fitzpatricks service department and spoke with Ferdinand. He said bring it in and we will get to it as quickly as possible. Within a day we had a diagnosis and one additional day to get the part and repair our vehicle. Our vehicle is a Ford Transit Connect that we use for local pet food deliveries. I was using one of our personal vehicles for deliveries the day Ferdinand call and said our van was ready. When I returned to the dealership to pick up the van, Ferdinand helped me unload deliveries from our personal vehicle into our repaired van! I was blown away. This was way above and beyond. These people treat you like family! Do not hesitate to use Mike Fitzpatrick Ford for you service needs. What a great bunch of people!

We had a great experience. I love the Escape so far. I wish the carpet wasnt black because it shows up every piece of dirt. Just after purchase we saw advertisement of a another dealership that we had visited giving a lifetime warranty on new vehicle. So I wasnt happy I didnt get that.Everyone was very nice worked with us gave us a great price on trade in. And I came back to get key programmed and everyone in service was very nice also.

I called several dealers to search for a used expedition. Don was very quick to get me information but didn’t have a used car we wanted. He was knowledgeable and helpful as well as friendly unlike one of the other dealers. He sent me a very nice text thanking me for the opportunity to do business with him. After exhausting the used car thought and no return call after a message and email to the other dealer I called Don back and we discussed new cars. On that same day he got the sale. We signed off the following morning. I highly recommend Don and this dealership! We love our new car! By the way, he went out of his way to make sure we got any discounts we were entitled to.

Wonderful experience, except for the drive, but it is not the dealerships fault that I live almost three hours away :P. Seriously, buying a vehicle has never been an experience I crave, but this experience was far better than average. From my initial chat online, to my first contact with the sales agent, there was not much in the way of haggling. They were straight forward with what they were willing to do and the financing process was also pleasant, with little pressure with respect to extra warranties and such. First of all, thank you. Car buying can be stressful and leave you with a bad feeling for years. I can promise you that this dealership is not built that way. From the moment I arrived I was treated like a customer and not a sale. I knew what I wanted, told the salesman Clay and (Richard took me on the test drive when I my truck arrived from the factory) and he gave me 3 options. I never felt like he was “selling” me on something I didn’t want. After they found exactly what I wanted they made it happen. I got a very fair deal ( checked around before and after the sale). Finance manager, Tom, was fair and really worked to make me a truly satisfied customer. This is the 3rd vehicle my family has purchased from this dealership. It will not be the last. Take your Ford anywhere else and youll be glad you did. Mike Fitzpatrick Ford is poorly run and lacks a technical staff with the necessary skillset and know how to work on Fords or any other vehicle.I had a crack in my moonroof that wasnt leaking but aesthetically looked bad and was probably dangerous, so I took it in to get it fixed. After getting the repair done, I was handed back a larger problem than I went in for. Every time it rained, my truck started smelling like a wet dog, and I finally notice a major leak in the moonroof. This water was staining my ceiling and soaking into the carpet in my floors. I went back and Charlie, their Service manager got me in quick (nice guy). I picked it up a few days later and was told everything was taken care of. Charlie even cleaned the ceiling where it had been water stained. Problem was, they didnt fix the technical issue. When I came back and asked if this could be handled immediately, charlie was out of town, and I was told me theyd get to it when they get to it.I took it to another ford dealership and they fixed the problem immediately with a detailed list of services performed. No More leaksTheir service report stated that in the ceiling, screws were missing and the drain line was not properly installed. They also cleaned the car interior.I asked Mike Fitzpatrick to warranty their incompetent work and provide a refund for the Extra $540 I had to spend to have someone else fix a mistake they already missed 2X! The General manager, Wayne, told me hed split it with me 50/50 toward future services if Id come back and be a customer again..... really?

My husband and I have had nothing but problems with our F-150 (bought at another location) and are sorely disappointed with the service center here, which is incompetent at best. Two or three times now we’ve taken our truck in and paid several hundred dollars only to discover that the problems were not resolved. This has happened 2-3 times now. They’ve also performed and billed for unauthorized services.One man I spoke with was blatantly sexist, and another was spitting tobacco during our entire conversation.This service center is a strong reason my husband and I have decided not to trade in our truck for another Ford.

I took my truck in for some recall work in the transmission and was told to plan on three days before I may get it back. They were able to get in the shop and fixed the same day and i was able to pickup that afternoon near closing time. These guys are super friendly and seem to care. Over the years they have remodeled and staff may have changed but the customer service quality has never changed. Peggy in sales will go above and beyond to find what you are looking for. I had a notice of a customer satisfaction item that needed taken care of. I was told to come in between 8 and 830 and it would take about an hour to reprogram the computer. It was done in an hour. I had a 2015 Fiesta that had the typical intermittent juddering in the dual clutch unit. The service manager was extremely helpful in getting authorization for the repair which was important as it was nearing 36,000 miles.The work was done in three days, which is excellent in my opinion as it required the removal of the transaxle and partial disassembly.The car behaved properly until it was rear-ended and destroyed.

I had a phenomenal buying experience here. I truly stopped in just to test drive a model I was considering. Tyler Stretch was friendly and knowledgeable but he was not pushy or cheesy in any way. The price was fair and I’m happy with my purchase. I generally HATE the typical car buying experience. There was no high pressure sales pitch game on the sales floor or finance office. They gave me solid, honest information and I felt comfortable making my choices. I was able to do a lot of the work over the phone or via text so I didn’t loose time from work. Their show room isn’t fancy, but their customer service sure is!

My husband and I have been here a few times and have had horrible experiences every time. One time I came in for an oil change and ended up staying there from the time they opened to the time they closed that Friday. No one offered me a ride due to the inconvenience of how long it was taking for an oil change. When I asked for an update they talked to me and my husband like we were five years old. Then the second time and third time we had similar experiences with horrible customer service. Needless to say, I would rather drive extra amount of time to go to a different ford than to deal with them. Worst representation of Ford customer service 10/10 would NOT recommend to anyone.

Mike Fitzpatrick Ford is a very accommodating dealership to work with. I contacted the sales manager by phone about 2 pm one afternoon and by 5 pm that same day we had the deal put together, the truck was cleaned and ready for delivery. When I arrived at the dealership, all of the paperwork was ready for me to review and sign and I was out the door in under 45 min. Definitely one of the easiest new vehicle transactions I have ever had.

I will never purchase other car here again nothing but lies and trouble from day one. Not happy at all. My daughters first experience with a major dealership was horrible. only giving a one star because it will not allow me to not pick one. Continually having issues with the car and they want to charge $125.00 for diagnostics...uh everyone else does this for $60.00 or even free and i didnt even buy the car from them. i could go on and on but to keep it short....GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! 83 year old mother needed a new battery for her Escape. I could have bought a new battery anywhere but being the FORD person she is, she only wanted a FORD battery. The dealership replaced the battery with the correct amperage but used a short battery instead of a long battery. (a short battery will not fill the battery tray for those of you that dont know the difference.) When brought to the attention of the service adviser Ferdinand, I was advised it was the correct battery, that ford had changed the size and the other was no longer made. I knew better. I had the parts department check the part number and was advised the wrong battery was installed in the car. It was brought to the service advisors attention. He immediately copped an attitude, took the car back to the service area, returned within less than 10 minutes with the correct battery installed in the Escape. (note we had been there for 2.5 hours and it took 10 minutes to swap out the incorrect battery for the correct one.) The service advisor opened the hood and pointed to the battery and stated,. are you satisfied now? then walked off. He didnt wait for a response, just walked off. He never spoke to me again after he walked off. Another gentleman brought the updated paperwork to show the return of the incorrect battery and the replacement with the new correct battery. I know people make mistakes. All Ferdinand had to do was acknowledge the mistake and correct it. Instead he LIED to cover his-self and did nothing but deny the issue until the parts department and I proved to him the error, then he cops an attitude. How many other seniors have had repairs done on their vehicles at this dealership that dont know any better? It makes you question what other corners have been cut to make a buck at the expense of our senior citizens.

I never leave reviews on anything but I feel strongly about this one. My wife and I have had several issues with the service department at this dealership. We should have learned our lesson the first time but we have them more chances.First my wife went in for a simple oil change and was told they had to fix a recall on her car. She gave them the go ahead. She was patient but she ended up sitting at this dealership for 5 hours. No big deal stuff happens sometimes.The next time we took it in for a oil change and a break job. We made an appointment and told them what we needed done. They called back a couple of hours later and said it was ready. When we got there they hand only changed the oil. We said we asked for a break job too and the guy we were dealing with claimed they we did not say that and tried to make us feel like it was our fault. This was the same guy they we gave the keys too in the first place and I watched him write down oil change AND breaks. We had some stuff to do that day so we left it there. They called and said it was ready but when we got there they were closed at 3 on a Saturday. We were not told they closed early. So we had to wait until Monday to get her car and she was late for work.The third time going was just for a spare key to be made for a truck that I just bought a week ago. They had my truck for 4 hours and called and told me that it would not take the key. (Keyless push to start) I talked to the dealership I bought the truck from and they said to go pick it up and that they would do it there. When I went to pick it up, Mike Fitzpatrick ford would not let me leave without paying for the key that did not work. They tried explaining to me like I was dumb why I had to buy this key that did not work. The other dealership ended up telling me to leave and that they would pay me back for mike Fitzpatricks problems. I took it to the other dealership and they did the job with no issues at all.I know this is a long post but I wanted to explain why I will not be going back here.

Home of the 2+ hour oil change. Why are appointments even made here? When I have an appointment at 8 I would think an oil change could be pulled off by 9, but when at 915 my vehicle is still sitting outside and hasnt even seen the garage yet..why am I waiting wasting my time? If you can get my truck in til 930 say be here at 930....not 730 and our shop fires up at 8. Glad no one has anything to do. Better pack yourself a breakfast and lunch when you come here. The only reason for the additional star is because they smile at you as you waste your life away while lying to you to cram as many cars in as possible. If not for having the service plan, would never come back. Got me there too. Update, I got my vehicle back at 1050...3 hrs and 5 min. The tire quote I asked for also was not done, guess they couldnt pull that off in 3 plus hours.

I took my 2011 Ford F-150 to Mike Fitzpatrick Ford on Friday June 26th. I was having issues either with my battery or alternator. My truck was starting to go dead. Ferdinand Figeroa, one of the service managers had my truck checked out and the battery and alternator checked out ok. He saw that I had several electronic devices plugged in inside my truck, my GPS, PHONE, ETC. These items were draining my battery and needed to be unplugged after I turned off my truck. I literally had no idea this could drain my battery if I left these items plugged in. Ferdinand said it was ok to leave them plugged in as long as the truck was running. He also suggested a tune up since the original spark-plugs were still in my truck. I had the tune up done and he waved the charges on checking out the alternator since I didnt have to get it replaced and he had my battery charged back up to Full capacity. I have always taken my Ford vehicles to Mike Fitzpatrick Ford for service since I bought most of them from there. Ive always gotten great service from them and I recommend them to all my family and friends as well.

Very friendly down home folks. I came towards the end of the day to get an oil change, air filter and brakes dusted. Service manager informed me that they all wanted to leave by 5 when they closed so they were unable to dust the brakes. Was professional about it and told me to come back another day and he’d take care of it. Very friendly and clean facility. Good competitive prices. I’d choose them over my local dealer any day.
