We bought a used car less than 30 days ago. We paid for the warranty. It wouldn’t turn on after we put gas in it on the very first day. They said a part went bad and they would fix it. They did fix that part. The very next week it starts overheating like crazy despite it being full of coolant. We called to see about getting it looked at, they said they won’t do anything about it and that it’s our problem. Then explain to me why I’m paying $20 extra a month for you to do nothing? They won’t fix it, won’t look at it, and won’t cooperate with us at all. This all has happened in less than thirty days of receiving this car. The Jonesboro location is handling us with this car and told my fiancé that this dealership is known to do stuff like this. We will not be returning to this location. They are ripping people off. Save yourself the hassle and just go somewhere else!

After having bad experiences at other used car lots I was very wary of buying another vehicle through a dealership. But was highly impressed with ALM. Chelsea put no pressure on us, let us take our time, and helped us every step of the way. Andre was awesome!!! I ended up finding what I was looking for at another dealer (I am a picky buyer) but she checked everyday for me over a couple months to see if any of their dealerships had exactly what I was looking for. This is the most incompetent business office of any dealership that I have ever dealt with. We drove all the way from Tennessee to do business with this dealer two months ago, bought a car on the spot, and still cannot get all the paperwork necessary to apply for our license tag in Tennessee.We have called the dealership numerous times, were told that the paperwork was completed. Recently, we were re-routed to the person who handles the title work for the dealership and she said that she didnt have the paperwork. Later, she said that she did, and would overnight the information to the State of Tennessee. Upon getting the information, the State of Tennessee sent it back to the dealer because it contained multiple errors in it.We are on our THIRD temporary tag from these people, and are sick of dealing with them. We still cannot register our vehicle due to their incompetence. I would advise everyone to stay away from this dealer, especially if you live outside the state of Georgia.

ALM was great at helping find the car we were looking for. Specifically Matt was great at being patient with us as we decided on the car we wanted. He wasn’t pushy or car salesy at all. The process did take some time but that is somewhat expected with buying a car.

Chelsea Ciccarello and Jason in finance made this purchase easy and smooth. I sent an email inquiry on a Thursday night for a 2018 vehicle and heard from Chelsea the next morning. She sent me my finance application and everything via email so when I got to the dealership at 7pm after working all day, all I had to do was test drive, negotiate and sign. They close at 8 but I didn’t feel rushed or anything. I actually didn’t like the vehicle when I got there after seeing it in person so we went through their inventory. Chelsea was willing to drive 50+ miles to pick up one I saw online. We kept looking and saw they had a 2020 used version of the vehicle I wanted on their lot for only $3000 more! It only had 24k miles. We were sold!! We signed everything that night and came back the next afternoon to finalize the sale and to give them time to detail the vehicle. I was very pleased with the whole process. I recommend Chelsea at ALM Newnan for your next used car purchase!

Took my son to ALM Newnan for his first auto purchase. Was really wanting it to be a positive experience and praying for the right sales person to walk up to us. WOW! Adam walked up introduced himself and walked around with us over an hour. Very disappointed with my service after the sale. Refinanced my vehicle and was due a refund for unused premium on gap insurance and extended warranty. I have called alm 3 times over the past 2 months and have not gotten a response back. Beware!!!!!!

Update to this review: I received a call for the promised service 12 days later, so I raised my review to 4 stars.Original review: The experience was typical of a used car dealership. No salesperson met us in the lot so we had to go inside and ask for someone. We met Chelsea who was very friendly. Drove two different cars with no pressure until we were ready to leave. She tried very hard to keep us on the lot. Later that evening I got a call from Chelsea. I asked if they could bring a car from one of their other lots. She would not agree to until after I agreed to a price (sight unseen) which took an aggravating amount of negotiation.The next day we bought the car that she brought from the other dealership. There was a minor repair needed on the glove box that they promised to complete later (service department was closed that day). It has been over a week and the service department has not called to schedule the repair as promised.Overall average buying experience. They are a large dealership with a good selection of used cars, and after a lot of dickering I feel like we got a fair price (cheaper than Carmax). But requires typical sleazy price haggling, offered nothing to make the experience special, and thus far haven’t followed up on the promised repair which makes me feel like they forgot about me as soon as the check cleared.

Adam has gone above and beyond. I really appreciate him working hard to get me what I really wanted and working around my schedual. Hes been easy going and kind the whole time. Great experience.

They were good to get me in a vehicle. When purchased ALM of Newnan agreed to fix GPS, “update navigation system”, “ unlock sound for radio use“, fix damaged wheels. I dropped off vehicle for two weeks and nothing was done to it. ALM of Newnan has yet to fix it after two months. It’s really disappointing that this is how ALM makes business. Yet as I call weekly to get an update. I get a very rude response. This will be the last time I purchase a vehicle from here. I would suggest everyone to make business elsewhere.

My wife didn’t know what car she wanted and we drove off with a 2018 Rogue Sport with only 40k miles. However, it didn’t have power seats, remote start, power trunk opener and some other things. She didn’t realize she wanted those features until she didn’t have it.Alex and his management were very understanding and found another Rogue in Union City for the same price, higher miles but with the features she wanted. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SUBPAR COMPARED TO THE ALM IN UNION CITY!I purchased my previous vehicle at the ALM in Union City and only went to the Newnan location because the used car I wanted was there. I could say they are more “professional” than the salespeople at the Union City location but honestly the people at ALM Newnan are just more focused on sales and being friendly. Their customer service was -10/5 for me. Like I said I got a used car, and so happened that they just got my car to their lot from another ALM location earlier that day. At the time of purchase, I only wanted my new car detailed/cleaned and the “we owe” to check the tire pressure. When I received my car the day after signing the agreement, the dash board might had got wiped down, the tire pressure light was still on, and the gas tank was near E. All in all nothing was done. Maybe I had a subpar experience with bad luck. I just don’t appreciate fake smiles with lackluster service.

I’m so happy that I bought my first car at this dealer. The personal is very attentive, they listen to your personal inquiries and sort of guide you on the process on getting your first car or just to get a car for yourself. They are very transparent with the conditions of the cars and guide you with good advice and recommendations. As a first time car buyer I felt very confident on going to this place, and very happy with my experience. The manager specially will fix any inconvenient and solve any question you might have, anyways, excellent service and very happy with my new car.
