I have tried to buy a vehicle from this dealer a couple of times through the internet/online like I normally do but this is what I get “ We do not work deals over the internet. You would need to come in and work with a sales manager to finalize the deal”. I have bought over 15 cars online/internet and I have never had any problems. I live in Evans, GA. Prices online are pretty good. I saw a review from a lady in Florida and she had no troubles buying it online/internet.

I live in Florida and I recently bought a car from here. The online price was the lowest I could find with all the tech I wanted in the car, and my final price was MUCH lower than any other offer dealerships tried to give me in state.My favorite part: there were no strange fees added in my paperwork which Florida sales men are notorious for.These guys were straight forward and super easy to deal with, and they delivered the car to me so I didn’t have to travel out of state. My salesman was Mike Edmondson and he made my buying experience easy and pleasant. I would buy a car from him 100% again.

They are a stereotypical shady dealership that likes to play annoying pricing games. I will be taking my money to a different dealership that respects my time and money. I suggest you do the same.

When you set up an appointment and specifically tell them you want to get a certain job done and they fail to order the parts. What the hell is the point of making the damn appointment? I work for a dealership I know the importance of getting parts ordered to be there on time for the customers. Jason in the service drive was great the last two times and this time its not his fault the parts didnt get ordered.

According to the email I received from a salesperson, Southtowne has a policy in place not to discuss sales prices or any pricing information whatsoever until you come into their dealership. In 2020, this is not the way I want to buy a car. I dont have hours to give to play their games. If youre an online shopper, save yourself some time and move on. Very disappointing considering they had the car we wanted too.

My familys dealer for life... If they dont have the car or truck youre looking for they will get it .you may have to wait and couple of weeks if they have to have it built.. but that shows they dont mind the work to get you what you want
