To say I am disappointed is a mild way to put it. I called in to make an appointment to purchase 4 new tires and have them installed. It was a Thursday when I called and the earliest available appointment was the following Wednesday at 8:15 am which I took since that would give time to drop kids at school reschedule patients and pickup kids from school. To my surprise when I turned up at 8:10 am and gave my name, the service guy asked what I was there for. So I told him and then he said, the earliest we could get the tires is 5 pm that evening. Whats the point of inconveniencing me with an appointment 6 days in advance then telling me on the day that you dont have it and will have to order it and I need to come back later? Then telling me its not the service departments fault? Nissan! Your whole system failed. You need to fix it and do better. Time is precious and courteous service is priceless!

I bought a jeep from a salesman named Andrew Minix on 9/30/21. Andrew told us that the jeep came with 2 keys, but that one of them was locked up in a room that he did not have access to and that he would overnight it to us the next day. In addition, the winch on the jeep did not have a controller. Andrew pulled the controller up on amazon and said he would order it for us that night and mail it to us. Despite several messages and reminders to Andrew, I have neither the key nor the winch controller almost a month later. While very attentive to our needs at first, Andrew has shown very little interest in doing what he promised since closing the sale. I hope that this message is seen by someone at Nissan of Newnan who can help me.

If I could give this place a negative score I most definitely would. I went into the dealership to purchase a car for my son. The particular car we were going to see was an advertised vehicle on their website for a particular price. We really enjoyed our salesman through the entire process but had a completely different experience with one particular manager. Once we started to work a deal the price immediately jumped 2,000. When the manager sat down to explain the reasoning behind the price increase, it went south fast. He provide me with a laundry list of excuses but failed to explain why they would not honor the listed price. His attitude was extremely condescending and arrogant. Needless to say the transaction did not take place. As a person who has never written a review, I just felt that I could not stay silent about this experience. I hope anyone that reads this stays clear of this place. Thanks for the experience Luis.

This was my first time with Nissan of Newnan, and actually, this was my first Nissan choice too. Nick Kirkland the Sales Rep and Norman Davis the Sales Manager were both absolutely outstanding. My friend had worked with Norman before, and they both were able to work with one another yet again to get the best price for me. The Frontier Crew Cab I got was the perfect choice, and by the time I walked out of the dealership, they had brought my payments and APR to practically what I had before with my previous car, which is just awesome.Nick was very accommodating and helpful, explaining the features of the truck very well to me, and Norman was an absolute rockstar with both his management skills and his customer service. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a Nissan to come to Newnan and do business with these two, they were absolutely excellent in all they did. I don’t normally write bad reviews at all but If I could give this place a negative rating I would, I bought a car 5 months ago, paid upfront no financing was needed, I was a VERY easy sell, I paid an extra $500 for a volume knob, the locking mechanism for my dash to be replaced and a paint pen for a small scratch on the car, I never received any of this, I was told the parts were on “ back order “ but they HAD been ordered, I just spoke to the parts department for what was probably the 10th Time since my purchase and now they say they have no records of those parts being ordered..I’ve spoken with management and the sales representative I worked with multiple times and they both continue to string me along.I’ve never had a more unprofessional experience with a car dealership, and as of now I’m just writing the $500 I paid for parts and labor off as a loss.I will NEVER do business with this dealership again.Thank You,

They Wonder why people get so mad at car salesman because they try to dodge people and never communicate the right way. Next time around tell him to work on his customer service horrible representation for a company a simple no was all he had to say and we could’ve work things out... Stay away from this dealership!!!!!! They advertise one price online to get you in the door. Once you get there they tell you a completely different price!!! Stay Away!!!!!!!! They wasted my whole day! They even lied about having a vehicle delivered that was in my price range. They said another dealership under them had the truck and it would be delivered in 3 hours!!! I waited 3 hours and the vehicle never showed up..... Stay Away from this dealership they lie about online prices and lie about vehicles in inventory......

The classic bait and switch. They posted a price online then changed it as you drive in. Within 24 hours they changed the price four times, basically increasing the agreed upon price to squeeze as much as possible. To add their manager Luis is extremely rude, made it feel like buying a car off this dealership was a privilege and I should be so lucky to get the chance to spend my money here. Kudos to their salesman Andrew M for being pleasant during this process.Unfortunately, the negative reviews are true. Overall, this was a terrible experience, not at all professional. I wouldnt recommend buying a car here.

I went in for a recall repair and was told it would take 2 hours or sooner to be resolved. I kept noticing customers who came in after me leaving before me. It was going on 2.5 hours so I finally asked my advisor whats the status of my car. He said he would check. 20 minutes later, no update. I finally go and ask another advisor and told him who was my advisor and he tells me oh he went home already and I noticed my car just sitting out there. Would not recommend.

I had an appointment to get an oil change at 3 o’clock, I waited until 3:50 and my vehicle had still not been brought in for the oil change. I understand being short staffed but why not let me know that it’ll be an more than an hour until my vehicle will be serviced. I ended up just leaving without an oil change. Psa they didn’t even look short staffed, while waiting I watched them service others vehicles and was not impressed one tech threw the customers plastic protective cover on the ground and didn’t handle anything respectfully and stayed on his phone for like 25 minutes another tech slammed a customers door into the lift creating a dent on the driver side door and didn’t even seem worried about it. Complete disrespect for customers property

I visited the dealership yesterday with my mom as she purchased her 2020 Nissan Kicks. The staff was very friendly, especially Julian who basically saved my life. A beetle had gotten on my back and he calmly came over and got it off🤣. I didnt get her name, but our saleswoman was very nice also and joked around with us. So I came all the way from North Carolina to buy a car. My sales consultant Byron was very nice & helpful from the time I contacted him to my arrival. My only issue was that online the car I traveled for was 23,000 & one I arrived the store manager raised the prices to 29,000 & said that the price was wrong after I travel over 8hr for the car. Very unprofessional & in no way did he try to accommodate me for a issue on there end. By law he was suppose to sale the car for that price. But as I started Byron Floyd was very nice & helpful.

I just bought the perfect car for me. Brad Bright was the guy that helped me. He was honestly refreshing after having horrible experiences at other dealerships. I didn’t even want to stop again, but I’m glad I did. He was super friendly, laid back, but very knowledgeable about every vehicle they had. He gave me the freedom to look by myself for a bit but clearly paid attention to what caught my eye vs what didn’t. I stopped after visiting two other dealerships with no idea of what I was really looking for and feeling so defeated. But I ended up with the car of my dreams. Ask for Brad. If I could give zero stars at this point I would. We purchased a vehicle a few months ago with a written and signed promise that they would pay for the repair of a large dent and scratch on one of the doors. Work is being completed and nobody will call or respond to any of the numerous messages I have left over the last few weeks. Unfortunately, due to zero communication from this dealership in recent weeks, at this point we’re headed toward taking legal action.Edited to add 7/28/2021: I continue to call, email, and text with zero response. Don’t be fooled by the response below, they’ll lie and cheat their way to a sale and once the paperwork is signed, the customer service is nonexistent.

Came in on Saturday and we needed additional info submitted. Was told Monday we had a deal and a list of cars to look over that the bank would approve. Get told today there is nothing that can be done and There are no cars that will work for us. We got the run around for nearly 4 days, led us to believe we had a deal and then told there are no cars that will work for us. I am highly upset and tired of being lied to. We drove 45 minutes out of our way only to be lied to. Not cool and I do not recommend this dealership.

Norman Davis is absolutely the best sales person I have ever worked with in my entire life. I felt like I was buying a car from a family member or my best friend. He worked with us through a few different obstacles and was always super attentive and on our side. Spent five plus hours waiting to find out what repairs were needed for my van. It sat for over two hours where I had parked it before anyone even looked at it even though I had an appointment. Then, they only looked at it after I went and complained every couple of hours I would check and then I would get a text on what was going on. Where do they know communication while I sat with my child in the waiting area. Almost 6 hours later I finally left but it will still be days before I can get my car back. They did not have a rental car is large enough to fit my family. And offered no other option. I would not recommend at all.

First, Byron was a an awesome salesman. Honestly great guy, loved working with him. If I could give a review for a salesman, he’d get 5.1 star because the dealership advertises a price and then wants to hit you up for more.Georgia requires that the advertised price on all mediums should include everything except required govt fees and tax. But they want to charge you for doc fees, reconditioning fees and anything else they can ON TOP of the advertised price that includes those.TLDR, please know what you’re doing, they’re preying on people who don’t.

These were the worst car salesmen. I walked in and told them I didnt want to play the let me talk to my manager games. They did it anyway. I told them when I walked in what car I had seen on their website, when they took me on the test drive, I asked what year was it,it was the year I saw on the website. But to my utter surprise and disbelief I was told it was a different [email protected] more than the one on the site. After hearing let me talk to a manager 4 times they finally came down to $9000. Why couldnt they offer that to begin with? If I had agreed to the $17900 they would have taken my money and laughed all the way to the bank. Will never be returning. Been to this location three times and never once had an issue solved, turned my away, didn’t have the consideration, try to charge for things you didn’t even ask for. They have no consideration in looking at the appointments for that day and maybe reaching out to clients to let them know that all their tech team will be out for the weekend. They turned me away and said nothing was wrong with my car by tapping my brake a couple of times.. what kind of method is that? I drove big vehicles in the Army so I can tell when someone’s being purely lazy. Do not recommend.

You wouldnt even believe me if Iisted every lie Ive been told from multiple employees at this dealer from day one. My experience at this location was awesome. Amy Pitts service coordinator got me right. I appreciate her extended the kind and courtesy hand. She was not to busy to answer any questions I had. She gave me good eye contact when speaking to me. The waiting area was nice and clean. Everyone was very professional. From the sales team to the Service department. My wife flew down to buy a car, sight unseen, and they neglected to mention major damage to the car. The vehicle was clearly in an accident as there was major damage to the door. They signed paperwork agreeing to pay to get the door fixed. We took the vehicle to a few shops and went with the lowest estimate. After the work was completed they refused to pay the bill. Now they are offering us $200, leaving us stuck with a $1700 bill.

I visited Nissan of Newnan with the intention of possibly trading in my 2017 Murano for a 2021 Murano. I was greeted by Tamika Staples and from that point, I was comfortable, never felt intimidated (my husband was not with me), had great conversation, literally every question was answered, and I felt completely at ease with no pressure making the decision to trade my vehicle and purchase my new Murano. NONs level of professionalism and presentation definitely surpassed all of my expectations. Im happy to know that businesses, esp. auto still care about the consumer. Mind blowing! Where I was getting my synthetic oil changed is temporarily closed b/c of Covid, and they were very trustworthy. However, NON may have a new loyal fan going forward. Also, I usually give at least a week before I complete a survey esp for auto work so Ill keep you posted regarding performance satisfaction. But, so far my car is running tight! Seriously, I couldnt have been happier with the overall experience. Thanks and Kudos!

We have spent the better part of six months looking for my wife a used Nissan juke. We finally located one in Newnan, Georgia. We live 225 miles away. Tyler Hendrix reached out and gave me a call and we did most of the deal over the phone. We drove up there yesterday expecting to only purchase one. They also had a Juke Nismo available so we ended up purchasing both. While we did spend a much longer amount of time than expected at the dealership Mohammed Hassan and Tyler did everything possible to earn our business and then some. Tre Lawton, the finance manager, had to put up with a lot from myself. In previous times everything seems to fall apart in financing. That was not the case at this dealership. This was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. And I have purchased close to 20 cars in my lifetime. I don’t care if you have to drive 225 miles or 500 miles it would be worth it to get the kind of service we did from all of these people. Awesome dealership! In addition, we were greeted at the door by one of the nicest people I’ve met in a long time. They also had someone stop by and ask my wife if she was thirsty. She really wanted a Coke and they unfortunately had a problem with the refrigerator so the guy went to Zaxby’s and purchased her a Coke. That is truly looking after the customer. They even offered to buy us lunch and dinner. Amazing group of people!

I am very pleased with the customer service that was provided by Josh in the auto service department at Nissan of Newnan! He was professional and soooooo helpful and nice! My car had broke down and once I got it to Nissan he checked it out and then helped me figure out the best way to handle everything. I was very pleased with the service he provided. Thank you again!

I do not recommend these guys.The advertised price On AutoTrader immediately went up by $2,000 and according to them it was because of the certification.And then they wouldnt negotiate the price until I filled outA credit application.Youre not going to earn my business that way!

I had an absolutely amazing experience. The moment I arrived I felt like Nissan did their best to take care of me. They were polite, courteous, and incredibly friendly. I worked with Norman almost the entire time, and he was great. Very personable, easy to talk to, and he knew exactly what he was talking about. He helped me get to a number I was comfortable with, and didnt give up until we got there. I recommend to anybody going there to ask for him. Hes going to take care of you. It was my last visit after A long day of visiting car lots, but it should have been my first.

I can honestly say that this is the BEST Nissan dealership I have ever been to. Y experience here wasnt what I expected. Southlake and Union City need to take Newnans class on customer service and compassion. From Tanika Peters, to Byron, to Mike, to Luis, to Karim, to Ms. America! Yes you read that right MS AMERICA (which is her real name) I cant even explain how much the care showed and no it wasnt just to sell a car! Trust me I recommend any and everyone to come to this dealership for their next new or used car. Honesty is their best policy an they keep their word.
