I really dislike making reviews on services but this one has made the books . I went to this terrible establishment at 7am . The only reason I went this mockery of an actual auto care shop is due to one of the employees telling me I could come and get my breaks done for a set price with brining my own breaks and rotors. Which I understood they could not be Warranted which was fine. Of course if the occasion went the way I understood it I wouldn’t have to write this review. What ACTUALLY happened when I got there is an employee of the store went back in forth to the back to the front saying I didn’t have the break sensors. Which I didn’t need due to them being basically brand new from a previous break job 3 months ago .So I explained to the incompetent employee and I digress with the humorous excuses. The last statement that was said is “ We cannot do it for that price “ so I left and took my business else where. This place was the joke of my morning .

Great customer service. Got me in even a little before my appointment time. Quality work at a fair price for a front end alignment. Employees take pride in making sure all my concerns were taken care of. Definitely suggest this place for your minor mechanical needs (tires, alignments, oil changes, etc)

Made on online appt, which allowed me to select an available date and time. The auto appt reply said if the appt wasn’t available someone would call and reschedule. No one ever called so I arrived at the appt date/time and was told the appt wasn’t available and techs were at lunch so it would be at least an hr or more before they could possibly get to the vehicle. What’s the point of the appt system!! I have been going to this place for years and have spent thousands but last several visits were bad experiences. Took my business elsewhere and won’t be back!!

Just needed a tire plugged car was in bay for literally 2hours watched my truck sit there for over a hour came to one of the workers asked whats going on with my truck he was like yea i jist got to put the tire back on making good tips pumping up peoples tires with air. will never go back here

Very nice friendly staff with a clean and comfortable lobby/waiting area. Went for a couple minor things ended up being more than I had anticipated however, my car Lilblu is ready to roll. And for the work that was done, I was in and out in a very responsible amount of time. Thanks.

I’ve had my oil changed here before and had great service! Today I went by to have them take a peek at a tire I’ve been having trouble with holding air. They literally found a nail in my tire and repaired it within 15 min!! When I went to pay for the great service, I was also told they do not charge to repair flat tires?!! What?!! 10/5 stars for Tires Plus!

I am from out of town when my car tore up. The people at Tires Plus were very nice and helpful. They fixed my car in record time and did a great job.

I had a slow leak in a tire and headed into town. When a stopped in a parking lot the valve stem popped out on the tire went flat. I put the spare on and since I use the car wash next door decided to drive to Tire Plus. The person at the counter was very friendly and said they could get to it in about 30-45 minutes. I left the car and about an hour later I got a call it was fixed. When I went inside the manager handed me my keys and said have a nice day! They fixed the leak, put the tire back on my car, and put the spare back in the trunk, for free! I didn’t buy my tires there but I sure will go back when I do.

Set up an appointment towards the end of their day, the night before. They call me around an hour before they close to tell me that they cant service my vehicle. Well, thanks now everywhere is closed so I will have to wait. I use to use this place for everything, but quality and service is down hill. They messed up my oil change in the past and now cant even get an appointment for a simple check.

Had a lawnmower tire that lost the bead seal. They resealed it in about 3min no charge. Helped me out faster than it would take to buy a new one at Lowe’s.

My boyfriend came here to replace his tires. Prices were reasonable, and we only waited an hour for the service. I would recommend!

I had 2 flat tires from nails in the tires of 2 different vehicles over a 2 day period. I brought both to Tires Plus Newnan (a couple weeks apart) for repair. Not only did they repair the tires for free (very unexpectedly), but they were kind and sensitive about my time. Unlike many places they did not treat me as an inconvenience. I will purchase my next tires here because of the excellent service and very nice employees.

Thank you to Chris M... Hear my story..Today I came outside from an appointment in Ashley Park and noticed that my tire was completely flat.!.. Great! ..I was 45 minutes away from home with no roadside assistance. I wondered what to do so I googled the closest tire shop which was 4 minutes away and this Tires Plus came up in my search. I called and asked them if they could plug my tire. It was so flat that I pulled across the street to an air pump and put air in my tire 1st just to make it there. When I put the air in I could hear the air coming out of the hole.. the hole was large enough that it was flat again when I got to the tire shop ..with only two minutes left to get there including that major intersection and light that takes forever. They looked at it and agreed that it needed to be replaced especially if you can hear air .141.$!!! They took it back.....a few minutes later came and got me, . Im expecting bad news...he showed me the tire that was removed from my car, and said.. we try to be honest here, and I think we can plug it. explained the reason why i heard the air is because i had a large nail and it came out. So instead of the almost 150$ charge that most places would have charged.....that I had called to borrow the money and prepared to pay for they plugged it for free and told me to have a nice day..I was having such a bad day. Thank you so much Chris McCormick . Good people still exist, good businesses as well.

They force you to buy a TPS but then they wont warranty that when it goes bad.

I have just moved to the area and have been utilizing Tires Plus in my previous state. I paid them a visit for my recently-purchased used car to create a baseline of service. The clerk is a very grounded, down to earth individual who is very kind but matter-of-fact. I sensed no upselling and I wasn’t wary that I was being sold on procedures I didn’t need. It was a comfortable experience wherein we discussed the results of the inspection and then moved forward confidently.I *will* be a regular customer at this location. Thank you, guys!

Avoid at all cost. I have NEVER wrote a bad review on anyone or any business. I set for almost 2-1/2 hours only to be told there was nothing they could do. After pulling my tire off and looking inside of it they determined that my brand new tire was damaged and could not patch or plug the hole that was in the center of the tire caused by what looked like a finishing nail. They put my tire back on the wheel (did not check the balance on it) and said there you go. I offered to patch it myself sign a waiver whatever it took to stop the air from leaking out of my tire. My point is if they wouldve said if it was low on air when you drove it, we wont fix it, then I could have went on about my business. 2-1/2 hours of my life I cant get back. Thanks Tires Plus. NEVER AGAIN...

Went there on 8/04/20 because my car was vibrating really bad. The gentleman at the desk showed me the lump and wires in my front tire that was causing the vibration, and was very honest about me needing new ones. He showed compassion for my needs, and I will definitely be back for the remaining work thats needed on my vehicle. I left a happy customer that day.

Very good experience. I had new tires put on my car and the brakes inspected. I feel they were honest and upfront. The car needed a alignment so I had that done as well. I didn’t get expensive tires but they will work for my needs. I think the prices were the best around and I will shop at this store again. Thanks. Update 8/14/2020. Took my other car in for a check engine light. They diagnosed it needing a purge valve solenoid and purge valve canister. They quoted me over $750 to put on these parts. I priced the parts myself. The parts cost less than $150 for both and labor was under $150 at my shop I normally use. I asked my mechanic to put on the purge valve solenoid first to see it that resolved the check engine light. The part cost $20 and my mechanic charged me $35 to put it on. Long story short. Tires plus in newnan attempted to charge me $750 for a repair that cost $55 to do. Their prices are beyond price gouging and will tell you to do repairs that your car doesn’t need. They are good with tires. They should stick with that. Consumer beware. Rip off city.

Really wish I could give them 0 stars. Dont ever go to this tires plus. Took my truck there to get my tires rotated and balanced. They told me that my tires were too big for their balance mechines and they would have to put balance beans in the tires to balance them ( I have 33 tires). All they did was make it worse. Then they tried to get me to come in for an alignment which my truck didnt need. Took my truck back to get the beans taken out and told them to put my tires back on my truck and I would get them balanced some where else. They then took the beans out and balanced the tires on their machine. So they lied to me about that. Took my wifes car there after we bought tires from them and took it in for a rotation and balance and they told me that the car needed breaks. $450 later the breaks where done. I asked to see the old pad and they told me they had already thrown them away. Like you cant walk over to the trash can and pull the pad the are on top off and show them to me. These are the most dishonest tire shop you will ever go to. They do nothing but lie at this tires plus to make more money off of people. Never going back to tire plus anywhere they have lost my business for life.

These were the nicest group of guys. I am new to Georgia and I got a flat tire. I was told to go to tires plus which wad only a half block from where I got my flat. I wad in and out in less than a half hour! The guys introduced themselves and chatted while I waited. They checked all my tires and recommended the best tires for me. I will go there for my car needs from now on.

This location has all the right professionals that know how to service your vehicle and provide A++++ customer service! Not sure about the negative reviews...things happen but I am confident of there was an issue, these guys fixed it. I have been coming here for 2+ years but my friend who lives in Carrollton has been using for 4+ years. I know the management team will respond to you if you have a bad experience but I have not witnessed any or had any. I hope that helps in making your decision.

If I could leave less than one, I would!DO NOT GO HERE!!!My friend went in for routine maintenance on her NEW car this week and the mechanic forgot to put the oil filter back in after changing her oil. This mistake killed the engine and has left her without a car. They are saying there’s nothing that can be done. So her brand new vehicle is sitting in her driveway and she is unable to drive it!! She has had to get a rental car just to go back and forth to work. Tires Plus has not been responsive. They basically told her there’s nothing that can be done. We are reporting this to Better Business Bureau and we will tell everyone we know how she was treated. This is a terrible situation. I do not recommend this company.

I’ve been taking my Dodge Journey to Tires Plus, and they’ve been great from the beginning. Their prices really can’t be beat, and they always have me in and out in no time. My car was towed to Tires Pus in Newnan right around covid-19. The car had more issues than it was worth. So after talking the with Mr. Chris, I informed him that I would have it towed as soon as I was able to. Chris told me it wasnt a problem and he understood, because he has a vehicle that has been in his parking lot for over 4 yrs; so it wasnt a rush for me to get my vehicle towed. I even called and spoke with Chris several times checking to see if everything was still fine with me leaving my car there. Fast forward.............on July 17th, I called and spoke with Chris, the manager asked him for the VIN#, he gave me the VIN# and I told him that I was at a dealership trading the vehicle and we were going to have it towed. He said ok no problem. When the dealership sent their tow truck to pick it up.........they call to tell me the vehicle wasnt there. So I called Chris, the manager Monday, July 20th and asked him who towed my vehicle and why no one called me. Chris said he didnt know but one of the guys there name Adrian had it towed and he was off work and I would have to wait until Tuesday, July 21st when he got back in the store to find out why he towed it. So when Adrian got in Tuesday, I called and spoke with him and he told me Brandon told him to tow my vehicle, I asked to speak with Brandon, and he was just as confused I as was because he didnt know who told him to tow my vehicle and so he directed me back to Chris, the manager. Chris went on to say they just told me that I had to move the car I said who is they Chris and he had absolutely no idea who THEY were. I then said well Chris, if the vehicle had to be moved; why didnt someone call me. I spoke to you Saturday the 17th and you gave me my VIN# and told me absolutely nothing Thats when he informed me they had already towed it Monday the 13th without calling me and he never even bothered to tell me when I called him Saturday. Needless to say I was quiet upset. I asked for the regional managers name which is Daniel Colson, and he gave me his name and number. I then told Chris to bring my vehicle back and call me when it had arrived at the store. When I reminded Chris of our conversation where he told me that he had a vehicle there in his parking lot for 4 years, then he decided to add, its because they still owe on the vehicle. I told him you never mentioned that to me when you told me not to worry about rushing to move my vehicle. I then hung up with him and called the customer service number and filed a complaint, they told me I should here from Daniel Colson with 48 hours and I have yet to here from him at all. Even after I called the number and left a message. I just called the store today July 23rd and just found out that my vehicle is back at the store, and no, they didnt call to let me know that my vehicle has been back since Tuesday the 21st. I am sooooooooooo extremely disappointed with these guys. My family has done business with Tires Plus for years. (Mainly with the Peachtree City location) totally different environment. I am having it towed Saturday July 25th. This way I can be there to ensure it goes accordingly. I will NEVER EVER do business with them again. No one could take responsible for been ridiculous irresponsible they couldnt even pick up the phone and tell me I had so many days to remove my vehicle. All my information is in their system.......The only reason they got one star is because I COULDNT post this without giving them something, zero stars is not an option..................the ridiculousness is REAL!!!!

This is definitely the worst tires plus location. There is no point in making an appointment online with them because they book multiple at the same time, and act like it’s no big deal. This is the second time there has been an issue with this location. To follow up, I went online and gave my info through their chat, and was told I would receive a call to address my concerns. A week later, no phone call or no email back. They seriously do not care.

Had my vehicle towed to this place. I didnt know what was going on just knew it felt as if the entire bottom was dragging the ground very loud noise.I told them to inpect the whole car and fix the problem. I was informed the back end was tangled around the rotar. That my whole axle needed to be replaced. Ok fine, they had to order the part and fixed within 2 days. After paying a lump sum of money( over a 1000) . I return a week later with the same problem? Oh no now I am LIVID!!! How is that possible if you fixed the problem? I was informed that the amount i paid was for one side?.....wait a minute u mean to tell me it cost almost 1500 dollars to fix one side when i clearly said fix the problem not one side. I will definitely NOT be back. IF YOURE A WOMAN 🏃 RUN AWAY they will over charge you because you dont know. The nerve!!!!

I went here after work when I got in the car and saw that I had 13psi in my front right tire. I went in and I was obviously pretty frustrated under the circumstances. The guys there were so friendly and they got me taken care of with no problem. Everyone that worked there was very nice. There was a show on the TV that had me laughing and after I found out they could fix the problem and I didnt have to replace my tire relief kicked in. Thank you all for such a great experience and for taking care of me so promptly! I will definitely be going back

READ THIS BEFORE GOING TO THIS SHOP! The people at this shop could’ve killed my husband! We took the car in for a flat repair and left there with a quote for a strut repair (on a 4 year old vehicle). After leaving the shop, something flew out from under the car and he thought there was something in the road. The VERY NEXT DAY he’s broke down ON 285 with the wheel falling off the car and spent 5 hours trying to get the right tow truck to get him and the car back home. The control arm and ball joint have two fail safe devices built in to prevent the failure of steering and potential death and BOTH those fail safe devices were disconnected. It’s IMPOSSIBLE for this to happen naturally. It could’ve been disastrous and we could’ve lost a husband, father, son, etc. but thank God we didn’t. DO NOT take your car to this shop! There is foul play happening there!

Consumer beware- went in for a routine oil change on my NEW car and they messed up SO bad, corporate gave me the run around, adjuster wouldn’t answer my calls, their “claims” is a JOKE. I would leave less than one star if I could. If you want a job done right- do not go here. The people at the store are very nice but they truly don’t care about the stress and heartache they caused me, or the insane amount of money I’ve lost from a simple routine oil change. Will be reporting to BBB.

I have been going there for over 8 years and have had no problems.Wish those that have given Tires Plus a bad review would come back and talk with the manager to address their concerns. I went in to have my tire checked due to it leaking air. Young man met me outside before I could even get out to ask me what help I needed. I explained the situation to him. He called me a half hour later and said it was fixed. He informed me I had a screw in the tire and they removed and plugged it. I returned to pay and he said their was no charge!!!! I was shocked!! Had the car there for an inspection, they said it needs over $1,500 work, needs tires that clearly can see that those are at least 60% left ( so they can resell them to used tires shops) and $58 for air filter?? No honest at all.

This tire shop I would not recommend to anyone in need of anything for a car, we came to just get a tire replaced and it took us over an hour when they said it will be 15 minutes !

Eric was behind the desk this Sunday, and he was fantastic. On a rare Sunday where I had to go into work, I was caught by surprise getting on the highway when my serpentine belt broke. Since Eric was at the next exit and I was running on battery power only, I asked him if you could get me in and out swiftly so that I could continue to work. Well he said yes, and they did. Very reasonable cost, as well.

They serve good sandwiches and good coffee. The help are nice.

Great price and everyone there is super honest. I have been in several times ready to pay for work on multiple of cars over the years but if there inspection turns up not necessary they inform me and do not charge me for the work. Most places would have done the unnecessary work and charged me for it. There honesty goes a long way with me.

I brought my tire after it went flat on the highway and they inspected it, showed me what was wrong, and explained everything to me. I did need a new tire because of the side wall damage and they had the tire in stock and at a reasonable price. After the new tire was installed they put the spare back. Do not waste your time or money with these liars. Appointment times mean nothing when a walk in happens to get there before your appointment time. You will sit for a hour past your appointment time before they begin on your vehicle. Unprofessional. No concept of time management for themselves and no concerns for your time lost and wasted. Will not receive any more of my business.

Some shady dealings going on at this place. Went in to get my brakes checked out due to them making a scrubbing noise on the front axle when the pedal was depressed. After the inspection was completed I was informed that I had a gash or worn spot on the outside of my passenger rotor thus causing the noise that would eventually lead to wearing out my brake shoe and rotor. I was then informed that the the rotors were in such bad condition they could not be turned and the final cost of the repairs for a front brake job would be in the neighborhood of $400 bucks. Wow! Okay so I decided to go and get the parts which I purchased for $160 bucks total and do the job myself. I took the shoes off only to find them in new condition, the rotors were worn slightly but their were no signs of the shoes actually digging into or scratching the rotor whatsoever. I think you can read between the lines here, I actually didnt need brakes at all. I have purchased tires for my other vehicle at this establishment in the past thinking I got a fair deal. At this point it seems that this was not a good idea after all. Im taking the time to post this in the hopes of warning other consumers to beware of this location. Get a second opinion or better yet dont do any business with this establishment at all, go somewhere else, anywhere else! Definitely two thumbs down these guys are crooks! Heads up corporate offices!

The same thing happened to us as the below commenter. My husband and I do not know much about cars. And I think they knew that. My father always told me to rotate tires, new ones on the front and the old front ones to the back. The man insisted that we needed to put brand new tires on the back but leave the old ones on the front. As a front wheel drive where the front is doing most of the work I didnt get that. They were insistent and didnt care that we wanted it a different way. They also told us 3-4 other things were wrong, including that we needed an alignment, even though we had JUST had one a few weeks prior.A few weeks later had a coupon for an oil changed for our other vehicle and figured why not. They checked the car and told us we needed to replace ALL the tires. We said we cant right now and left. There is a lot of tread left on the back so I know they were trying to give us poor advice to make more money thinking we dont know any better. Wont be bringing my business back here again.

I have had shotty work, ripped off, and lied to by Kauffman/Mavis Tire, Mike Fitzpatrick of Newnan, Pep Boys of Newnan and AAMCO Transmissions of Newnan. This is the only shop I trust so far. The crew they have had for the last 2 or 3 years always goes above and beyond. They dont track grease in my car or try to swindle me out of money. They always do quality work. I just hope Tires Plus does what ever it takes to retain this crew because good people are hard to find. FYI I worked in automotive for five years and have an associates degree in automotive technology. so I know what bad and dishonest work looks like.

Stop in on 6/27/18 to get tire pricing for my Honda. I noticed immediately the grate customer service of the two reps at the desk, unlike NTB where they didnt even acknowledge I was into the store until 10 minute later. At tires plus I talked with Chris and he was very helpful. I return on 6/29/18 for oil change and new tires, grate service.

I am sorry to see some bad reviews... I have dealt with these guys 3 times with 2 different cars. I have always been treated honestly and fairly. Just last week I got an oil change for my Santa Fee at a fair price. I dont do many Google Reviews and I dont do the drama. If you have a car problem give em a try I did and I will continue to be a customer.

Great prices crappy service took 2 hours to change 2 tires. The person doing it spent more time on his cell phone texting then putting on my tires. When I got there they had to bring in two tires that took about 2 hours ( they said one). Then they got my truck in to change the tires and that took another 2 hours ! As I said great prices poor service.

Your vehicle will not be worked on if you have replaced your own parts. Please ask about that before you go. I replaced the front suspension/bushing kit on my Expedition and needed an alignment and my steering wheel re-centered. But company policy will not permit them to work on it if thats done because they didnt install the parts. So they wouldnt be able to do it on original OEM parts either, because the OEM installs those, right?

I stopped coming here for my oil changes because of how slow they are. However, I have a warranty on my tires. So I made an appointment to get an alignment, balance and rotation. I get here and Im told I still have to wait 20 to 30 minutes before they pull my car in. What was the point for an appointment?? I could have walked in and waited the same amount of time!! This is frustrating!!

Usually have a good review for here but not anymore. When you order tires you expect them to be there first thing when your appointment is...especially when you made it a couple days in advance.....not hours and hours later for them to finally show up

Buyer beware! This shop told me my car needed brakes. I refused the work. I then had my car checked by 3 other shops (including the Honda dealership), They ALL told me I did NOT need brakes.

Stopped by earlier today for them to balance my tires. Come to find out, I need two new tires.They got me a great deal and had my car ready two hours before the expected time.I will be back in about two weeks to have the other two tires put on...These guy are definantley my new go to autoshop in Newnan!

We had a flat tire and wanted it repaired. They refused to fix the flat due to tread depth. We were several hundred miles from home and had the spare tire on the vehicle and needed the tire repaired just in case.

BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM!!!! I called at 3:08pm for a 4 wheel alignment to see if they could get me in and how much. The guy I spoke to (Ryan) said not a problem and they were running a special on 4 wheel alignment for $84.99 but today it was $15.00 off. When I went in there at 421pm they knew nothing about it and the guy I spoke to was gone. Bait and switch scam. they wont be getting any of my families or friends business ever again
