Best place for automotive work in the area in my opinion

This is an automotive business who is so honest. I had general servicing done at another automotive business who said I need new brakes & rotors and were going to charge me $500. My son said to take it to Crossroads for a second opinion. They inspected my vehicle and said my brakes are fine. Additionally there was no charge. What professional people they are! Highly recommend this business.

I would not recommend using this place. We were referred here, new into town and our first experience- just an oil change- was great. Second experience will be my last. Took it in for a check engine light, get told all these things are wrong with my car including bad breaks which I literally had just had replaced by someone I trusted. Quoted over $1,000 to fix all this stuff. Gut instinct told me to take it elsewhere, sure enough it was literally only the battery went bad. It was the original battery so it threw a code. Only cost us a little under $200. Never again.

Professional and reasonably priced. They did a great job on replacing wheel bearings on my Honda Odyssey. I would use them again.

If your car has to go to the shop then just take it here. Everyone is so helpful and informative taking the time to explain everything. I found their prices for service to be fair and competitive. My family has been using this shop for my car (a Toyota) and all our trucks (Toyota, GMC, Chevrolet) for years and they have kept us car payment free! They are very respectful to me as a woman and have never tried to price-jack something or take advantage of my lack of auto repair knowledge unlike other places.

This morning (6:30 am) while driving to work my car displayed a tire low pressure light.The only time this happened I had a tired blow as I ignored the sign.I called Crossroads Automotive at 7 am and couldn’t believe they were already open. Most places open at 8 am.Anyways. On the phone they were friendly and willing to help so I drove there.They promptly got my car to check what was going on. Everything was quick, professional and friendly.Will certainly use them again and refer to family and friends.Thank you for the rescue Crossroad Automotive. You saved my day.

Crossroads Automotive is the only place my husband and I take our vehicles. They have honest, dependable, and knowledgeable staff. They go above and beyond the call of duty. One time they even loaned my husband a car while his had to be in the shop several days. They will come pick you up to get your car or drop off your car. They offer competitive prices and also offer savings opportunities in local magazines and flyers.

I’ve been to many places in the area and will always by far choose Crossroads Automotive. Where other places actually damaged my truck, Crossroads Automotive went above and beyond in the repair process. I brought in my Tundra to get my universal joint replaced, and they went as giving it a nice gloss paint job to the entire driveshaft to make it look brand new, and to match the color of my truck! Best part of all, they’re very friendly, and they give you a loaner car so you don’t have to skip a beat!

Dylan and the team at crossroads are amazing. I called in looking for help with my transmission and they engaged me with diagnostic questions. After some time on the call, it was clear to me that they really wanted to find out the root cause and the least expensive solution. Amazing... thank you very much!

I have always had a great experience at Crossroads! Even when my online appointment didn’t book properly, they fit me in with no problem. My car is always completed in a timely manner.

Be careful of the old bait and switch. Called and asked how much for an oil change giving them the year, make and model. They said it would be $80 plus tax. Had the oil changed and paid $102.32 plus tax after giving them a $20 coupon. They also left the car on during the oil change requiring the car to be jump started, left the cap on the washer fluid reservoir open, didnt put things back in their original place after jumping the battery. I guess their way of atonement is charging you 52% more than what the told you over the phone.

Darrell and his team really take care of their customers. Timely and honest, and willing to let me know when I don’t need something fixed just yet. Highly recommended!

Ive been taking my as of now 15 year old vehicle to these guys for about 10 years now. Whether its a seasonal oil change or some other major/minor issue that comes up throughout these years, Crossroads Auto has always done the job. This business and the staff are trustworthy, professional, friendly and down-to-earth.

The owner Darrell runs an extremely honest, professional and courteous shop. When I complimented & thanked him him on his honesty with regard to my car not needing the repairs I assumed it did, he told me the story of how his father, (also an auto mechanic shop owner) warned him as a pre-teen that if he couldnt look a customer in the eye & deal with them honestly to get out of his shop, and find another profession. Darrell has truly adhered to his fathers advice and my family has taken all 4 of our cars to Crossroads, and dropped them off with full confidence theyll be repaired right and the bill will not be inflated! Truly, a refreshing experience in this industry.

I would recommend Crossroads to anyone. They showed me what the real problem was with my car. Another place said I needed something that was over $400. Crossroads showed me that part was fine, and it was something else minor. He took me into the Bay Area and showed me.

Very professional, they took the time to explain what was going on and the best way to fix the with out breaking the bank, felt like a real pit crew.

Always 5 star service in both front office and garage work. Never a hassle best to make an appointment though.

Although I haven’t done a lot of business with this Automotive Shop Doing most of the work myself. I can say the times when I needed them and there service in a pinch, Darrell and Team where always there and poised to take action and go the extra mile. I have been a multiskilled mechanic for over 30+ years and very critical of not only service provided but most importantly customer service, after experiencing yet another 5 Star service visit today with Tires + Service, I will be utilizing this company in full from this point forward. Very helpful and friendly. I came in last week when my check engine light came on. It turned out I just needed coolant. I explained I didnt know much about cars and the very helpful man offered for me to come back in a few weeks to check on it for me. I have never been to a mechanic shop like that before.

Beware of parts upcharges and near worthless 36 month warranty!They replaced my front brakes a few months ago at a cost of over $200.Last week the front brakes failed and they charged me over $1000 to repair them. The warranty consisted of an $86 deduction for previous parts installed. When I checked the bill I noticed the parts prices were double what Advance Auto charges and when I questioned them Dylan stated that we have to make money and the owner Darrell stated everybody does it! Seems they need better customer service skills! ...and yes they may have some issues with race?...upon speaking more with one of the manager there I have to say that I spoke wrong about the race issue. Didnt take the statement down because I want to show that sometimes we can judge people wrong.We have taken care of this matter and I feel they are a good company! Let me start by saying my family and I have used and trusted this mechanic since we moved to Newnan almost 20 years ago. However, within the past few years, weve noticed a change. Every time we take a vehicle in for a service, we receive a call saying something else is wrong. I took my car in on Saturday for an oil change and also to check on a known turn signal issue. I received a call Saturday afternoon informing me that they would need to keep the car until Monday to diagnose the issue, and I needed new tires. I tell them to fix the turn signal, but the tires can wait until my next oil change (per their advice). Today (Monday), I receive a call saying theyve fixed the turn signal issue. It was a simple fix in that I had the right size bulbs, but my car is picky and they were not the right wattage. I had to pay almost $250 for essentially just switching out the bulbs. I was also told they needed to keep the car until Tuesday to put on new tires after I told them to wait on the tires and that I would need my car Tuesday to go to work. Usually, I always receive a call before an issue is fixed with a quote as well. I did not receive such a call this time. When I asked why it cost so much to replace the bulbs, I was told about testing wires and pulling all the bulbs out, etc. The person I spoke with also spoke to me in a condescending way. I have not been pleased with the service Ive received recently, and the rest of my family has noticed the change as well.

Crossroads Automotive has taken excellent care of my vehicles for nearly 30 years - only 3 in all those years! My present car is 16 years old & they keep it running well. Ive never had them talk down to me because Im a woman; they explain in detail what is happening and why it needs whatever repairs have been necessary. I highly recommend them!

Just pulled into the place with a flat tire on my mom ( who is disabled) car. I expected we would have to make an appointment since we were a walk-in. To my surprise, one of the managers told me to hang on and they would fix it!! No more than 10 minutes later, they had found a nail in the tire, plugged it, and we were on our way!!! And not only that, but they refused to charge us!!!! Unbelievable service, you don’t expect this kind of kindness this day and time. They just won some customers, and some high praise from me!! Ten stars!!!!😍

Outstanding results from the folks here and I commend them for being upfront about issues with our vehicle and easy options for us to consider for repairs.

Up until the last year I would have recommended them to anyone. I took in for a fix on the air conditioning and knew what the problem was but did not have time to do the work myself. They told me after checking it, that was not the problem and had fixed it. Trusting them, I excepted it. About 3 months later the problem showed again. Since it was an inconvenience more that something dangerous at the time, I had to wait till I had time to take it back. I had to take it for an oil change and checkout before I went out of town. I told them about the problem not being fixed but I didnt have time to leave it at that time. Since I had both batteries replaced, I was concerned that might have started the problem again since it involved programming of the computer. They fixed it again and did the oil change. On the way out of town the problem came back and the heat came on in heavy traffic and I had to open the windows in heat and traffic cut off the air and hope I could get out of traffic. I did after about 20 minutes and 80 degrees in the car. My dogs were hot and my wife was trying to keep them cool. I thought that was the worst part. Checking the vehicle for the trip back, oil checks and tires. I found the rear tires that were checked according to Cross Roads had 80 pounds of air while cool and I had not driven anywhere. I had driven 5 hours over the mountains while pulling my travel trailer. The max pressure on the tires is 65. With the added pressure and weight of the travel plus the 90+ degree while traveling, it was only by the grace of God that I did not have a blow out and go over the side of a mountain. You can make your judgment but I will NEVER let them touch another vehicle of mine again.

WHAT ??? Are you kidding me ??? I pulled up for a replacement headlight bulb....sat in the waiting area ....and BAM....they were done. 5 mins later...I am driving away SATISFIED. 💯. Friendly & knowledgeable staff

Anthony was great to deal with. I had a nightmare experience at B and L tire, across the street. B and L does not call you, update you and had my car two times for over a week. Anthony had my car for a fee hours and called me two time and recommended what to fix, and perhaps wait. Honesty, calls and professional are important in a mechanic. You will get this with crossroads all day, so Id your thinking about B and L tires, Id crossroads and take to Anthony any day of the week. World if difference in work, customer service and professionalism with Crossroad automotive.

I’ve ran a couple shops in my life. My father started years ago as a tech and became a store manager with Midas. I know how to run a business. I’ve owned a few. I said that to say this- there may be good machanics there, but they are the slowest shop I’ve ever dealt with. I dropped my truck off to have it looked at due to engine light and and exhaust leak. We discussed there were others ahead of me. That’s fine. But my truck sat in their parking lot for 24 hours and they hadn’t even moved it to look at it and give me an estimate. Your job as a service writer is to write business! You can’t write business with the car sitting in the parking lot. He was informed I was a first time customer and that I needed this done for emissions and was up against the state clock for getting all this done for the tag. If they cared about my business or me as a customer they would have pulled in the truck and given me an estimate in a timely manner. The work could have taken a week to complete. That would have been fine. But for it to sit for a whole day without even being looked at, is poor business! You can have the best machanics in the world but if you can’t turn cars you will not make any money and you’ll piss off everyone you do business with. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP! Idc how long they’ve been in business. Piss poor in my opinion.

DO NOT GO HERE! We are from out of town and had car issues passing through....long story short once the mechanic found out we in a pinch they tried to charge us 300 dollars for what is only worth 50 bucks. I would give them no stars if I could.

Spent a good amount of money about 6 months ago to get a pulley replaced. The bolt in the pulley broke again this past weekend. I called them on Saturday to see what they could do for me and did not get a call or message back and tomorrow will be a week since I called. Called a family friend and got it fixed in 45 minutes for free.

Ive been using Crossroads for years, I wouldnt go anywhere else. Honest and dependable.

Charged $500 for two tires and a balance on our Suburban. Had to take it back and give them a second chance to fix their bad balancing job. Fast forward a couple of months and the truck starts steering poorly, found the power steering pump was going bad, I replaced and the steering was still pretty bad. Took it somewhere else and found out that not only was the balance STILL bad, the tie rods were loose. This also caused the need tires to be worn down to the wire. A VERY NEAR MISS TO A DANHEROUS SITUATION!!! Needless to say, not going back

RIP OFF!!!!! They tried to charge me $860 to fix my distributor on my 93 Honda del sol.. that was after paying for $100 start test.. a new distributor was $35.. has three bolts on top of the engine. It takes 15 minutes for an idiot to fix..needless to say I waited till they closed and fixed my car in their parking lot in ten minutes..for $35.. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Terrible wont take anything back to them plus no supervisor never there!!!!! I guess the mechanics are the boss!!! And they will tell never how to get in touch with the owner of crossroads!!!!! Word of mouth is their worst enemy
