I ended up with nails in 2 tires from careless workers on a construction site leaving roofing nails in the road. I got my SUV to Binion first thing on a Monday morning where Roger took care of me and they had me back in action in less than 2 hours for a good price. One of the tires couldnt be patched nor plugged due to nail location so they had to mount my spare. He looked to see if they had a used tire of my size they could thrown on for a new spare...but he didnt have one. The fact that they tried to get me some kind of spare when I didnt even ask for one shows they are good folks and take care of their customers. I will definitely be back for my next set of tires in the near future.

Used to absolutely love Binion however, they broke the hood cable on my husbands car then asked for $100 to fix it... when my husband expressed his displeasure, they drop his car off the lift and told him to leave.... horrible customer service.

They damaged one of my expensive BBS wheels and the management was extremely rude. The technician did not remove one of the exterior wheel weights and proceeded to drag it along the inner edge of the rim. It was completely unacceptable. At that point we were talking all of our fleet vehicles there for oil changes, tire rotations and any other miscellaneous work. The management treated us extremely poorly. He basically screamed that HE DOESNTT CARE HOW MUCH BUSINESS WE GAVE HIM and HE WILL NOT FIX MY CURBED RIM!. Apparently I was to blame for curbing my wheel but only causing a massive gauge mark on the inside of the wheel lip but keeping the lip completely intact somehow. My experiences are from 2008 but all these years later it still bothers me how they handled the situation. I believe that was right when the new management took over. They may have changed over the past few years to be better but I would still recommend taking photos of your car before you drop it off to protect yourself. I would give them a one star rating but due to the time passed, I am giving them two stars. I hope they have improved. We all make mistakes but it is how we handle them that makes the difference!

Waited 10 mins for someone to show up at the desk, its hard to rate good customer service when there is no one in the building. I took my business else where ( 4 tires and a brake job). 2 stars only for hope! Hope they do better next time! It will not be me.

We had a blowout on the way home from the eclipse, they had us in and out in less than 30 minutes. It came up under the search for used tires, and they didnt have any, but I didnt mark them off for that. Friendly service.

Kim and crew at Binion Tire are the BEST! Picked a nail in my tire about fifteen minutes before they closed, called them, they stayed late and patched my tire. It pays to deal with local small businesses! Thanks Kim you guys are GREAT!

I have driven from the other side of Newnan to use this shop its got great service and prices. They are very honest so it makes me feel more comfortable. Also the work is done right and quick which is always a big help!

Ive been buying tires from Binion for years. Theyve always been courteous and honest.

I have used Binion a lot with a variety of cars and issues and they always do a great job! I bring 20+ cars a month to them.

I got a flat on my trailer and i pulled in to see if they could help. I left with 4 new tires and i was out in an hour while they were slammed with customers. I wish there were more places like this near my house.
