The reason why I came to this Mavis tire shop was strictly because of their strong customer service. We all hate going to tire shops in brake shops and getting things done for our cars that cost us money. Many of us as customers push the patience of these business owners. I called Mavis And spoke to Juan. This guy could not have been any nicer on the phone. He offered to help. He made some recommendations. And he truly wasn’t trying to sell me anything. He was just trying to accommodate what I was looking for. I told him I would come by with my vehicle in 15 minutes to get my tires changed. When I arrived, he was the same guy as he was on the phone. I was very impressed by the way he represented himself as a true professional. Juan is also the reason why I came back two weeks later. I decided to have my wife’s car tires replaced as well. Thank you to Juan for being a true champion of customer service.

I went in today to see the wait time for an oil change, and he said 45 minutes before they could get it in. I was in a rush to get back to work, so I said I would have to come back tomorrow. Walking back outside, I changed my mind and decided to go ahead and just wait, so I told them I’ll just wait, I’ll make time. They ended up rushing it in and doing it quickly. I hope they know I wasn’t trying to rush them, I was just worried about time! It was a nice surprise to have it finished so fast. I will definitely be back and will recommend them to others!

Ordered some wheels online for my side by side and of course they didnt send any valve stems. Drove up the street to Mavis Tires and Brakes Thomas Crossroads and two gentlemen assisted me with trying to find the right valve stems as they werent standard stems. One of the men went to the back and came back carrying 4 valve stems that were the exact ones I needed. I will definitely return to this location as the staff was friendly and very helpful.

My battery randomly went dead in my car and I was having to jump it off to get anywhere. I went to autozone and had the battery tested and was told that the battery was dead. I purchased a $200 battery but they werent able to change it. I called Mavis since its nearby and they told me to just come in with the battery and they would help me. Eddie brought me right in, didnt make me wait, and changed the battery free of charge. In my car, changing the battery isnt a simple task, it takes actual work and removing the tire, etc. He still didnt ask for anything. Great place and Ill definitely be back!

I brought my tire in for repair, and Juan fixed it for me. He was very nice, provided speedy service, answered all of my questions, and went above and beyond for me. Standard front end brake job due to warped rotor. Work was done same day, appointment helped. I wish they would have taken 2 minutes to wipe off the wheels after the work.

Said the vehicle needed brakes all the way around, wanted about $1000 to do the work. After doing the brakes myself, there was a lot of pad life left, no scoring on the rotors... at best, and I mean, AT BEST, pads on the front, but to say a complete brake job was needed when there is no rotor warping, great pad life on the rears, no scoring or brake noise... talk about trying to deceive customers to make money on work not needed....

Friendly fair service, time and long waits always seem to be an issue when getting tires, there was a bit of a wait while by vehicle was being serviced but not without consistent updates and a clear understanding of where and why within the process; the wait was not overly excessive, but longer than initially told. I was greeted and welcomed by a wonderful guy named Mike managing the front and doing a great job at coordinating everyone. The manager Chip was exceptional, he provided real answers and didnt try to oversell or push me, this will now be our go-to tire shop, not all franchise locations are created equal, this location is A1.

Took my car here because my brakes were squeaking and they were very friendly and helpful. They were able to show me exactly what was wrong and why services were needed. Definitely had a great experience and plan to come here with my other vehicle when needed.

Very unprofessional called this morning to setup appointment to get alignment and tires checked for possible damage. Got the email confirmation for appointment, when I show up the guy tells me oh we are sorry we are understaffed today and it will be a few hours. Im sorry I live about 45 minutes from newnan in gay. You could called or texted me this information before I drove all they way out there. An now I cant get seen by anyone because EVERYONE IS BUSY OR CLOSED! DISRESPECTFUL.

After deciding not to do business with Kauffman, I was hesitent to try Mavis tire, but I did. I called in and they provided me a price that was reasonable and set an appt and had the tires ordered from another store. The day of my appt. I called to check to see if the tires were in and they checked the floor and could not find them. They asked me to call back later and check. I asked if there was any notes in the system to verify they were ordered. It seemed strange that the tires werent there after 6 days. After sitting on the phone for 10 mins they came back and told me my tire order was cancelled. So glad I asked instead of waited. I think I am going to stick with discount tire or sams club. Havent had any issues there.

I went to the New NTB in Newnan, GA. to get a simple life time tire rotation and nothing else. I am verify unhappy with what happen to my Hummer H2 and the service.When the tech completed the service and brought my paperwork to the front, I knew something was wrong. He had very little to say to me and when I asked him about my truck he mumbled in a low tone and voice so much so I could not understand him. I was stunned he did not acknowledge me. I knew something was wrong. I felt it. Something said to me, this guy is prejudice and something is wrong.Well, they gave me my keys and said the job was complete. As I drove away my steering wheel was 1/4 off. When driving straight the steering wheel was at 2 oclock. He either damaged something or he changed the settings of my alignment. I took the truck back and they kept trying and trying to correct what he had done but did not get the alignment right. Now I have to take the truck to the dealer to find out what he did.Everyone who were on staff the day I took it back never took responsibility. They took my concerns lightly as if my truck was defective when I brought it in.The person intentionally damaged my truck because of who I am and what I have! I will never go this NTB again.

These guys are amazing, We had a 4:00 p.m. appointment but the doctors appointment we had before that ran late, When we got there we were literally 30 minutes before their closing time and they steal took us, I have never had such friendly service, I got 4 new tires And they have a customer for life.

Dont waste your time got one tire repaired that had a nail in it but next morning it was flat took tire off went to a tire shop in midtown and the tire rep said it was never repaired looks like they just put air in it and it slowly leaked out overnight. Money wasted

I went in to get my oil changed so I can get my emissions later that same day and the crew got me in and out with excellent service it was affordable and they recommended me come back for two new tires soon due to them starting to go bald but arent quite there yet they are a super friendly crew and they are reasonable and affordable when it comes to fixing my car they are the only ones I trust working on it to fix it so I’ll be seeing them again soon for some tires

I am disgusted by the lack of customer service. I made an appointment 4 days prior. Showed up, waited 1 hr. 40 min!I asked about my truck, the said they were just about to get to it. It was for an oil change and tire rotation. No mention of running late. They have been slow, but this is unacceptable. I will NEVER go back.

I went in to get my tire sensor replaced and the nice guy went the extra mile. He fixed my squeaky brake pedal which was such a sweet surprise as I drove home in silence, lol! :)
