Courtney was nice and helpful. Nick comes off rude and as if he thinks he is better than. Decent work. Communication also was a issue. Customer service,professionalism and communication should be top priority for continuous business from customers especially new customers

The work turned out good, but the only issue was timing and communication. I took my car in on 3/15 to paint a bumper and an estimate to repair rock chips on the hood. I was reassured I’d get a call regarding the additional work. A few days pass, no estimate.I finally get a call stating the car is ready, but they only painted the bumper. Time could of been saved on the overall job, if i was updated with the estimate.

WOW! I dont think there is ANYTHING bad I can say about the team at Newnan Auto Body & Glass. I took my Kia Seltos in on a Monday and got it back the next Tuesday. IT LOOKS LIKE NOTHING EVER HAPPENED!!!They worked with my insurance company as well as Enterprise to make sure I was taken care of from start to finish. Their customers are definitely their first priority!I will be referring my friends, family and anyone who needs collision repair to Newnan Auto Body & Glass.

Took my Tacoma in on a rather short notice. Put in a new windshield and window. Did it fast and cleaned all the glass out of the truck. Professional work performed at a good price. Will be back.

I suggested we see what out-of-pocket repair would be to not throw their insurance premiums out of sight due to a claim.#1... I went to Bypass Body Shop and their estimate person gets off work every day at 5... I work every day until 5 or after, but did finally get off at 445 to make it their at 455, they were gone. 😠😡#2... I went to Abra; the estimate people WOULD NOT give me an estimate UNLESS I filed it on insurance because you never know what damage might be under there...... I understood that to mean so we can charge all sorts of stuff since insurance will be covering the tab! They verbally said the repair could be about $7000... do what?! 😲 - look at the picture, and the car is probably only worth 10K.#3... Newnan Auto Body and Glass. Nick, the owner, came out himself and gave a me an estimate. NEVER insisted on insurance... I explained my neighbor and myself wanted to see if the cost was reasonable enough to handle out of pocket so insurance didnt have to be filled and sky-rocket their insurance premiums (I have raised 3 teenage boys and I know how expensive it is for them to drive!!!... especially after an accident!). I wanted my car fixed, but didnt want them to have to go into hardship to fix an honest mistake.Nick was very informative, showed me pictures on why it would cost around what the estimate was, and gave me a WRITTEN estimate that was about 1/4 of Abras verbal estimate! Now cheaper isnt always better, but honesty is! I prayed about things and had peace with trusting this local business and everything was GREAT! The estimate was within $100 of the quote and Newnan Auto Body and Glass has my business from now on!😁 Happy Customers! 👍👍👍 🚘🥇🤝

Outstanding job on a 10 year old Jaguar which I thought had to be repainted because of scratches on the side. I was advised buffing would be sufficient at a cost of between $300 and $400. It came out looking like new and I was only charged $300. Highly recommended.Harry Griffin

Im new to GA as well as the Newnan area so I had to google an auto body shop and the first one that I called they told me there wasnt anything that they could do for me. I had run into my garage and it ripped my van door off. I couldnt accept the fact that I wouldnt be able drive my van without it costing a small fortune to have it repaired. I wanted a second opinion so I went to Newnan Auto Body and they were extremely nice from the time I walked in the door until they completed the repair of my door and all for a fraction of the cost given to me by the first shop. Im very satisfied with the work that they did to get my door repaired, looking like new again and my van back on the road!! Before you go anywhere else check with Newnan Auto Body first, give them a chance, youll be glad that you did!!

My 2012 Scion tC was rear-ended and ended up with moderate damage to the rear bumper and hatch. The work that these guys do really did exceed my expectations. In the past Ive used Abra in Newnan to repair another vehicle of mine and the panel gaps never quite lined up right after the job was done. I was expecting that kind of work with Newnan Auto Body and Glass but man was I wrong, you really cannot tell my car has been involved in an accident. So I would most definitely recommend them simply based on the time and care they put into bringing everything back to like new conditions. Thank you so much Nick, Courtney and crew.

The work and customer service was excellent dropped my truck off and the called to tell me they found some more damage missed by the insurance company and nick handled all the extra things with the insurance company I got my truck back a few days later and it looked better than the day I bought it will definitely be using them and recommending them for any body work in the future

Googled paintless dent repair and these guys popped up. Took my truck by there for an estimate to repair a few dings on the tailgate and one in the door. The people there were great so I decided to let them repair my dings. Couldnt be happier! Did a fantastic job so needless to say, I highly recommend them.

Went here bc of the good reviews after I had my first fender bender in my 1989 Volvo. Asked for a quote for changing the hood, fender, and driver side turn light. The light and fender has minor bents to it. Light was broke. The owner came out and looked at my car and said the fender and hood and light each would cost hundreds of dollars adding up to thousands bc my car is old and the parts are supposedly hard to find. Now I went up there in good faith that they would do right by me considering all the good reviews. I didnt research the prices before going but knew that seemed a lie. He said he would charge me thousands to change those and more thousands on that to pull some dents out a passenger door and give it a new paint job. Then he said I may as well not go through all that. I drove about a mile up the road and found a body shop that does better looking paint jobs and said he will find the parts and change them out too included in the paint price for less than 2000. He promised me a life time warranty and said he can get my car looking real good for me. Gave me a bunch of nice suggestions at no extra cost. For the record I left and looked up the parts on Ebay as well as at used car part sites and they dont cost hundreds and hundreds of dollars. Nor did my insurance value them as much as he did after my claim was done. Dont know why he passed up my business.The parts and work from the other car Autobody repair shops (whether they list on EBay or not) that I consulted are not trashy or less quality. Nor do they need massive repair to make them useable parts. In an industry where the bodies of newer cars are repaired simply because the newer cars have more value, I never called back for a private conversation on the matter because I was told someone would get back to me with a detailed quote even still after I was told a high estimate of the work. And no one ever got back to me. Why would I call back to ask about it when no one reached out to as stated? The shop made it appear they they didnt want to do business with me. Thats the point of the matter. If a customer has a negative experience they should review whenever and however they feel. The car is not so old or damaged that it is beyond repair or that its parts are trashy. It was too old for you to want to do business with it yet there are other shops that do work on and respect older cars and classics.
