It wasnt for the fact that Ive stopped in here to get my loves titans I would never have known about to vehicle recalls that are safety involved recalls on my truck. They got me right into service took care of it while Im still standing here and I could not be happier

I arrived at 0645, the second vehicle in line for a first come first served Saturday morning. It is now 1018 and my vehicle just went into the bay at 0937,for an oil change and wheel well inner liners installed. Unacceptable, if mr. Ferdinand been working today, that would have never been the case. Not pleased at all.
