Mr Lee master auto technician been with James for 32 years James is a good fella but Lee is my dad hes served his time with b and l under paid and under appreciated but he stay strong and keeps working Mr Lee needs to be recognized cause if it wasnt for him being there that long b and l tire and automotive wouldnt be what it is today guaranteed now Lee is 52 he has problems with his diabetes and his legs where he can barely walk James doesnt care for his workers health hes been greedy and will always be what yall dont see all the drama on the other side of that door tire tech Ralphel he has shoulder problems and James wont let him go get checked out and pepe alignment tech and brake tech has to bring his kids to work so he can have time to spend time with his kids cause James doesnt give anyone of his guys days off

Friendly, honest, fair pricing & great at what they do. Kept me informed of what needed to be done before doing it. I took my moms car there once & the problem turned out to be nothing but a disconnected hose. They reconnected it & didnt charge anything. Theyve replaced my brakes 2x over the years, replaced starter & repaired air conditioning. Exceptional every time!

Great prices and quality work. Just get there early to avoid a long wait. And they are busy because its honestly the best place in town. But not so social which isnt a bad thing.

B & L avoids the hard sell and high-pressure sales tactics. The manager listens to your wishes and questions, then explains your options. Once youve made your decision, hell tell you if and when your vehicle can be serviced that day and what the final cost will be. If their service department discovers any additional issues with your vehicle, theyll either notify you by phone or explain what else they believe needs to be done when you arrive to pick up your vehicle.

Absolutely the best and most honest place youd ever want to find to take your car. Knowledgeable. Courteous. Couldnt ask for more. If more businesses operated like this...the world would be a better place.

James is by far one of the most knowledgeable and honest guys in the tire business. Most of his customers have been coming to him for 25+ years. He aint out to get your money, he wants to keep your car running in the best shape possible. Even the crew he has are good honest guys. Yea hes had a couple bad apples but the crew he has right now is probably the best crew hes had and all have 10+ years experience. His master mechanic has 30+years under his belt and is definitely one of the best in Coweta county. If you need tires, your oil changed, alignment, brake job and any small mechanical issue resolved. James at B&L Tire is the guy to go to. Hes kept me on the road for 5 yrs now and hell continue to have my business.

There are many tire centers and repair shops where you could take your business. But B&L tire is where you will be the most satisfied. The owner is on site, and is a very capable and ethical man. Been going to B&L for many years, and I wont be going anywhere else.

I brought my Ford truck into B & L on a Saturday after reading great reviews on the internet. My experience was just as I expected: prompt, honest, reliable service. Despite being busy the shop changed out my rear breaks and rotors within a few hours and gave me a fair price, plus a few other minor recommendations. I would definitely bring my truck or car back to them.

Awesome service

My family and I had used B&L for years until recently. We have had 2 service issues, with the latest being the last straw. My son took his truck in for a simple oil change and they overfilled it by quarts causing a long day to get it corrected (we thought). No offer to excuse the charges by B&L. Even worse, the truck was not running right after the oil fiasco, and a Toyota svc center determined the B&L tech had apparently drained the transmission fluid instead of the oil and thats likely why he overfilled the oil (thinking it was drained when it wasnt).$250 dollars later we have a truck that may have long term damage thanks to a new worker employed by B&L.
