I was guaranteed that the two oxygen sensors that I ordered would be in this morning first thing. I had ten minutes to make it to the shop to have them put on. Apparently one of the sensors arrived but the other did not. This throws off my entire plans for the day. This is completely unacceptable and I wont ever do business with Advance again.
Horrible horrible horrible service I had purchased a windshield repair kit to patch a small crack in my windshield I purchased the kit on Temple Avenue yesterday but I went in the store on Bullsboro Drive to see if someone could help me patch the broken piece of windshield. I was told theyre not allowed to help Ive been going to advance for many years and they have always been more than helpful but these two today were just Standing there propped up against the counter ready to go home I dont know I think one of them was new blonde headed girl and a blonde headed guy I was very disappointed was it big all they want to do is stand at the register and basically do nothing

Went on line to find a Battery. I was offered the 25% coupon. Signed up. But when I got to the location on Bullsboro it was an online coupon. Staff, Nate, did not say the website is designed to not work at the store. Also the manager NEVER came from the back of the store from talking to a girl, even when my husband became upset.
Just stopped in to buy some motor oil and rubber gloves. I was told they only sold these items to commercial customers. 🙄I know why Amazon is putting companies out of business. I can get both items, with free delivery, and at a cheaper price from them. I wouldnt have known this if Advance Auto Parts didnt refused to sell to me.

As usual, auto parts are ALWAYS EXPENSIVE! Wouldve been nice to NOT have needed to go to different location to get 2 of our spark plugs, but... Im just happy that the employees were pleasant & ready to assist us with what we needed. Although they could be a little more knowledgeable about the auto parts themselves. You know, considering they work at auto parts store. Just saying!
We arrived just before closing for a power steering pump. Rafael and Lilly were very friendly and helpful. We got everything we needed quickly and still left before they closed. Great customer service!
Wow. HEADS UP. Dont go to this location if its cold outside. Had to jump my battery to drive there and replace my battery. I was told by an employee it was too cold for him to replace it. He asked me to wait several hours for a more comfortable install for him. After talking to customer service- turns out he is the general manager. Wow. Drove 1.5 mi to the oreillys and the employee was happy to install my new battery. After the call to customer service, the gm of the advanced auto called me back. He told me if he were the customer, he would not want to ask an employee to install a battery in the cold. Wow. I have always bought my auto parts from this location for the last 15 yrs. guess I just got lucky on the weather conditions. Save your time- drive down the street.

Inventory showed 2 of the items I needed in stock however no one knew where they were. So we had to go to the nearby store which had them in stock. And when we arrived they already had it waiting at the register. Id recommend the Temple road location first. The staff was much more customer focused.
Make sure you confirm that you are getting the right part, especially if it is a electrical part. I used the online system and it gave me an exact match. It wasnt and since I ordered it and its wrong I have no credit or refund option.
Was trying to buy 5w40 European motor oil but they said they dont carry. Its an auto part store and supposed to carry that oil recommend by WV. Found at Walmart. Other than that this store is not that bad.
I wish they were a little more helpful. I was stuck there with my two young kids trying to figure out how to change brake light switch from YouTube. The worker knew how to but because company policy couldnt put it on for me. Cool but she couldve at least walk me through it. Between trying to get a lug nut on and calming a newborn. Both workers just sat there and looked from inside. I was so pissed. Did I mention it was hot as hell too?

My neighborhood Advance Auto Parts. Always courteous and helpful. This store has a tendency to keep bilingual (Spanish) associates on staff, which is a plus.
It’s funny when you go to other auto part stores, tell them your terrible experience at this store, and they tell you it’s not the first they’ve heard.How are you supposed to know if you have the right part if you can’t take it out of the package?!?! The manager told me they don’t accept returns for opened packages - even if it is a resealable package. THEY gave me the wrong part, and they wouldn’t accept it back?!I even brought back the original screw that was mine and showed him I was returning theirs AND showed my receipt with a purchase date of 1 day old, and he was STILL rude and told me he’s not taking it back.Funny, because I took it to another Advanced Auto and they said he was in the wrong. There is a 30-day return period with a receipt. Terrible service. And by the looks of other reviews I’m not the only one.
If they dont have your part they will order on spot great place

Store website states open until 9 on Sunday but after a long drive to get there when an issue came up I was greeted with an empty and closed store. Sign on door said 8 but site and google maps states 9 all week as closing time. Frustratingly say the least
