I reviewed once before and now I’m back again to update that review. First off, I’m sure I’ll get there generic reply of send us an email with blah blah blah so we can look into the matter. Let me say this - thus establishment cannot be trusted. They charge an arm and a leg for parts to the insurance company so they will pay for all expensive parts, so they get to pocket all the extra for a job that costs half of what they quoted. The way it works is when it goes over what the insurance thinks the value of the car is worth the insurance company will total your car and caliber collision then won’t fix it. We had our trusting mechanic fix the body of our car for half of what caliber wanted. On top of that, the insurance did pay, the car was not totaled and we “the customer” pocketed any extra. Caliber is a ripoff. The only reason they have good reviews is because so many people use them because you don’t have many places to choose from. Find a different place and don’t let the 4 start reviews fool you. They double up on the prices to get the most out of the insurance company. I’ll never return here. We’d take our car out of state before we ever go back here to deal with crooks.

I had Caliber fix the side of my 95 pickup, after a stranger side swiped my truck with their trailer. The problem was most shops didnt want to fix it because my truck is custom painted. But Calibers painters and body workers did an absolute awesome job. It looks great just as good as the first time. Would definitely suggest using their services.

I was suggest never using this company for any repair on your vehicle. Very unprofessional. Damage that was done on his property now my insurance I have to pay.Very nasty attitude toward people to color. This company will liquidate your insurance company, for there wrong doing. My car wasn’t safe there it was left unlocked. Install what ever he could get is hanging on to be a OME part. Never inform the vehicle owner is it ok to use Disfigured your vehicle to look different. 😫I had to get my insurance involved to be aware of the thing caliber is doing to their client

I had some damage kn mg tight fender that wasnt a part of the claim. However, the adjuster told me they could probably fix it for me. I mentioned it several times. They didnt do it and I was disappointed. I just thought thst fir the amount they charged, they could have fixed it.

They were very professional, friendly, they talked to me when I was there I didnt feel like just a number. They made sure I was taken care of with my rental and they kept me updated on my truck repair through text messages and it wasnt an overwhelming flow of text messages. My truck was ready before they date they gave me. They cleaned my truck I didnt have to go to the rental company to drop off the rental they checked that in for me and Jay also walked me through everything that was done to my truck. Amazing customer service. I would recommend them to anyone I know that would be in need of there service.

I was recommended by Progressive to go to them for a local windshield replacement. Not only did they keep me in the loop (took a week to get the oem windshield in from Honda), but we’re super friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Body shops can be hit or miss. Just look at public reviews from this and others in the area. I was referred to Caliber by AmFam. I’m glad I was. Staff was always helpful and kept me informed during the repair process. Brought my F-150 in after a deer strike. Truck looks better than it did when I bought it in. I’m very pleased with the work. During the final walk I was surprised to see more things needed to be fixed. I was able to drop my rental off there and drive my truck home. Hopefully I won’t need to use them in the future, but I will if needed.

I tried to have my windshield replaced by Caliber Glass in Newnan Ga. The technician was a no show on first appointment, the second appointment the technician showed up with no parts claimed his manager (Walter) was incompetent and there was nothing he could do that day to handle my glass. I was told that this is a common issue with customers and tech was sorry. After hearing this I obviously cancelled my appointment. The windshield was replaced by a competitor same day.

The entire work very hard at the Newnan Caliber Collision Shop. Shane, my service advisor, did an excellent job of keeping me informed every step of the way with constant updates on progress. The team is very knowledgeable about their jobs which they all take great pride in with making each customer feel as they are priority number one even with their hectic schedule of appointments each day. Shane and the team do a great job of multitasking which I appreciate.Great job!

This is one of the most polite and well-run businesses Ive ever dealt with. I had collision repair done. They keep you updated with text it treats you with amazing courtesy. Its like the Chick-fil-A of the paint and body business.

Weve had 3 late-model vehicles repaired at Caliber, and they always come back looking like new. I also used their mobile windshield replacement service last year and had a MUCH better experience than I ever had with the big-name competitor.

Caliber collision located on Herring road off of I-85 exit 47. Chain of body shops specializing in repair of collision related damages to most passenger cars. Paint shop also located in the same building. Accept and participate with most common auto insurances. Pretty good at providing updates to repair and by & large on time. Usually there is a wait to get the process started. Enterprise car rental conveniently located in the adjoining lot.

Everyone that I dealt with were very professional in keeping me informed. They even took great care of me getting a rental car from Enterprise. It was such a relief to get such great customer service and would highly recommend them.

The team at Caliber Collision in Newnan is very friendly and efficient. Their service was quick and just in time for the holidays. Awesome and professional staff, especially Brittany Isome. Very thorough and knowledge. Brittany worked with me and the insurance adjuster and accommodated every request. They decided to total my car due to excessive damage underneath, however just the overall experience will have my always returning to them for any and all future body work.

Took my 2012 Mustang to get a dent fixed in the passenger door. Simple job, replace the door put my tinted window in the new door and repaint the new door. Well the Newnan shop was booked(understandable because the tornado just came through Newnan) so they had it towed up to the Fayetteville shop. Without telling me. They get the door fixed and painted. Took longer than expected which was ok. Its finally finished. Its been about two weeks at this point. I go to pick it up and it looks great. Get in the vehicle and turn it on, cranks up great buuuut all the lights on my dash are flashing and its making a beeping sound. I go back in and explain what was happening and they said no worries well get it checked out at a Ford dealership the following Monday. Monday comes, I ask if they are takong it to Ford that day and they responded yes. Then they say their mechanic looked at it and said it was because of my aftermarket radio and aftermarket push start. Hmm weird because I put those in 3 years ago and not a damn problem. Week goes on ask them if they heard anything back from it. Oh no were trying to get in touch with your insurance so we can send it there. No problem until it was almost a week after that they had it checked by their diagnostic company they use. We cant test it until the oem parts are in. Obviously, trying to get out of it at this point. Asked them to send it back to the Newnan shop so I can get it back. It got there yesterday, tow driver got there at 5:30ish and left the keys in the ignition with the battery on and proceeds to lock the Mustang up. Awesome now battery drains over night, I have to call and ask if the car is up there and sure enough it is but they had no idea where the keys were. Hm wonder why? Just a horrible experience overall with this company and how they ran things. Ill be taking it to Ford and have them test it themselves and figure out whats wrong. Will not be going back here and will not recommend their services to anyone looking for auto repair.

I was in a wreck at the beginning of this month. Obviously that was a difficult experience, but Caliber helped take some of that stress off! They gave us updates throughout the entire repair. They said my car would be ready by October 30th and it was ready on October 28th. It was nice to get it a day earlier. Even better to see how the car looked! They did an amazing job on the repairs and the paint job they did looked great! It looked like a brand new car. When I went to pick up the car, everyone was very friendly and helpful and so nice. They went it detail about all the repairs and what they did. Even though it started off as a bad experience, Im very happy with how my car turned out. Thank you so much! I would recommend taking your car here if youre ever in a wreck or collision!

I just don’t trust the people at this place. They seem more interested in ensuring their contract with State Farm remains intact than helping the owner of the damaged vehicle. It proves they aren’t truly in the business of pleasing the customer. They’re in the business of pleasing State Farm. I’d take my business elsewhere if I were you. Anyone who’d hide information from you can’t be trusted.

Would not recommend to anyone. When I picked my car up I addressed the color difference was told it had been wrecked before. But have pictures to prove no difference in color until they worked on it at caliber in Newnan. Very dissatisfied.

The first time I took my car here it was a great experience. I don’t know what has happened to this establishment in the meantime but they are TRASH now, and if I could leave zero stars I would. The fact that I as the customer have to point out their own errors in the job they did to them after paying over $800 for them to fix the issue properly the first time is ridiculous. They left multiple spots of “trash” in my bumper and imperfections that were not there previously in my paint. Do your job properly the first time! I will not ever work with these people again and will not recommend them to anyone else. They just take your money, are a poor excuse for a body shop. What they do is NOT quality work.

Shane and Brittany are some of the most professional people I have ever come in contact with! Only trust them with your auto repairs!

I’m really upset because they said my car would be fixed in two weeks. Then it extended to almost a month. I called Monday, they said latest would be Tuesday then I call Tuesday then its Wednesday. Call again and now apparently the latest is Thursday. If you want your car back faster I absolutely do not recommend. Also the day I came in they tried to tell me I did not make an appointment ( which I did. ) as soon as I sit down with another lady to talk about my car she confirmed my appointment. I highly do not recommend ABRA.

I went to Abra; the estimate people WOULD NOT give me an estimate UNLESS I filed it on insurance because you never know what damage might be under there...... I understood that to mean so we can charge all sorts of stuff since insurance will be covering the tab! They verbally said the repair could be about $7000... do what?! 😲 - look at the picture, and the car is probably only worth 10K.I went to another shop, locally owned and not corporate Newnan Auto Body and Glass, and got a written estimate that was about 1/4 of this verbal estimate. They got my business and I had a great experience there, please see that review!

Excellent service

This was our second repair performed at Caliber Collision. We picked up the vehicle today and the repair looks fantastic. We had an excellent experience with them and our insurance company recommended them. The repair was done in record time and Brittany provided excellent communication throughout the process.

The mechanics that work at Abra Auto Body Repair of America are not pushy. They give the best car repair services and are they explain the work in a detailed manner!!!
