Took my truck in for what I assumed was a broken or failing CV joint, mechanic looked at it informed me that that was not the case at all it was a skid plate that was rattling and making the same sound. So instead of charging me a ton of money and exploiting the situation, they were completely honest and up front and informed me that no work was needed to be done but that my tires were out of balance and was causing the rattling and I could take it from there

As a single mom with 2 kids that knows little about ties, Julie was able to help me with the brand I needed, cost and appointment. After noticing a slice in my sidewall, my Explorer was fitted with 2 new tires the next day. Julie was patient, kind and understanding. I will definitely return when I need to replace the remaining 2 tires.

So far we cant offer a good rating. Had engine replaced in a truck, they said transmission needed work and referred us to a shop they work alongside of. Transmission rebuilt but still not running as it should, transmission shop said it was engine so back to Newnan Station it goes. Paid CASH between the two shops (almost $10k) in it now and It sat for a week and not touched. Given dates their diagnostic people would be in to check it but didnt happen in the time-line given. Now the waiting game is back on. Time is of the essence and they knew that....especially when its your business truck. They wanted us to come drive it and let them know what we thought (even though we did drive it from there to transmission shop and back and did give detailed information on how it drove. Two of them drove it and said it just doesnt have power (duh, we knew and said that too). Its been almost a month now and still no work truck.. Hopefully this review can be changed if they can get their act together - but time is money when your daily driven business truck is down and after the money spent we expected more. Not happy customers that could or would recommend this shop at this moment, but if they get their act together maybe that will change.

I recently went here to get a tire plugged for convenience, I picked up a small screwdriver from the road, should have been a simple fix .. Not the case, they made the hole a lot bigger and claimed I needed a new tire, I said I could plug it, then they gave me my tire and rim back separated. I said please put the tire back on the rim, went home, plugged the tire, and I have been riding on the tire with no issues ever since......The point is....dont play games, just to sell product !! *Servere Lack of Integrity*

Had a slow leak in my drivers side tire that needed to be patched. While it took over two hrs to fix, herea why they deserve 5 stars. First, they gave me $5bux off without me asking since it took so long. Second, while waiting, I over heard a sales call about a guy who had gotten his trans replaced from another mechanic. Turns out the other mechanic had screwed the guy over. He was calling him to let him know. Great honest repair shop.

Our car broke down, as we were traveling, so we called AAA and within ten minutes a tow truck arrived. Wasnt the battery and we couldnt get the car started so upon the suggestion of the tow truck driver he towed the car to the Newnan Station Automobile place. Super nice gentlemen were working there and a nice sitting area is provided for the customers with a tv and magazines, and they even provided charge cords for a variety of different phones. The problem with our car was diagnosed and repaired and we went on our merry way! I would highly recommend this place!

Literally called as I was getting off the highway due to the shimmy. Thought I had a flat. They were less than 2 miles from the exit. Checked in with Julie. She was courteous and knowledgeable. She asked if my sensor light on the dash was on but apparently it was not functioning. Before I could settle in the waiting area they were ready to pull my truck in.Within an hour the truck was ready. The tech was very nice and explained that the valve stem on one of my tires was leaking. He checked all 6 of my tires for proper inflation, looked for leaks on all 6, replaced the valve stem, and re-engaged the tire sensors for the sum total of $13.64. Now thats what I call great service.

Im Levi and I visited Newnan Station for the 1st Time. They are nothing less than outstanding! I have F250 Truck in mad need of a Wheel Alignment. I visited three other local shops to no avail of having a rack long enough for my F250. The very first person I met was Sheila and her customer services was the BEST! Horrible wait time I’ve been waiting on a oil change for two hours

The service I received today was quick and pleasant.

I asked This shop to do an alignment on my truck. They informed me that i had a inner tie rod seized on passenger side my my truck and they would not be able to do it. i took it home and found that they had lied to me as i was able to move it with no trouble. I also had them put tires on my truck that i had purchased elsewhere that same day. all of my lug nuts were hand tight which could have caused a wreck if they fell off. Will never be returning to this place. I sent them a message about it and have not heard back.

Professional, courteous, and quick.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came in to get a simple tire patched that has a slow leak. I made an appointment and came in a little early. I’ve currently been sitting here for 2 and a half hours after being told when I arrived it would take 30-45 min. I have never had such terrible car service. For the first hour and a half my car sat outside untouched even with my appointment. Horrible. Will never EVER be back. Period.

I have never liked to take my work car to a mechanic because most mechanical problems I had has been common thing I can do myself. But this time I have already replaced two parts and the problem was still occurring. So I googled (best mechanic near me) lol. They diagnosed why my car would have a hard problem starting when it’s cold. They said it’s my timing chain cover that melted and that cover was also my crank shaft position sensor harness. That’s why I kept getting the cps code. Even tho I changed the crank shaft position sensor myself. I didn’t see the harness melted but maybe I missed it. They had my car for 6 days. Just got it back today and guess what ....they just guessed like I would have and my car still has a hard problem starting in the cold. 260 dollars In the hole . If I wanted to throw parts at my car I didn’t need y’all help. But thank you for showing me your southern hospitality bringing my original bill of 360 to 260 all for a damn cover.I figured it out... it was a bad battery.

Jennifer totally hooked me up. I blew a huge trailer tire. They stocked one of the very rare for a local bobcat owner operator.They stayed late for me, mounted tire, showed me the bad stem responsible for the blowout, and smiled about the whole deal.Good People, if you live near Newnan, buy your tires here. New to the area, came here to get an oil change and have them permanently fix our rear window to stay in the up position. I believe it fell off the track or the motor went out, either way its an older car and we really dont need to roll down the back window. We had this happen before and our previous mechanics up north took the door panel off and screw in something to lock the window up. Oil change went well and after a couple trips back, the window is now good as well. There was some miscommunication as to what I wanted them to do but they worked with me and were very courteous. I look forward to taking our vehicle there for future visits.

Newnan Station Tire and Service performed a “prepurchase inspection” for me prior to me giving an offer to a local dealership on a used vehicle. The inspection really helped me know just what I would be getting and revealed a few issues that were important to know. Jay was very professional, friendly and courteous. They were able to get me in quick, which really helped since I was from out of state (over 1,500 miles away) and only visiting the Atlanta area for a short time. I took my vehicle to Goodyear Newnan Tire and Service. I was having issues with the brake pedal and braking system in my 2013 Edge. After performing diagnostics and finding the problem they informed me of the problem. I was talking to them about getting the service and the young lady at the front desk found that there was a recall on my vehicle. They did not charge me for the diagnostics on the vehicle and I went to the Ford dealership and receive the $700 service for free as part of an extended warranty for a recall. I cant sing the praises for this Goodyear Service department high enough as they act with integrity and offer excellent customer service.

Id give them 100 stars if I could. Great bunch of people and their service is excellent. I was in there after 5 pm and they put 4 tires on my f150. If I had a complaint it was because they didnt have a buffet in the waiting area. I was hungry.

This place is an independently-owned Goodyear. Its actually called Newnan Station automotive and my warranty was still good on my tires but because I did not get them balanced and rotated every five to eight thousand miles, it voided the warranty. I simply did not know that you had to do that because Ive never bought tires and nobody has ever told me that. Ive heard of it but never knew exactly what balance and rotation meant for your vehicle. I had to learn the hard way but just to keep my business, the owners, husband and wife, they gave me a discount on two new front tires and they did not have to do that so I very much appreciate their business and helping me out as well. It does take a good bit of time in the waiting room but I agree with a sign they have in the window, good work takes time so thank you for your patience. That pretty much sums it up but be prepared to wait for at least, depending on what work your having done. All the employees are super nice, helpful, funny, they all have their own individual personalities and its very comfortable at this place, they are not afraid to show the good side of their personalities, laugh with you and that makes it an even better environment. They also have a really big and comfortable leather couch in the waiting area in which I fell asleep while waiting and woke up with drool all over my hand LOL. Overall, a good place!

I dropped my wifes car off on a busy Saturday morning, expecting them to be finished with it close to 2:00, and instead got at a call at 11:30 saying it was done! Theyre always very friendly, and do a great job. The waiting room is basic and boring, but if you know youre going to wait, plan on grabbing lunch next door at Steak n Shake!

Terrible. Supposed to get a tire 4 days ago. Everytime you call to check its always up in the air. Nobody calls you back. Now its been 6 days since ordered no call from them. Getting from somewhere else

I was extremely pleased with the service that I received from Newnan Station. I dont usually write reviews, but there are few businesses where the owner with speak with the customers and explain car trouble if he is able. I came in with a bad alternator and a couple of seemingly cheap problems. Mike was able to have the specific alternator for my Acura sent in and installed within a day. What I was most impressed with however were the seemingly cheap problems. I had a headlight out and my map lights gone. Mike called me and told me what the part cost was from the dealer, and when I felt that it was too much he personally spent the next day searching wholesalers and junk yards to find me the part I needed at the price I could afford.Im very happy that I was able to find a mechanic with integrity and a desire to work for their costumers. I recommend Newnan Station Tire and Service on a weekly basis! I highly recommend Mike and his crew for mechanic or tire work!

And it shouldnt be with the people in Newnan, who trust this place. When you have a simple problem with your car and get told you need a whole new engine simply from listening to it. Seems like BS, then they say they dont need to use the diagnositc computer....after asked if I can see it. Man, I wish I was that good ;) Point is, its wrong to lie. And to find a mechanic that isnt out for greed. Take care :)

I have used them for years and they are the only reason I have A Goodyear credit card, but now you have to make an appointment to have any service is done on Saturday. Unfortunately in the future I will be second-guessing my use of their services because sometimes we can’t plan when we need to have our car looked at.

Edit: Orginally had a few scheduling and communication issues, but this establishment lives up to its name of hometown family buisness! Both manager and owner reached out to explain and help fix all of my concerns. Never have i had a buisness care so much about their customers and show the amount of integrity that Newnan Station has. I am truely greatful, and for this i will continue to be a lifelong customer and spread the word that there are honest, efficient and kind mechanics out there! Came here for emmission test at 4 on june 10th.. Was told it would be 30 to 45 min, set alarm for 50 minute.Car wasnt moving.Saw car move around 1 hour mark.Saw car move to parking lot, saw paper of emmision handed to counter. But people at the counter sat still, no call or call my name.Had to get to the counter and ask. Then finally got emmision test after 1 hour and 45 min

Was driving to Texas when my engine overheated on 85. Got towed over and they got me back right away. Checked my entire cooling system and the only thing it needed was .5 gal of coolant -which was on the house. Good people.

I absolutely loved the service and will be back. I am recommending family and friends to come here. About a week ago I brought my own tires and showed up a bit past ten AM for them to install them for me. I was kindly greeted. You can tell they genuinely care. The waiting room was great and comfortable but I didn’t wait too long about 1 hr 30 minutes. They got my car and fixed it up very soon after I arrived. I was waiting with about 5 other customers. We were all made to feel at home. I loved how they treated us all kindly. The week before I had went to Good Year here in town and received horrible care as the clerk did not treat me as he did the other customers saying my 1989 Volvo is worthless and he would not fix it but it would cost over $2000 to change the tires and brakes (whole system he claimed I needed changed though they were maintenanced less than six months ago. This man completely did not address my concerns or any of the problems I knew were wrong with my car. Just called it junk and was very rude to me.) They put the tires on for $100 here at NTS. Also told me a good price for the actual work I knew was needed on my car which is to change the lower ball joints and wheel bearings on the front end. It really pays to go to a small town shop! I have always received the best service at them! This one is added to my top 3! I will never forget their very kind, quick awesome service! Even if sometimes in the future it may take a little longer and a little more patience I still believe their great customer service is worth it.

For 15 years, Newnan Station Goodyear has cared for my familys cars. The reasons are their friendly service, quality work and competitive prices. Additionally, Ive found that they only repair what is needed, unlike some shops and dealerships. So, I know Ill be treated fairly when I take my cars there.

Do not buy a used car from this place. We have had the car for 2 months and are now having to spend another 1200.00 dollars to fix brakes and belts. They also did not disclose the put a rear end in the car and the gentleman that my daughter was dealing with told her if she had any problems to bring it to them. Well we have major issues that they should have notice and that have been going on quite awhile. Their response was a 700 dollar bill just for the brakes. Makes me wonder what they do to their customers cars? WAY TO GO GUYS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A 1ST TIME CAR BUYER.

We were at the cancer center in Newnan GA, on our way home our car quit,we called a a wrecker,they came an picked our car up, we went to two other places with no help, the wrecker man took us to the Goodyear in Newnan, we were so thankful for Mike and the other s that worked on our car, they worked so hard on our car, the lady up front helped me get a motel took us to it and came back to pick us up, they worked so hard to get it fixed, we thank God for Mike and all at the workers at good year, thank you all so much for being there for us, God Bless you all, I give Mike and all that work there the highest score I can, thats the place to go for you car needs.

I want to start by saying the staff at newnan station tire is awsome! i took my car into the dealer, was told i needed some scheduled maintnance as well as my car had several oil leaks and the estimate was well over 4,000 dollars, i always take my car to the dealer but after this estimate i thought i would give newnan station tire a shot and i am glad i did. I got the scheduled maintnance repairs done for 1/2 the cost, and only 1 of the 3 oil leaks was a legitimate repair, they were able to take care of the oil leak repair and my total bill was only 1800 dollars, i would recommend them to everyone.
