NEVER go here, even if you have to wait longer elsewhere. Brought my vehicle in to get repaired after hitting something on the highway. It was making a sound underneath, in between the driver side and back passenger doors. I told them 3 separate times to check it out. Guess what they didnt do. Fix the bottom! So, I had to reschedule to get it fixed which, THEY DIDNT PUT INTO THEIR SYSTEM!!! Both incidences, Kim, the woman behind the counter, tried spinning the blame back on me, the customer. She said I didnt report running over something. Instead the report said hit something... you could easily look to see the underside was damaged...she also tried to say that I didnt call back to reschedule, when in fact I did. I spoke with HER to schedule it! I have it in my call log!!!! Never once did I receive an apology. What a huge unnecessary inconvenience. This place is unprofessional with 0 ethics.

I had took my car to there. They helped me fixed my car. They keep me updated via text on my phone every day. I came back to there last Friday. I looked at my car. I was impressed that they did on my car professionally. Great and friendly customer service and communication. Highly recommend that place. Thank you, folks 😃 👍🏾

This shop was amazing. I have always used a different shop for repairs, however, I decided to give Gerber a shot. I cannot say enough good things about the service. The communication was amazing. The staff was super friendly, and the new GM Steve is top notch. You can really tell that he cares about his employees, and the work that is being done by his shop. Will 100% recommend them as the best body repair shop in Newnan.

Took a vehicle here cause it was a preferred vendor of my insurance company. First when I dropped off my vehicle the girl marking it up was marking stuff that had nothing to do with the accident at all and I told her and she said she would make note ( she didnt). Then I hear nothing for 4 to 5 days after they said they would call once they got it apart and update me then I get a letter in the mail from insurance saying its totalled and after 3 more days finally get their estimate and there is roughly $2000 in stuff that the vehicle doesnt even need or affected by that accident and was confirmed by another body shop that has a very very good reputation for doing whats right. So now my vehicle is wrongfully totalled and theres nothing I can do about it. THANK YOU GERBER FOR RUINING MY PERFECTLY GOOD TRUCK THAT I NOW CANT REPLACE.

The staff was very friendly and informative, they contacted me in a timely manner and kept me informed about the status of my vehicle. I had to bring my vehicle back after the initial repair and the staff was very cooperative and work with me to complete the repairs. I would recommend anyone to take their vehicle to Gerber for repair.

Awesome service great experience

Stood around for 10 minutes while everyone at the shop ignored me. The receptionist, who has the personality of a chair, came out and looked at the car. The message I got from her is basically, theyre too busy to deal with me. Went to Brians Paint and Body. Great experience. Nice people.

I was happy the work was done in a timely matter. However you can clearly see they painted over dirt because there is now bumps that was not there before. Almost 1800 for a few little scratches and Im not happy.

Super friendly staff, beautiful facility and they did great work! Had her car fixed within hours of talking to him. Definitely my go to for any auto body repairs from here on out!

They are very friendly, professional, polite and efficient with what they are doing. They made my baby like brand new again and I am just so happy to my my baby back again. Being a first time customer, I was super impressed with the knowledge of their team and their professionalism. I had brought my car to them for a dent and invasive scratch that was filled under my car insurance. From the Estimator Alicia who took care of me, to their repair team and to Kayla who helped me with the pick up of my vehicle, they were superb. When I first dropped my car off it was close to closing time, but they treated me no different as if I was there during mid day. This I appreciate. They worked with my work schedule which is unpredictable at times and helped answer my questions without hesitation so I knew what to expect with the repairs, rental cars process and pick up of my vehicle. Not only did they make my car look amazing like nothing ever happened, they were considerate by washing my car, keeping the inside clean. I will recommend them anytime and will use them in the future. Thank you so much!

I brought my car into the Gerber Newnan location after an accident, my contact there was Josh. On March 25th I received a notice that my car will be ready April 1, I experience poor customer service from this point on and didn’t receive my car until April 17. While keeping in mind the state of the world today, as a customer you really would appreciate More of a proactive line of communication with your customers. My husband reached out on my behalf noticing my frustration, and only at this time I received the level of service you would expect from this organization..I strongly would not recommend.

I got my car fixed here and was initially not satisfied with the work done to it. I called the shop back and spoke to the general manager Michael Campbell about my concerns and without hesitation he told me that he’d make sure I’d be 100% satisfied once he had my car picked up and repaired more. He followed through on his word above and beyond my expectations. Kara also was a great help in calling and keeping me updated throughout every step of the way! I’d recommend this shop to anyone seeking car repair. Thanks again you guys for all of your help!

Gerber Collision is a step above all the other car repair shops I have done business with. The crew at Gerber Collision is a superior force of professionals that was dedicated to restoring my vehicle to my satisfaction. They did above and beyond job on their craftsmanship. They also were very quick with repairing my vehicle the first time and they kept me informed every step of the way. The managers and staff all contacted me in a very friendly and prompt fashion to keep me informed of all the updates. Not only that this work force has the integrity to do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. That is very difficult to find now in the service industry. Like I the other body shops i dealt with were not even comparable to Gerber Collision! I thank you !

I originally posted a 1-star rating with a full explanation, then deleted my comments and put 3 stars after realizing the repair wasnt right and that I might need to go back. Now that the repair has been completed by a different shop and I dont need to return to Gerber, Im going to to reduce the rating to more closely reflect my satisfaction, but Im giving 2 stars instead of 1, only because the manager was persistent in trying to reach out to me to make amends.Pros:1) the repair looks good2) they vacuumed my car, totally unnecessary, but certainly appreciatedCons:1) someone cleaned out my coin tray. It was probably only $5, but it pisses me off. Im pretty sure my center console was also dug through, but since there was nothing of value, nothing was taken.2) the alignment was still off, even though that was a big part of the repair. I know they outsource this part of the repair, but do they not check if its right?3) they left a big blurry smudge on the drivers window4) the lady at the front desk comes across as cold and unwelcoming. Not the sort of person that should be the face of a company. She got the job done one, but thats it.5) they put my damaged rim in the back of my car. I have no idea why theyd think I want that 30lb piece of scrap metal.6) one of my tires has a very slow leak. I add air every week or 2 and fill to 36psi. That tire had 19psi when I got the car back. I know its not their responsibility to fill it up, but it only takes like 60 seconds to fill up and I didnt feel comfortable driving with so little air in the tire. Id of rather had a full tire than a vacuumed car.I did speak to the manager today and he was very apologetic about my complaints and did offer to give me the money that was stolen and a car wash. He may have offered to detail the inside like he said in his reply, but Im not sure that actually came up. Either way, I appreciate him trying to make things right, but truth is I dont want to go back there.

Had some minor damage on my new truck and my biggest concern was my truck would never look the same again. Well it does!! No evidence that that its ever been damaged !! EXACTLY what I was hoping for! I called 5 other auto glass replacement companies, who all wanted to schedule me out for 1.5 weeks. At my wits end, I called these guys and they are fast and very professional and reasonably priced. Hopefully Ill not have to use them again, but if I do... theyll be the first I call.

Finally found the time to sit and wait all day to have windshield fixed only to have it start leaking a few weeks later. Called to have someone come out and the guy tried to say it might be my sunroof, which has NEVER leaked. He wasnt able to tell me when a tech could come out so I had to call out of work and wait AGAIN all day( this was Tuesday). Today, guess what, it is leaking AGAIN! They even had the supervisor(Kenny) come out and he assured me it wouldnt leak. Now I have to call and have another person come and wait again. Definitely would not recommend!UpdateRichard came out last Saturday to look at my windshield and after doing their leak tests he could not find the leak. He at first basically told me to WATCH the leak bc he couldnt find anything. After not agreeing to do that he called Ed to see what he needed to do. Ed told him to replace my windshield. The tech was not happy about but did it anyway in the RAIN. After he called me before hand to make sure he had somewhere to work that was out of the rain. I asked him several times if he needed to be in the garage bc of the rain. His response, no I can better out here. Well after the job he showed me where the first tech didnt seal the windshield all the way and supervisor Kenny they had sent out in the previous week to ck my windshield didnt seal it correctly either. Fast forward to today(4/29) Im driving down the road and I hear a bunch of rattling outside the car. Pull over and Ill be darn if the molding has came off!! I called Ed back to let him know and his first response was, oh its just cosmetic....are you kidding me??? Guys please if you value your hard earned money, your time and your car DO NOT ALLOW THIS COMPANY TO TOUCH YOUR CAR. If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a complete nightmare!!!

Was given the lowest possible rate quote for a used bumper for my car after their client knocked my whole rear bumper off. It took so long for them just to handle it I went ahead and took half the amount of money that I should have gotten.

I would not recommend this shop, the receptionist was nice and friendly but other than that bad service, the other people in this shop are rude and unfriendly, their policies stink, when you are in a accident whether is a big wreck or not, you need your car fix faster right? in this shop you have to make an appointment, it took almost 2 weeks for them to see my car and told me they couldnt fix it...

Chose to have cracked windshield replaced rather than travel 30 miles to approved USAA windshield installer. I was charged about $200 more than USAA quoted.Now there is a rattle in the dash and a part that broke during the installation keeps falling off. Installers left floor of car dirty.Next time Ill travel the 30 miles.
