Everyone at this store has always been amazingly helpful! They take the time required to meet the customers needs without feeling rushed! A very friendly and knowledgeable crew!

I visited Verizon in newark and worked with Matt Morningstar, and he was incredible in helping me figure out my huge complicating issue, and even stayed late two nights in a row to assist my needs, I really appreciated his help and will be visiting again!

I cant say enough about the excellent customer service that we received at the store in Newark. Lindsay was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Weve been with Verizon for years and this was my best instore experience ever.

I went into the store and was not greeted at all, there was 2 younger guys were there and after I was totally ignored for 10 minutes, I left. It makes me sorry I have Verizon services since they are so rude. Polite customer service would be to say Ill be right with you not totally ignore a customer

I usually get help with my business account from the Newark store, but over the last week and a half, I have been extremely pleased with the help and service provided by both Seth and Corey on a very sensitive and heartfelt personal matter. There was a legal issue with an account and both Seth and Corey spend multiple hours over the course of a week and a half helping my mother and I sort through the issue, support us with the Verizon customer support, and were extremely patient, caring and understanding with the whole situation. With their help, we were able to get the issue most of the way resolved in a matter that will fit our needs until the back end work from Verizon corporate can be completed. We are extremely thankful for their help!

Yes they are friendly,but make sure you know exact billing cost up front. Was told my bill would be under$55, got a bill for$68, big difference.I said didnt want to pay over $50,figured a few bucks wouldnt matter. Feel was mislead or lied to.

The staff is friendly and says hello to everyone that comes into the store. I normally go a Verizon owned store and not a authorized retail store but my family wanted to go someplace near by and not travel a extra 20 minutes to an actual Verizon store. My mom upgraded her phone and I bought her some accessories for her phone and told them I get a discount from my employer threw a Verizon discount plan. They said no problem and gave me what I believed was my full discount at the time. When I got home reviewed my bill and figured out I had not gotten my correct discount. I went back to the store and said I didnt my full discount for my purchased accessories they said they had given me a discount and I said discount not my full 25%. They then proceed to tell they could not give me a full discount due to the fact they are not corporate store and if I wanted to have received my discounted rate that I would have to go there. I am very disappointed that i was not made fully aware at the time is purchase. I had also switch my dad over from Sprint and had gotten him some accessories for his phone as well the previous week. Im sure I didnt my full discounted rate then either but I wouldnt know since they never gave me a receipt. I will not be supporting this local store any longer. If anyone gets any special discount from a employer I recommend going to a actual Verizon store or buy on line to get your proper discounts.

Everyone was pleasant and NICE, very helpful but then again not. I bought the Note7 from this seller and was told I have to wait 3-5days for a text message send my old phone back for the by back program. Then another 12wks to see the money credited on my account.Long story short my husband walked it to a Verizon store last night and they paid him $300 for his phone (he used it as a down payment on his new Note7) right then and there. NO PROBLEMS, NO HASSLE!Had I been told that could happen I would have done that and not have the hassle I am going through. But instead I am now returning my phone and going to always stick with a really Verizon store when i will get another new Note7.Very disappointed!
