BUYERS BEWARE! My mother went to this place to try to fix her IPhone. They told her it’s beyond repair and told her they had a “NEW” iPhone 6 for just under $200. The phone had even more problems than her old phone. It would go completely dead after a few minutes of use after a full charge. Yet they claimed it was NEW and even “more advanced” than the IPhone she had - Mind you she had an IPhone 6 16gb and they were selling her a 32gb - If that’s what you want to call “advanced”. They sold her a USED DEFECTIVE phone. My mother went to return the Iphone 2 days later and they said she absolutely can’t have a refund, only store credit and that the defective issue wasn’t theirs to resolve. She had no choice but to get another IPhone 6 from them only for it to have the SAME ISSUE (they even tried to up sell her on a now “USED” iPhone 6 for even more money).They fooled my mother TWICE who had no idea what she was buying, she’s 65 years old, she is by no means tech savvy yet they took advantage of her situation. Terrible customer service. My recommendation - stay far away from this place!

I had a power speaker to repair at this place for a year and a half, and today I had to pick it up WORSE than I brought it in. I used to pass 2-3 times a month to see if it was ready and I got tired today. The front of the speaker is now all cut off and taken apart.This guy could have told me he could not fix it, or give me a conclusive reason. Cannot trust this guy. He is a fake.

The worst electronics store Ive seen in my entire life !!I took my laptop to repair in this store. The operating system of my PC was in perfect conditions the only thing that my laptop needed was the change of a piece called jack dc. This piece is responsible for supplying energy to the laptop. Unique was taken around two months to make change of the jack dc. Every time I went to the store they always told me that tomorrow I would be ready and blah blah blah. I was very angry about his lack of responsibility and picked up my pc as it was. When I took it home, my laptop did not turn on, so I decided to take it to a more recommended store. The other store gave me his diagnostic and I was told that the mother card was burning. Unique Tentation store never took responsibility for it. I think they stole my mother card or burned it. the repair of this piece costs me about 700 dollars. They transformed a small problem into a worse one without taking responsibility.

Great customer service, they were very helpful when it comes to repairs. i brought in a computer that was very slow and they clean out the computer and made it like a brand new one for a good price

DO NOT GO I PROMISE YOU. The customer service is not only terrible, but the whole experience as a whole. I brought in a computer for a repair and they promise me Ill get fixed in a week or so. Tell how I get no call updating me on the computer, no replacement for the computer for the time being, Nothing. I waited THREE months and in the end I decided to get a refund and go somewhere else. Again the whole process took 40 minutes and they wanted me to walk to whole other store to get MY refund. Do yourself a favor and dont go to this store. Go to staples or a highly trusted place instead. Unbelievable.

I had an cracked screen for my iphone 7 plus and they gave me the best service and the best price for a replacement as well they did it in like 20 minutes, great service overall

Great place, i was having issues with my phone because it had water damaged and they fixed it, a lot of other stores told me it was impossible that it was easier to get a new phone but they did the impossible and are very respectful and honest

They dont even deserve 1 star. ***BUYER BEWARE*** STAY AWAY*** Walked in 1 day with my family because my daughter wanted to look at their guitars. My husband noticed a speaker and asked about it, no big deal, right? When I said it was time to go they kept haggling my husband, telling him if he put $10 down they can sell him the speaker for this great price and he can come back and get it whenever. That to me was a red flag, RIGHT AWAY. My husband left a $10 deposit and we left. He went back yesterday to buy it and they told him they sold it and tried to sell him a cheaper speaker for the same price (my husband checked amazon). When my husband said no and that he could buy it cheaper from amazon he asked for his $10 deposit back. They wouldnt give it to him!! Meanwhile Im in the car with my daughters wondering whats taking so long so we walk over there and theyreally arguing with my husband! Mind you there were other customers there!! I ask them to just give us our $ back so we can leave but they didnt. One of the guys (not the manager) even called the cops on us and followed us around Ferry St to our car and stood in front it to block my daughters and I from leaving!! My daughters and I left and he followed my husband to the Harrison bridge!! Finally a cop came and told my husband he could take them to court. I dont think thats what the store employwe was expecting to hear. He wanted my husband to get arrested!! LOL Do yourself a favor and go to BestBuy or Amazon. Stay away from this shady, bait and switch establishment. They should be ashamed of themselves!

THEY ARE FRAUDULENT, BEWARE!!!!Firstly i came in the store wanted an equipment to change the voltage on a electronic device, they sold one claiming it would work and it didnt. Came back, said it didnt work and they got another device that said it would definitly work, confirming they had other customers with the same issue solved by that machine, that ended up being 35 dollars more. Tried it, didnt work, at this point i just wanted my money back, they refused to give me, asked me to bring the electronic that i wanted to make work. Absolutly unsatisfied, i just got store credit to reedem later.Next time, to redeem my store credit, they sold me an iphone 6 as a new one, claiming also that it had warranty of 2 years with apple and 1 with them. 2 weeks later, the screen stoped working, i went to Apple and they said the phone had originally been purchased in 2015 and already had 5 interventions on it and that it had no warranty. Me, being in Europe, cant do anything about it, stuck with a phone that doesnt work.To add on to it, the owner/manager is completly rude, trying to deflect from my case, actually attending to other customers before my issue is resolved, right in front of me, like he was just expecting me to walk of the store or something, waisting my time! No manners, or sense of decency whatsoever. They Should be closed down, i hope someone sues these clowns!P.S: Apparently i came to know that the police goes there often because of complains!
