I went to the store on June 25th to buy a smartwatch as a gift for my wife, horrible service, the watch looks worn and scratched, it doesnt come with an original box or manual, everything is terrible and doesnt refund your money, terrible.

HORRIBLE service definitely do not recommend wasting your time or money here.Purchased an indoor camera and it did not work. Returned it and only received store credit. When I went to the store to use the store credit I was completely dissatisfied with the lack of help and disrespect. One of the staff members was on the phone and the one proceeded to eat the entire time. They could not answer simple questions. They were rude and one of them kept calling me “Sir” trying to be smart. Their prices are ridiculously inflated with no price tags so you have to ask them how much everything is. When I asked to speak to a manager or store owner, the staff told me to come back another day. They do not care about anyone but their own kind trust me when I tell you.This is why I always advocate to SUPPORT BLACK OWNED BUSINESSES!!

I understand that you feel the need to defend your business but please dont try to make it seem as though I am illiterate or I cant read or comprehend because I only mentioned the store credit to make the point that my only option was to use the store credit for another item and your latino employees were treating me as though it was MY FAULT that the camera that I originally purchased was faulty and DID NOT WORK. Furthermore please note that it was not a misunderstanding because I understood perfectly well what was happening and since you were not there you can not speak on the matter. I suggest you check your surveillance footage and review how long I was in the store being ignored and unassisted. The only communication problem there was, was the latino employees proceeding to speak in another language to each other in front of me as if Google Translate is not a thing. I assure you Sir, I wont be shopping there again as the products are poor quality and the customer service is trash 🗑️

These guys are far by the best! They are genuine and fair with there prices! They even give you a deal if you keep on coming and become a regular! Marco was a big help and knew a lot of information. They give you warranty and are very patient with helping you fix your devices! I RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!

I don’t recommend this store to anyone who get problems with iPhones.I just changed my iPhone screen at this store, kept the receipt, the technician told I got 3 months warranty. I just didnt know the screen was the worst quality as possible.Less than 2 months of use, I started getting problems with the screen.I went to the store with the receipt, waited for more than one hour and the technician told the I should pay 30 dollars for the repair. What kind of warranty is that???I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYBODY.DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME WITH THEM

I had my screen replced here not too long and it cracked after one drop so then i went to Apple and they showed me what an original screen looks like and it turned out the screen they gave me was a cheap thurd party screen i dont recomend this place to anybody

I spoke to someone threw Facebook a couple of weeks ago about a iPhone with a iCloud lock on it that I was selling. I was wondering if you guys are still interested in it and if you guys buy brand new phone cases and phone case chargers as well.

I would avoid this place I went over there to try to fix my screen on an iPhone 11 which is suppose to cost no more than $199 unless it’s the pro which it is not so they tried charging me $250 so I went to the store next door and they charged me $150

I really dont recommend this place, the owner its so rude, also the prices nothing good, they just charged me for replace the screen, less than day the screen keep failing again, i went to ask the guarantee they just said, it is the mother board, anyway i lost money, i went to apple store and they changed with no problems !!
