They never have what I come in the store for. I like their dark brown eye liner and the black always gonna order, but the order never comes in. We looking for 1b/33 human hair they didnt have it either. The store has been they for some years now. I know when they first opened it flourished with everything a poor black person was looking for at the right price. Now everything in the store has jack up prices and never what black people come in the store for. Im appalled and very disappointed. I going to find another beauty supply store. There is more on Springfield Ave. I just preferred this one because I have been going there for over 30 years. I use to live on Holland Street years ago. Thats how I know when they first opened.

Some of the staff are really nice and caring, but others are rude and do not want to do their job.
