I went to the store knowing it was supposed to be open until 8pm. It is 7:30pm and there is NO indication of the hours had been changed to 7pm posted ANYWHERE! The regular hours that state 8PM are still visible on the window. MAYBE Y’ALL SHOULD POST IT ON THE DOOR/WINDOW! Like all other places do, DUH!Kind of mad right now.

I came here in desperate need of Roux eye brow tint, while visiting family. My eye brows were fading fast. The staff was very helpful, found my brand and turned me onto a new eyelash tint called 28-day, which they didnt even carry, but found elsewhere. It was great the staff was knowledgeable about a product they did not carry. I know, its just a beauty store, but service is key.

My experience was amazing, I was greeted right away and ask if I needed any help finding the products I may need of course because I come here all the time I said no. When I couldn’t find the product they offered to double check there back room and it was there she apologize for not having it out on the floor right away, I told her not to worry things happen, I just want to say I love how they go beyond for there customers. I will always come to this Sallys !

In October I ordered hand lotion and I still havent received a callback the phone number doesnt work it rings and rings and I might be a 50 some dollars
