I have never worn makeup before, but as I am on the other side of 30, I decided it was time to dabble. I knew I wanted something that didn’t feel like makeup because I still wanted to feel like myself. Jacqueline was so accommodating, pleasant, knowledgeable and helped me with the exact look I was hoping for. Natural with a tad enhanced. I came in nervous but left confident. I came here looking for makeup to cover a few blemishes that were driving me crazy. The sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different types of products. What I liked was how she asked me if I had dry skin. Which I do, along with occasional acne and redness. Based on me explaining the characteristics of my skin, she was able to match me with a liquid foundation that would be easy on my face. I was really satisfied with the results. After she put it on my face looked so much brighter!! From the specific brush all the way down to the best makeup remover, she guided me every step of the way. I love Bare Minerals over other makeup brands because their products are so light, plus theyre organic. I definitely plan on coming back to this location. The staff was super friendly and they had a large selection.

I have been going to bare minerals at the Christiana de location for about 4 months... When I first started going there there were 3 ladies that I fell absolutly inlove with... They treated me with so much respect... And they totally glamoured me with the products... I was still rarely new... But I have been a bare minerals customer for a while now... I even had my mom to come with me...the atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing and just professional and very friendly... But now how the times had changed.. 1 lady had left.. She was so bubbly and just fantastic... But when I called to make an appt with the other lady last week... I was notified that she too had left... So I finally came in the store just to get what I needed... And yes I am a fairly pricy spender... But I just felt over whelmed... I purchased my products... And I was appalled by the comment that was made to me... The last lady that I had a time of make up beauty session with, well she was helping another customer when I was checking out... But she looked at me and said what you could not wait for me I simply stated Im sorry but I must got... And sharing is caring ... I dont care who rings me up with my purchases... But after that comment and rolling of the eyes... I now feel like its just a store now... The atmosphere had totally changed... Its not a friendly environment..Im gonna be ordering my products on line or going back to ULTA... Farewell to the Christiana mall location... :(
