The service was good. I got crochet hair which was reasonably priced for a triple pack. I didnt check out other products as I was focused on the item I went to purchase. I would recommend this location.

Do NOT go here. Requiring masks when no one else in the area requires them. Instead of offering a mask since they require them - they wanted to charge my daughter and me $1 each for a mask. I thought small businesses actually needed business these days.

Pretty rude. They require masks but don’t offer them and don’t reimburse you if you spend money in their store. The staff talks about customers & they have a very limited supply of everything. Not much variety for the hassle

A lovely, well-stocked shop that is clean and free of the boxes and delivered supplies that often clutter the aisles of beauty supply stores. (Im sure weve all attempted to navigate an aisle or two that was filled with that days delivery...ugh, annoying.)I come here for my favorite hair products and supplies, but I always end up leaving with new things to try. Even though I dont live in the area, I make a trip once a month to stock up.

Has Earth any of these hair stores theyre pretty decent this one the lady that is always there to front desk or checkout is very kind and nice the one girl I dont know names but shes very helpful. Help me with color with the henna as opposed to a semi-permanent very knowledgeable of the products. Clean and Im wide selection especially if youre looking for hair wigs which I wasnt. Can be kind of pricey but thats with most of these hair stores.

Had everything I needed

They want to sell me a floor model wig at full price. Sales girls refused to call manager for a discount as I requested. Them said Ben the manager has no authority to give a discount only the owner can. I asked for the owners name and number and they refused to give it to me. I prefer brand new but it was sold out.

It was my first time visiting this location & I must say I was thoroughly impressed. Great service was provided by extremely friendly staff that were knowledgeable about products & offered in-depth information. This was complemented by an array of products that’ll for sure satisfy all of your needs in one visit. Highly recommended!

This is your run of the mill beauty supply shop. Very unprofessional signs about watching your kids on the door - I dont have kids and found the language a little insulting. They have a wide selection of wigs, however they are overpriced [$20-30 over online prices] and the price isnt marked on them which to me leaves way too much room for price discrimination. Also, while browsing a large selection of hair its very annoying to have to ask the price of each unit youre considering. Customer Service also isnt great. Id only shop here as a last resort.

Its a good size store with some selections but they need to expand their brand selections. They are missing the higher quality brands of synthetic hair.

Purchased a item from this store on 11/19/17... About a week later I tried to wear the necklace....I was not able to wear the item due to the clasp will not open...the item is defective... went back to the store this evening and tried to return or exchange the item and a little rude girl gave me lip...I was told that jewelery can only be returned within 24 hrs....this is Ludacris.... DONT SHOP AT THIS MERCHANT OR ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS

The cashier was in such a rush, she practically snatched my card out of my hand ... didn’t say hello or anything ... customer service isn’t that great.

Store manager Tracey has a very nasty attitude. Refuses to come to the register unless asked to more than 3 times. Customer service is not a factor in this store and management and associates lie about the system in order to prove a point. Horrible all around and will never go in there again.
