I love this place. They are awesome. They know wine and are exceedingly professional. Never had an issue of felt like if I did that it would be a problem to sort things our right proper. I highly recommend this wine shop. Cant say enough positive things about them. I love their selection of the highly underrated Finger Lakes wines. I just had a wide range of very Very VERY Nice African selections of Reds and a few Whites.

The selection is VERY cool. Lots of unusual and exciting stuff to try, but they make the store very accessible to wine noobs like myself. They have all sorts of keys and stories around each wine so that you can know what youre getting. It almost feels like a wine museum! I learn something every time I go.

This is my neighbourhood wine store and I love it! The staff is so knowledgeable about the wines and wineries/owners that they have. Ask for a recommendation and they will not disappoint.

This is wine store that requires you to read the labels and note cards carefully to know what you are buying. Its easier to ask for help, which the staff more than willing to do. They are all very knowledgeable. They have quite a selection of mainly wines and some liquors. They also have free wine tastings on the weekends.

This is our favorite wine store in the neighborhood. The shopkeepers are extremely helpful on providing recommendations based on your preferences. We also like that they have accounts that track our previous purchases so we can say if we like or do not like something to get even better recommendations. We Pretty much exclusively shop here when looking for wine in the neighborhood

I can’t say enough for this wine shop and their staff. I used to live an avenue away in 2016 and this was my go-to for purchasing wine. What I didn’t realize until I moved to the UES, was how rare it is to find the handpicked bottles they carry AND the knowledge, friendliness and presence of the staff. I was in the neighborhood today and I’m so glad I stopped in to remind myself what excellence in customer service and quality looks like...I’ll be making the trip regularly now, you’re so worth it.

I love walking into this wine shop. They are always very knowledgeable about their wines. They are always very welcoming when I enter the store. They are affordable to very expensive. They even keep a history of my purchases (completely voluntary - they ask if you would like this free feature) that they use to give me reminders. I dont know how many times I walked in trying to remember the name of the really good wine I got last time but forgot to jot down the name.They can seriously teach a class on wine. I usually walk in wine ignorant and leave wine pseudo expert. They dont have the biggest selection or well known wineries like Kendall Jackson but sell local wines or wines produced in the same region as your favorite.Also they have TWO days of wine tastings - Friday evening and Saturday. And a wine club! And you can order delivery from Jado Sushi down the block and tag on a bottle of wine from their store.

We have known Tyrone for many years and followed him to The Winery — a great neighborhood shop with a broad selection and excellent recommendations for everyday and special occasions. Last night, he suggested a bottle of sparking rosé that we plan to enjoy on Thanksgiving.

Tremendous Wine Selections. The Winery is my favorite place to shop for a wide range of wines from all over the world at a broad range of costs. Service is fantastic and the weekly wine tastings a must try experience.

The guys running the place are the absolute best at helping you find exactly what you want.

We love being here. We bought two Sherries, a Madeira, and a Gavi. The person there is very fun and knowledgeable. He really makes sure that you understand what you are buying and whatever he suggested so far, we love it. Will be back here soon.

I went in looking for something a bit sweeter than a Bordeaux. I got an education and great recommendation on cabernet sauvignon. My misconception about the sweetness between Auslases vs. Spatlases was corrected. I received a great recommendation that turned out to be the best Spatlaes I ever tasted.The Winerys associate patiently listened to what I said, educated me, and recommended according to what I was willing to spend.The wines are set up by country, region, and price range --not unusual. They also have a wide array of hard liquors I had never seen or heard of.They also host interesting wine tastings.I highly recommend The Winery.

I love this spot I was never really into wine I walked in described what I was looking for and fell in love with what they picked out for me.
