This is a phenomenal local wine+spirits shop. The staff are extremely knowledgeable about all of the different types of wines+spirits that they have in stock and are willing to take the time to explain the differences and nuances between different types and brands. My new favorite local booze option!

So happy to have been recommended this lovely local wine store. Always a new vintage to surprise us with on our monthly wine shopping foray. Very knowledgeable folks at the helm. Never walk out without 7-10 bottles. Hours very convenient. Beats out Whole Foods Wines despite smaller real estate.

Just moved to the neighborhood and am so happy to have found this gem of a wine store. They have the BEST selection of amaro, aperitivos, bitters and other liqueurs that Ive ever seen uptown. The woman running the shop (who I presume is the owner) was very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a bottle that Im so excited to try.

This is by far the best place to buy wine in the neighborhood. The selection is very interesting and varied and the prices are good. It is a good place to seek advice about wines because the owner knows her wines and is happy to share her opinions if a customer is undecided. The friendly and convivial atmosphere makes this store a fun place to shop!

Cute little lady bugs indicate which wines are organic, and there are even more bottles to explore which are sustainable but have no lady bugs. Ask for them. Yajaira will help you. 🐞🐞🐞🐞🍷

Amazing staff, Great slection of wines.Yajaira (store manager) is always so pleasant, she takes her time to educate her customers on the wines she sells. She also has a great connection with all her customers, greets them all by name, which makes me feel very warm and welcomed .. I definitely will recommend this establishment to everyone I know.

Best place in the neighborhood for natural and skin contact wine

I called to place a delivery order and spoke with a woman. As I was getting information about what they offered the call somehow got disconnected. I had given them my phone number and address as I was setting up the delivery. Also, before the disconnection I stated what I wanted and asked if they needed my card information. This is when I heard silence and realized I was not longer on the phone with them. When I called back the same woman picked up. I shared I had just called and tried to place an order before getting disconnected. Without apologizing or acknowledging my desire to complete the transaction she immediately responded I had not placed an order. I responded letting her know I said what I wanted and asked if she needed my card information before the disconnection, but acknowledged she might not have heard it. Again, she repeated I had not placed an order. It was this second time I realized her rude tone. I told her I wanted to place the order now and she reiterated that in our previous conversation I did not place an order. At this point I told her nevermind; that I called back with the intention on making/confirming the order, but her determination to tell me I didnt place the order made me change my mind about giving them my money. She said okay and we ended the call. Not a super big deal, but she wouldnt let me get pass her need to make a point. All I wanted to do was buy alcohol.

The best people work here!! Yajaira and Joe are the coolest kids on the block. Two real NYers who love their wine and neighbors. Great selection chosen by Yajaira and NOT stuffy at all!! Their annual tasting parties are so fun!! Go!

This not-so-new winery is in the renovated block of storefronts on Columbus between 108th & 109th, but gets less attention that it deserves. A wide and thoughtful selection of reasonably-priced wines from all over the world (plus a small selection of spirits), overseen by the friendly gentleman Joe. Stop in for a tasting on the weekend, or pick up a bottle or three for dinner.
