This place is really great. They have a great selection and the staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We felt like family the minute we walked in.Their prices are reasonable and my only critique would be their smaller selection of white wines.

Wider selection than other liquor stores in FiDi but more expensive. I only go here when Corkery doesnt have what Im looking for.

Avoid at all costs.Visited store. Saw expensive bottle of bourbon. We looked at price together in computer system. I left and returned a few hours later. Discussed price and settled on a mutually acceptable cost.As agreed, returned next day was was told its 100% more than we agreed upon. Computer records had been adjusted as well.

I asked for suggestions on a bottle under a certain price and want given a recommendation. When checking out the bottle was ringing up for about 1 and a half times the amount quoted.Not only were they extremely rude when I pointed it out, they refused to honor the price..Terrible business if you ask me, and I have been going here for a while. Def finding a new place!

Worst prices on everything and anything I’ve ever seen. Service is also very below par especially with the prices they provide. At a high end bar, you pay high prices but get great service. This has high end prices with fast food service.

YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER. I have been a long time customer of this place for several years. The owner Paul would recognize me when I would walk into the store. I ordered delivery frequently. However, today Paul would not replace a $10 bottle of wine that had a hole in the top and was bad. I guess he doesnt understand how business works, how customer service works, and doesnt care about his relationships with his customers. SAD.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WINE STORE!!!!!!!!This is the worst place to buy wine. STORE WILL RIP YOU OFF! When I went to store- there was no staff to assist me. When I went to cash register an old aged man rudely replied me that if I dont have any idea what to buy why am I here? Go somewhere else! I was like what? And when I complained about their over priced wines he shouted me.

I love the owner, he’s a character, and they have a great selection but it’s very overpriced.

Great prices - paid $15.99 for a large bottle of Pinot Grigio!

Unfortunately the wine I purchased, Gruner Veltliner for $17 was off when i opened it for a drink this evening. Undrinkable Im afraid. For a store that only sells alcohol I would expect better care in managing its products.

TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH. I ordered two bottles of EH Taylor Single Barrel and received a text indicating that the order was filled and ready for pick-up. However when I arrived to collect my order they tried giving me EH Taylor Small Batch. Then they said they had the Single Barrel in the basement. But they didn’t. Then they claimed to have called me and left me a message saying they didn’t have the Single Barrel (which they didn’t). Will never shop there again.

Very well stocked. They take care of their attention, they get tired.
