In an industry with perhaps not the best reputation, Roy Herzl, Inc. stands above the rest. I dealt with Adam Herzl who was honest, up front, and easy to deal with. Adam is also incredibly knowledgeable and explains everything in a well thought out manner. I called a number of places prior to calling Roy Herzl. Everyone else gave me a run around and not one straight answer. Adam and Roy were up front with me and told me that if I came into their office, their answers to me would be exactly the same as they had been over the phone. I thought about it and went in. It was an incredible experience and I would highly recommend using them. You truly cannot go wrong by giving them a call.

My decision to go to Roy Herzl came from research that led me to their website. I was very impressed by the site. Since they encourage appointments I made one; and Im so glad I did.Upon entering the premises I was greeted by Adam Herzl, shown to a private room, and offered a refreshment. Wet sat for a moment and conversed casually before getting to the nature of my visit. I put my items on the table and he went to work. He was meticulous and precise in his craft, making me feel that I had made the best choice.There were no predatory sales tactics or pressure of any kind. Adam made an offer and finalized the transaction with a check.Though my transaction didnt exceed 5K I left there feeling like a million bucks. My business there was conducted respectfully by professionals. My final thoughts? Well organized, knowledgable, with an added touch of elegance and excellence in customer service.

A first class experience all the way. 47th Street Manhattan the diamond district is full of sharks and hustlers. As you enter the pure white lobby and quietly escape the bustle, you immediately feel confident and secure. Elegantly dressed, Adam Herzl and his gemologist Joe were ready to meet us via appointment. We were offered Fugi water, cold or room temperature, and sat in Adams beautiful office. We met 2 other associates, each having their own expertise ranging from; diamonds, fine gems, pearls and gold to fine watches. We were not rushed and were in the office all together while they weighed and analyzed our jewels. As these were sentimental items passed down from our mothers, we had time to think and realized the deal offered was very fare. My wife and I were selling a diamond that just had a GIA diamond grading report performed. After receiving estimates from various store front and booth buyers the experience changed when we met Adam Herzl. Our diamond has an inscription of LK in which Adam explained that it meant it is Lazare Kaplan stone. No other buyer mentioned the meaning of the inscription and we found Adam very honest. He went on to explain Lazare Kaplan and the history. The final result of the offer came down to Rapaport of the color and clarity of the stone. We had another offer off the Rapaport but it was a low-ball offer.Adam also took the time to show my wife and I a diamond cutter work in progress... very impressive.Dealing with this company is a complete 360 than dealing with other diamond merchants in the diamond district... especially on the street.A very positive experience.
