We were so fortunate that Lauren B was holding a pop-up in Los Angeles right when my wife and I were in the process of shopping for engagement rings. We had tried the LA diamond district and felt like we had no idea whether we were being scammed or not. We decided to try Lauren B and had the pleasure of working with Claire to find an engagement ring. My wife found the design she wanted on their website and Claire helped her customize it and pick out the right diamond. They can pretty much make whatever design you want and will send you videos of the ring if you are not local prior to shipping. It was ready in about one month and it was overnight shipped with insurance across the country. We had such a great experience, we decided to come back for my wifes wedding band. Again Claire helped us pick out a band, this time completely virtually as she tried on different bands with the same engagement ring my wife had tried on at their pop-up a year before. He was accommodating, showing us various options (including moissanite, which we considered until opting to go with a lab-made diamond). Lauren B is a premium jeweler, and they charge high prices in line with their premium service. I recently purchased my 3rd ring from Lauren B - an oval eternity band for my wife as a “push gift” as she calls it.The ring is amazing, and was completed on time and is exactly what she wanted - beautiful!!Niraj S. was helpful throughout the process, but to be honest there is room for improvement with his organization / overall sales buying experience. For example I booked an appointment and drove in from NJ, after telling him I exactly want to see with models #’s to reference …..and he starts off the appointment showing me men’s wedding bands? Then scrambled to pull some of the actual rings I was interested in….. Miss #2- after settling on the ring, he sends me my order confirmation and it’s for someone else’s engagement ring with all their info on it…. I also had to ask him to capture additional ring setting details that he did not include in my work order.Overall I’m super happy with the ring, but if I decide to purchase my 4th piece of jewelry from LB, I will probably choose someone else as my sales person. When you are spending this amount of $$ at a premier jeweler, you should have a flawless buying experience.

I had Lauren B create a new wedding ring set for me. I knew what I wanted and saw a lot of great pictures and videos from Lauren B. We had a couple hiccups along the way as I wanted a very specific look. Just make sure to ask for a CAD drawing to verify your ring. This was a little miss that we weren’t provided.. however, the mistakes were fixed very quickly and without hesitation. Also, my ring arrived slightly large.. but again… Easily fixed and without hesitation. Just make sure you ask a lot of questions and check and double check again. The transaction went very smooth for being several hundred miles away and doing everything via text and email! The ring is unreal in real life. You won’t be disappointed!!

My now fiancé worked virtually with Mike and had a pleasant experience. We live in Germany, so it was impossible for us to visit the store in person, however the communication throughout the process was great. I had an idea of the size, shape, and setting that I liked, and Mike provided various options for the center stone within our price range. The ring turned out beautiful and shipping to Germany was faster than expected. What a great turnout!

I worked with Lauren Shmueli to get my ring set in the most perfect, flawless six prong setting. She made it so easy to pick out a design, get the ring, and pay all over the computer since it was COVID.We had skype calls, multiple emails threads, and her promise of a beautiful ring which was delivered on time and perfectly. I began the process of customizing a ring at the beginning of the Covid pandemic. Needless to say it was stressful, but Claire was able to help me navigate the process smoothly. She met with me many times virtually, and used excellent cameras to show me many different styles and options. She was able to help me narrow down the choices by educating me about each one. (I had zero idea about diamond quality/differences going in). She even helped to expedite the shipping process and make it super easy. The ring is stunning, and most importantly my fiance loves it. The ring turned out great but too many mistakes were made. Had an extremely poor experience with their design consultant Kimberly.Emails were sent to my fiancé about an appointment that I have with Lauren B. This happened not once, not twice, BUT THREE TIMES. When it happened the first time, I was annoyed but I understand that mistakes happen so I let it slide. They said there was a glitch in the system and it’s been taken care of. The second time, I was upset and made it very clear for them to remove her from the emailing list and completely remove her profile from the database. The THIRD TIME, are you kidding me!?!? Unforgiveable. One of the most important thing about getting an engagement ring is being discrete and keeping it a secret up until the big moment. They have utterly failed.I was home when these emails were sent and was fortunate enough to intercept them, but the damage was already done. She could have easily saw the emails on her phone. After my proposal, my fiancé revealed to me that she started receiving Lauren B ads after those emails were sent and she had a suspicion on the back of her mind.To add fuel to the fire, when I asked Kimberly to provide me the inner diameter of their size 9 ring sizer that’s inside the store. She said they didn’t have a tool to measure the inner diameter of a ring. What kind of amateur hour is this? You work at a jewelry store, how is it possible to not have a measuring tool like a caliper? She then proceeded to print a picture of a ruler she found online, placed the ring on it, and took a picture. Not even kidding. See attached picture. One can clearly see that the ruler is not-to-scale. A size 9 ring has an inner diameter of ~19mm. The printed ruler shows that the size 9 ring is ~30mm. How can you work around rings all day and not notice such a large discrepancy?I was absolutely fed up. I called the store and demanded to have a more competent person assigned to my case. Gabrielle took over and it was smooth sailing from there. She quickly found a caliper to measure the inner diameter of the ring as requested. Then we proceeded on with the rest of the process for the ring creation.Besides Gabrielle, this process was frustrating, upsetting, and downright unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.

My fiance and I had the an AMAZING experience working with Lauren Shmueli at Lauren B Jewelry. The entire process was excellent, but there are two aspects that we want to especially highlight.1) We came into the process blind. We knew nothing about diamonds and had absolutely zero preferences. Lauren educated us and was incredibly patient. We initially visited several jewelers, and we can confidently say Lauren was the only jeweler that instilled trust, partnership, and professionalism. And most importantly, and she made the process enjoyable and exciting instead of overwhelming.2) Lauren allowed us to take our time deciding which stone/setting combination was right for us. After narrowing down our shape preference Lauren showed us a beautiful stone that we loved, but it still felt early in the process to commit to one. When we asked to see more options to be sure we were making the right choice, she was so patient and accommodating. After reviewing many, many options - we ultimately ended up going with the initial stone she showed us, which is testament to her eye & expertise. She was able to take our basic communication of what we liked and translate it into the perfect ring for us.We cant say enough positive things about our experience. Thank you so much Lauren!

My fiancé and I went ring shopping fall of 2019 and I fell in love with a specific ring and how easy it was to work with Kathryn.
