This is a great place to buy pre-loved designer items in excellent condition and amazing prices. They responded to my emails quickly and also shipped overnight. I received email notifications once my package was on the way and again when it was delivered. I love how they post high-res photos of their items so you know exactly what to expect, no surprises! Words cannot express the disappointment and disrespect Ive experienced while dealing with this company. The manager - Nicole. boyyyy where do I start? RUDE, ARROGANT, STUCK UP and completely delusional to wrong doing. They cancelled my order without an explanation, not even an email or phone call. I would have happily made the purchase in store instead had she been polite enough and had made me feel valued as a customer. Instead she made me feel like a piece of s... that doesnt even deserve two minute of her time for a brief email correspondence or phone call.

Item came super fast, but it was the wrong item contacted them and within 15 mins Nichole the mang, called me back and emailed me asap, she was extremely nice and apologized, sent me a return slip for the wrong ring while i was spking with her, i dropped it off and once they recd the ring back she notified me in 2 days that my correct ring was already on the way, the service and the communication was outstanding... I purchased a pre-owned Omega watch at a great price from Gemma by WP Diamonds and the entire process was seamless. The watch was in excellent condition just as it was described, that, coupled with fast shipping and a beautiful presentation box made me very happy. This is by far the worst company I have ever encountered. The staff is rude especially the manager Nicole Terramoccia. They wouldnt even spend 2 minutes trying to help me resolve an issue with an order.
