If you’re hesitant or not trusting with others handing your precious diamond(s) especially someone you don’t know, please read my experience here!! I have a beautiful 3.01 carat round E color, VS1 clarity GIA certified Diamond in a stunning Tacori RoyalT 2 carat halo style setting. I was hesitant to say the least about parting with the center 3 carat stone and while I was scoping out the DNR Diamonds site, Benny reached out to me via chat on their website. Benny answered all of my questions while on the site and continued with more detailed Information via email. What a blessing to have someone who answered everything I was concerned about and gave so much detail. Once I was close to my decision to keep it or sell it, Benny spoke with me via phone and detailed out every step of overnighting my ring through to the end of me receiving payment. While I do not live in New York, I was worried initially about having to package my ring up and overnighting it to Benny to look at, and of course getting it back if I didn’t sell it. I knew I did not want to drive into the city. Well I can’t say enough of how EASY OF A PROCESS it was!! I decided to sell the Diamond, as I received a fair price and felt at ease with Benny and the process. So I went to my local FedEx store, put my ring in the ring box, then inside a bubble protected envelope along with my GIA certificate, and finally put that in a small FedEx box. I gave the label and the box to the FedEx associate who adhered the label (which the FedEx overnight fee is paid for by DNR Diamonds) and off my package went to Benny. Benny contacted me as soon he received the package, verified the price range we discussed and the final price he was offering .... and YES, it was in the exact range he initially gave me 2 weeks prior. That day his office provided me with the email confirming payment being processed to my checking account. The next day (Saturday) I received my Tacori setting back in perfect condition. The next business day the money was in my account!!! Benny was there every step of the way. Perfect customer care and service by DNR. I couldn’t be happier from beginning to end. Thank you.

They offer full value for gold?precious metal trade in. I was given 1 fair deal, the next was made 50% market value. and a few things werent calculated correctly. I really liked them from the start. I was told to bring all my stuff in, I left with very little. such a nice guy he offered my grandfathers coin collection back. only to change his mind. suddenly without notice when I asked for an itemized list. it was an extensive coin collection of my grandfathers:((((I accepted and asked it to be sent downtown. I guess that wasnt ok by them. im very sorry it was left this way as I liked the owner very much. I thought he liked me as well from all the shared jokes. maybe I was the joke

We had a great experience selling a diamond at DNR. My wife had a necklace that she didnt want to wear anymore and we took it to their office where we met with Shai. After some discussion and advice, we decided to have it graded by GIA. Shai recommended someone to remove the gem, and that person was really helpful and friendly. Once we got the GIA report back, we again met with Shai who gave us a great offer and we sold it to DNR. Overall, we always felt that Shai and DNR were honest and transparent with us, and we couldnt ask for anything more.
